I no longer like Comcast and I was a faithful subscriber for 11 years. Now that I am on Social Security the prices keep going up all the time. I don't have anything but basic cable, internet and phone but it's almost $150 a month. Every time I call them about it they give me a $10 reduction for the month but it doesn't really help. I think they are very greedy and do not really care about their customers. If there was another server that was any better I'd sign up but they are all crooks as far as i'm concerned.

The salesman mislead my boss on his deathbed and got him to sign the forms that he never would have signed if he had read them. Then they never completed the paperwork to transfer our 800 phone numbers - causing us to lose customers and thousands of dollars on advertising & printed products with phone numbers used by other companies. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM COMCAST AS POSSIBLE. DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THAT THEY SAY. THEY WILL NEVER GET BACK TO YOU OR COMPENSATE YOU FOR THEIR ERRORS.

Have had trouble for a year and a half I have tripple play and my calls are dropped the other party hears loud static and I have a break in conversation have to have people repeat them selves several times they have changed wires new modem several times I am paying for a service and not getting it. Very dissatisfied I have contacted corporate they say they are working on it still nothing

Comcast sucks. Service is unreliable. You have to take off a whole day so you can be there when they arrive. Technicians don't know what they are doing. They leave and the service is still not working. Internet signal strength goes way down in late evenings. Administration is always there to blame Comcast shortcomings on others. Way too expensive for poor service.

Comcast is a get over. Their prices are too high and then they have the nerve to expect us to pay for movies on Demand on top of our already high bill. I got rid of comcast and now use Hulu and Netflix only. I pay only $16.00 a month and I can watch any shows I want anytime I want. When I had cable, I paid $177.00 a month. Wow, what a savings! It was the best move I ever made and will never go back to Comcast!

I still do not now why my bill is $140 now. I have NO pay channels and the cable still keeps going off. Also my internet is SLOW. They gave me SHOWTIME for 3 months FREE??? Then I get a letter telling me that my HBO (which I do not have) will be going off soon. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Why don't we get TCM??? Charter gives it free I wish I could switch to Charter. Comcast is the worst I have ever had,.

I find the triple play so expensvive after the contract ran out. There are also so many fees added on that sum up to 15 dollars or more on top of the hefty price. I always pay over 159 per month for 2 tv's and it is too expensive for someone on disability to live on. This is my most expensive monthly cost of living expense I have. I do have to go without just to have this service. It really stinks.

I like Comcast ok, but they are way too much money. You make out better being a new customer, the rates are cheaper. The longer you are with Comcast, the more money you pay. Totally unfair. There is no basic cable programs like they use to have. they bundle everything together & make you pay. They need to change back to the way they were with a cheaper package for their customers.

Still the worst. They charge the public way too much. Seniors that just want cable and a land line pay way too much for service. When they do have a problem they can only talk to someone in India that rhey cannot understand. Comcast makes millions. Instead of charging $50.00/mo they charge $150.00/mo. for people on a limited income. Owners of sports teams, sport center. How much money do you need? You be ashamed of yourselves.

Comcast has to be the worst company in the world. High prices and very poor service. They never fix things when they come out and would rather blame it on someone else. Very low signal for intercom and is even lower late at night. Comcast trucks are in my development everyday all day. They need to be investigagted for the low signals and lack of maintenance.

This is the worst customer service and worst techs!! We moved 2 houses down and TRIED to move our Comcast with us (which we had for 6 years), 9 days and 5 techs later we still did not have cable or internet. We turned to AT&T UVerse, not only was it half the price for a better product but they SHOWED UP! They HOOKED it up and had a smile on their face to do it! NEVER USUNG COMCAST AGAIN!

If there was any way possible to have another cable company other than comcast, iI would. The equipment is shoddy at best. One serviceman told me that no equipment from comcast is new. I either have to buy my own equipment or use the crappy stuff comcast provides. Their customer service is the absolute worst I've ever seen. They just want our money and provide the worst service possible.

the service is good but the prices are outrages. going to have downsize or change very soon, waiting for the 2 years package to run out then will have to find something else if its higher. paying for all the extras like the boxes is awful I have probably paid for mine 3 times by now. wish someone would hurry and get that other company started and running maybe cheaper and cant be worse.

