I can no longer receive emails on my computer even though I have a Comcast.net email address. Very frustrating that only rich people who can afford to buy a new computer can view and receive emails with Comcast. I have been a Comcast customer for 14 years and the frustration with Comcast and there silly policies has reached the breaking point. Today I start looking into other options for TV, phone, and Internet.

I only used this company for a few months. I think it is on the par with the others I have used. The price is not as good as RCA. The customer service so far is quite good.

Comcast Xfinity is the most is accompany have the worse service ever. They have been me charming double bill and they said there is and extra charge for the beginning of the new year. Sure that is the most stupid excuse I have ever known. The costumer service is terrible bad. They don't know how to help you and just told me. If you want we can cancel the service. and done.

Just called and spoken with Lindsey she is not a very pleasant person, asked to speak to a manager Brianna came on the phone and she is worst than Lindsey. they can take the service off I will be going to Verizon, Don't know why I had choose Xfinity in the first place. Some of the customer service agent and managers are very rude and disrespectful. Just remember that XFINITY CUSTOMERS make it possible for you guest to have a pay check. This will be the first and last time using XFINITY! Very upset customer.

I like that you don't have to worry about the weather interrupting your shows like you do with other companies, but the price isn't really worth it. There is better out there.

I've experienced poor service (as in Internet and cable), poor customer service (we asked for comcast to reset out Internet connection and they sent us a link to reset our account password). Several times they told us that the due date for our bill was such and such time and would then turn around and disconnect our Internet and cable well before the marked date. Comcast does not care.

Bad service. Paper bill every other month with not enough time to pay before they cut off service. Then they charge late and reconnect FEES on top of their exorbitant monthly charges. Service goes out all the time, even during World Series! Nasty customer service agents on top of bad programming. I should not have to pay for ESPN and all spanish channels in some bullcrap bundle package. Same crappy movie on three different channels at the same time is their programming schedule. Movies from 100 years ago no one wants to watch. Crap service, crap programming and extortion prices and fees.

Service has frequent outages and unreliable speed. When we required a technician come out to fix a problem they stood us up 3 consecutive times claiming that they had showed up and the problem was fixed when they never showed up and the problem wasn't fixed. If they weren't our only option we most certainly wouldn't have them but they are somehow allowed a monopoly. Unreliable service and technicians who won't even show up or lie that they did.

Comcast charges outrageous prices! How is it even legal that they change your bill without letting you know how much the increase will be? I also don't think it is ethical of a company to charge different people different prices. Can you establish set rates for cable? No because then you can't get people to pay $250-$300 a month. Soooooo ridiculous! Hey Comcast here is what will make you a great provider...set prices for example 100 channels is x amount, 150 channels is x amount add premium channels for x amount. Make your charges clear for your customers.

What a nightmare. My phone seldom works, TV seldom works. The billing is horrific. I got the $99. package, but my bill is $160. a month. They lied about the $99.REALLY??? They charge me for movies I never watch, for sports channels I don't want. They make it up as they go along. I am on the phone with them once a week, usually crying. Trying to get a human on the line is so hard. Also the bill changes a little bit every month?

Worst customer service, specially since it is not in USA, and billing issues are never resolved. They keep on changing their 24 month agreement and reducing service but increasing bills and when asked to cancel you will have to pay cancelling fee. Their advisement moving made easy is just crap, when you move they close your account start new account 24 months agreement starts again and of course they can never transfer your phone number.

Beware! Comcast has the Inability to Listen to Customers -- especially when the customer ask for the service to be disconnected! I asked for this mediocre Comcast Cable Service to be disconnected and it took them three months---count them: THREE MONTHS to do so. Who was responsible for the bill for these three months of having something that I did not want? You guessed it. I am. Don't bother with this cable service that has nothing to offer and doesn't listen to customers. Total waste of time and money!

I once was involved in a Comcast scam. Still not 100% sure what happened but our internet was down so we called Comcast. Somehow the call got intercepted and they wanted our credit card information and probably would have asked for our Social Security numbers if we had stayed on the line. Long story short, it was a real pain and Comcast could have been more sympathetic.

