Comcast is a joke they changed our rate to way more than it was supposed to be and then they said I was getting all these channels extra which we were not getting. Then they said I was lucky it wasn’t more cause of all the channels we never received will never use them again.

Comcast Customer Service is terrible. They raise rates after 6 months and then you have to go through a lot of sales pitches on why they keep raising their rates. They don’t care to keep current customers. It’s such a headache.

Still have Comcast for Internet and TV. Used to have phone service. The product/service is a good one. The main problem is price creep. After the first year the price keeps going up. If the price were stable and you had more control over selecting the channels you want, I would give them 5 stars.

We use Xfinity for internet access and it's fine, but we hated Xfinity for our TV service. It's expensive. The sales people were dishonest with us - selling packages at one price and then our bill would come in at another. When we called to talk to the customer service people, they were so not helpful. We had to escalate several levels and then ended up canceling out of frustration.

They happen to have the fastest internet available in my area. It is arguably a monopoly in that sense. In the TV space, there is finally some sort of real competition to enable cutting the cord. As will all TV services, the commercials are obnoxiously louder than the program. There have not been too many interruptions in service over several years. When this happens, they never offer credit unless you call in and ask for it. Where the download speeds are fast, they throttle the uploads speed aggressively for no apparent reason. It appears to be their goal to slowly increase the bill, hoping customers do not notice to squeeze the max amount of money. If you set up auto pay with a credit card, it takes 60 days, to "get into the system". 60 days? Really? That goes also if you change credit cards on your account, it will not go into effect for 60 days, resulting in a late charge unless you manually pay. Can you get the late fee cleared one time only? Yeah, but what do you have to do? Waste time calling customer service. Hopefully, some real internet competition such as 5G comes around so Comcast Xfinity will start behaving.

My Comcast xfinity service sucks it’s always down they are always working on lines nearby my internet is always slow my internet is always not working. Some channels don’t come in good. There’s always a error code. Frankly I’m considering going back to at&t. My bill is too high. I definitely wouldn’t recommend xfinity.

Terrible Service. They transfer me from person to person. They disconnect me often. They transported a phone number to the wrong account and it took weeks to get it fixed. No one seems to know what they are doing so they just transfer your call or hang up on you.

I have two account with Comcast. I called in to make a change on one of my account. The representative deleted the wrong account. I was not able to get back the package I had and they told me I had to pay 200. A month from 127. Lol there error and I have to pay. I have been a long customer of Comcast and will NEVER GO BACK.

It's the most unreliable and consistently frustrating experience ever. I never know if my cable will work or stop working when I plan on watching bbroadcasting.No support after 6 pm. I pay for a service that I don't receive. Do yourself a favor and go with any other option available other than Xfininty.