One year of service Comcast raised our fee twice, we now pay over $230.00 for their so called bundle. The phone's never worked right, the WIFI is only letting two items on it, there's commercials everywhere, even on Demand.

The pricing/billing practices I experienced with Comcast borders on Criminal, The Bill looks like an old money stealing scam...where You throw many numbers at a person to eventually come out dollars ahead leaving the individual confused and cheated.I recently severed ties with comcast and feel so much better I may even get Jobbed By the new service But I will take the lesser of the two evils Comcast is the Worst.

Each time I've had Comcast the experience gets worse. Called on Feb 22, 2015 to suspended service, it just kept right on rolling. A Comcast person was going to come to my house to pick up equipment since due to a health problem or could not drive. I'm still toting the equipment around, and charges keep adding up. I trust this company as much as a Brian Williams news report. Oh, same company. Sad part is they deliver a nice package of entertainment, everything else frankly sucks.

I am not happy with Comcast at all ...My bill was 119 a month and now after a year it's 127 and when the contract is up it will be more ... I don't think it's fair that I only watch 5 ch and have to pay for the one's I don't watch ... and I have to stay with them until it's up or I will have to pay to get out ... I don't trust them anymore and after my contract is up I'm looking around for someone that will be fair in price .. I feel ripped off.

I use Comcast only for broadband; I work 2 full time jobs and am not home enough to justify having cable or phone service through them or anyone. Broadband itself has gone up to $95 a month, and since nobody else is available, I stick with Comcast. DSL is nowhere near as fast, either.

They have capped my internet usage with no real explanation and then want to charge extra for everything I go over! When I asked if I could change my package (after complaining about the change with no results) I was not only told no but then told how I was supposed to use my internet!!!! The only reason I haven't moved is because I am in an area with no other choices. Otherwise I would have been long gone and I'm sure that they know that as well.

I am Diapointed with Comcast they keep raising bill, I have slow Internet, my TV picture has a Jag or Breakup, I pay just about 200.00 a month, to much for the servie I get.I waiting for TV3 to hookup with, I am aready on there list. I going to Basic while waiting for them, few days ago I had to call them they were off the air for two hours or more. I Had insight Cable before Comcast took over, They were a good company and loved them.

I am still, after several calls and stioll without my.......ON DEMAND and HBO on DEMAND, I am ready to do the dish thingy. their customer service sucks. I had a Comcast employee tell me they own me money and don't pay my bill yet because of it two months later I get a letter for the Collection Agent saying I never paid my bill WTH Comcast !!!!

I spent 3 months in the hospital and while I was gone I asked my wife to just pay the bills and not to worry about them. Comcast raised her bill every month and they also said I was using too many units on the phone even though we had signed up for unlimited usage. They threatened to disconnect the phone. Needless to say I signed up to another company and returned Comcast's equipment. I can't ever see myself using them again. They probably will take this message down

This company is way too over priced, has way too many outages. Especially if you are in Florida or Chicago. They slave drive their employees which causes them to be discourteous and rush you off the phone because they have handle times for calls. No structured answers to technical questions. And all of their call center employees are SALESPEOPLE to some degree.

Terrible service. Our internet went out at least twice a month and Comcast could have cared less. When I called to tell them I was switched to Fiber internet the month before they just blew me off and did nothing to retain me as a customer. Then when the men were here to install the fiber optics, they tried to send a repairman out and upgrade our modem. At that point it was too late. They should have brought that up when I called in a month earlier. SO HAPPY TO NOT BE CHAINED TO THE HELL THAT IS COMCAST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Painful experience with COMCAST: After signing an agreement, I did not get the channels written on the agreement b/c the service rep said they did not have a code for it in their system. Next they charged me more than the amount on the agreement and refuse to adjust it. And of course, add in hours of time waiting on the phone with people who could care less if you dropped them.

I live in a 12 Unit Apartment Building. Every few months Comcast is here to hook up a new customer or disconnect one. In doing so, the dumb** turned off my service 3 times in two and half years. The last time it took them 4 DAYS to send someone here for 2 minutes to flip the switch to on. Pretty incompetent. Service is slow as hell, and customer service is a joke. Comcast sure would NOT be my first choice.