My comcast tv/internet line was cut by construction Workers a week ago. Upon calling Comcast for repair they gave me a repair date of 10 days out. I have talked to several agents to no avail and had one of them give me a false date to which no one showed up. They still can't repair any sooner than 10 days. I have never experienced anything so ridiculous in my life!!! I would never recommend Comcast/Xfinity to anyone!

As a "valued XFINITY customer" i was sent an offer for a new upgrade promotion. I called and was pitched a clever bait-and-switch. I called within the offer period mentioned in the letter but was told the offer was no longer available; however, there was a more expensive plan with fewer benefits I could have. I hate being played. Time to explore other options.

When I complained that my xfinity TV screen freezes daily, goes down weekly, picks which shows it wants to record, arbitrairly cuts off recordings unrelated to outages, I was told I'm a 'heavy user' and I'm 'over-taxing' the system.'. Automatically extending recordings of sports events doesn't work. However, if I spent $30/mo more than the $150.00 I pay monthly (with zero premium channels), that could help.

Price is never the same, no logical explanation for any increase, just double talk. Customer service, if they speak English?, is never a good experience. Often, if you ask for a supervisor, you get disconnected, on purpose of course. If you ask for someone in the U.S. you get asked to hold, then get disconnected. There are no bargains, no deals, and very poor service.

You have to wait on the phone for over an hour for anyone to respond (and then get the wrong answer); they promise to show up and then never do; and they are exceedingly expensive. After 7 years I have switched over to Direct TV and AT&T and my bill has been cut in almost half. I even wrote a letter to Corporate Headquarters and have given up waiting for a response. Guess I was lucky that I never had a problem with the service. My main objection was their pricing. The bill went up every month. You call and they manage to find you a better deal but when they quote you the base price without the extra charges. The last time I called they said my only option was to start cancelling services. I got a much better deal with Verizon. $50 a month less and more channels. Price is locked in for 2 years. We'll see how it goes.

I just got off the phone after an hour and not one thing is resolved. Same issue with the bill as last month. The 3rd person I was transferred to said she was in the wrong area but would get me to the right place. Guess what the right place is having computer problems and I can call back in an hour and start the whole process over again. How many hours of my life is Comcast worth? If I had an option I wouldn't have to continue to go through this month after month.

Comcast is always telling us what a value their service is for us, but paying for more "services" than I want makes it not so much of a value. I just switched to a someone else for less than half what I was paying with better reception. My new internet gets installed next week and I don't have to wonder if I'll have service today or not. I also don't have to worry about reseting my converter every other day when I don't get video. And last but not least I won't have to deal the the horrible customer service that Comcast offers at a cost if they have to come to your home.

frequent short term outages. far too many junk channels. i pay for service to 3 rooms, but it requires renting separate converts for each room, to get all channels. prices are too high. it's all unregulated greed, from a monopoly. and now, i understand we'll soon be billed extra, for exceeding data limits with internet service. just thieves, taking advantage of a monopoly.

I'd give anything to have Century back. The Board of Directors where I live made the decision who I would have for cable and internet. Never lost service with Century Link like I do with Comcast. I don't get refunded for lost service, my charge for Comcast is on my monthly statement from the country club I belong to. Service is bad, wifi interent is slower then Century Link. Comcast used to be good but since we can't call our local number, not so much....our cable goes down at least 2 times a day...early in the am and then around 5-5:30 pm...This is America and when you call the 800 number, you get someone who can barely speak any English and never mind trying to understand what they say to you...If you say something they don't want to hear, they hang up on you...And those cable converter boxes that you were forced into getting were suppose to be free but now you have to pay for them...have to have them or I can't watch tv in a different room....

Internet weak and slow, TV goes out at least 2-3 times a day. Phone works periodically at best. Crazy poor customer service. Installation crew made huge mess and caused damage to house. It's toooooo expensive, esp for those of us who are on fixed incomes. They should come up with a special package or rate for those on fixed incomes. Eventually I spoke to a nice lady in the Phillapines who promised me a discount. I'm waiting and hopeful. I am also a senior widow on a fixed income and think that the company is quite heartless.