Hello. I can tell you from experience that Comcast does not always listen to their customers. They would not use my email address to send messages. They created one for me on ...Comcast.net which I never used. The last time I logged into their site I had 27 messages. They just don't get it. Then, whenever I called them with a problem they always wanted to call me on my Lan line. I told them the only reason why I had the line was for my lifeline. As I said, they do not listen to the customer.

I was contacted with a new offer from the sales office. I explained to the salesman I was on a limited income and could afford 160 a month ...nothing higher !!! He said no problem !!! I have been a customer with Comcast for several years. My first bill was around 270 ...I struggled to pay thinking they must have pro-rated the bill. When I got my next one it was around 250 !!! I called customer service and all I got was " I am sorry but there is nothing I can do" so I told her there was something I can do !!! I would suggest if they contact you hang up on them ...you cannot trust them !!!

Comcast Xfinity TV is the most accessible cable TV and internet service provider in the area. They often offer the best sign-up prices, but after that initial year is up, the prices go up exponentially. Service outages happen every now and then, and it's not as easy to get reimbursed for them. I have a bundle of TV and internet, and I am often very close to the data cap limits (why do they still have these) each month with normal usage, so I am constantly marketed with pricier data plans to upgrade to.

I have been with Xfinity on a few occasions, I now get Direct TV. Xfinity is very expensive, It's a good service and the video is clear and crisp. The channel line-up isn't bad either. The price is among the highest you will pay for any service you get. Thats the downfall of this provider.

Outrageous fees and just overall trickery by Comcast i used to subscribe to the triple play ie phone,internet and cable which cost bout 210 a month well they have an option to get something called signature service same thing for 139 a month well by the time the fees were added I didn't save any money my bill will be the same if not a couple dollars more 218 a month still processing this assault on my emotional and financial being!

Slightly overpriced compared to actual services received. Bill seems to creep up more and more after about 1.5-2 years of service. My internet wifi goes out a LOT and or has sporadic moments of super SLOW speeds. My house does not have cell service...so it is imperative for me and my family to have working wifi/internet.

Firstly I have been a customer for over a decade. The customer service is somewhat spotty, sometimes you find someone who actually cares about the job and most of the time there are people who are just not that knowledgeable about the products. For years the company had a monopoly within my region of my state now that they do not people have more of a choice. Recently the government came out with a program to assist people to pay for the services through what is called the Emergency Broad Band Program. Xfinity participates in the program but they are ineffectual with helping people to use the program. I received the run around over and over again from a member of their personal about how to used the program until I gave up. That is what this company will do, the company will have you chasing your tail until you quit. Shame on them Shame on them!

A good product for consistent service in terms of Internet, but they tore up our neighborhood to lay cable and never really fully repaired it. Sidewalks and driveways look like they have been tagged by gangs. They did agree to pay for my lawn repairs—-_-$1200.00 total—-that’s how much damage they did. I had to complain for months for that to happen. I also never liked how prices rise surprisingly because some promotion ends and all of a sudden the bill is huge. I think their pricing is deceptive.

Worst customer service! Have been inconvenienced many times due to outages. I work from home and rely heavily on WiFi. Unfortunately, there are not other options where I live other than dial up. Seems that Comcast takes advantage of this fact. I've had Verizon in the past (at a previous home) and did not experience the outages that I experience with Comcast. Their automated service is HORRIBLE!!! Property next to us was being built on and they accidentally cut the cable to our house which caused a disruption. Took Comcast 3 months...3 MONTHS to come out and bury the cable. Because it was exposed, it was cut again by accident by the same builders. After over 20 attempts to resolve this, I posted on TWITTER and they finally responded. RIDICULOUS!!! They are also extremely expensive! Many of us in the neighborhood can't wait for other high speed options.

Good quality picrures works most of the time.. contact them is not to difficult unless you have to do it multiple times.. and the they send someone out that is just clueless and says it’s not a tech problem it’s on the other side so they go back and forth it’s ridiculous. The teaser rates and channel selection was a good value. I did have problems from time to time when the service was unavailable for no known reason. Customer service is as bad as it gets. I will never deal with this company again. They make it very easy to upgrade service but dropping down to cheaper options or cancelling service is an extremely painful and difficult process.
