Horrible it’s a Pandemic they agreed to give me an extension until 8/18/2020. Then suspended my services on 8/8/2020 and told me my extension was declined. I’m not understanding how when I have never asked for an extension since I have had the service and paid my bill with no problems until the Pandemic hit. Very angry customer, Tyris Williams

Just tried to call a customer service rep at xfinity and was caught in the STUPID HORRIBLE loop with the automated machine that does not understand to put a LIVE person on the phone to help me. After several calls and an hour of my time I hung up because it is ridiculous to try and get anything done with this automated system. HORRIBLE!!!

I’ve had a pretty bad experience with the internet service through Comcast. There are random outages and you don’t ever get the opportunity to speak to an actual customer service representative. They don’t even have a direct way to leave a complaint.

My experience with Comcast/Xfinity? Average service and BUTTLOADS of hidden fees and I don't think I've had a single month without random incorrect charges on my account. DO NO RECOMMEND unless you have cash to throw into a fire or you enjoy spending hours on the phone each month

The reps are unprofessional, uncaring , unknowledgeable , different reps day different things. You can have proof of a Rep’s payment arrangement but they still turn your service off. The worst customer service My family has ever experienced. My 92 year old grandmother‘s phone stoped working during covid-19. She is living alone. For over month Comcast has done nothing to help fix it other than telling us to get a new router, which we did. Outrageously expensive with very poor service. Spotty wifi as well.

Terrible customer service! Very unhelpful automated system. Never let's you speak to a actually person who might be able to help. I've had to go through activation and trouble shooting countless times. Wifi works and then i have to start the process all over. I haven't even had service for a month. Nothing but issues.

If I could give xfinity no stars I would, I have battled with comcast about my bill multiple times. I tried to make a new contract with them and they Illegally canceled a contract and raised my bill. Their internet and services are great but they are so good at ripping people off.

I was on the phone with customer service for 45mins to upgrade my internet. I had to repeat my account number 7 times to Samu (I'm not sure how to spell her name), only for her to offer me a 100mpbs package for 70$ with a 1yr contract despite what is listed on the website. What a waste of time!

Absolute worst cable company ever. They didn't want to pay our local sports provider for services, so now I can't watch my local NBA or NHL teams. For the entire year. No games televised at all, except for a handful of nationally televised games. Both teams are playoff bound, and I'm missing the entire regular season. Inexcusable.

Horrible service. My internet has been messed up for a week and I've been on non-stop calls and chats with comcast with no avail. Constantly hanging up on me, not responding, passing me on, dropping calls, no answers, etc. It's been exhausting and still no help despite hours and hours of contact, even through email. Would NOT recommend.

Ordered a movie, its a 48 hour rental and shows we have til today at 6pm to watch it. My wife watched it fine yesterday and today I went to watch it since its still available until 6pm and it says I need a subscription. Called and still on the phone after explaining just to be transferred.

People don't speak English and I am a old US Marine's and these guys make no sense asked to talk with a Supervisor they refused and I never got my problem fixed. We had Comcast for about 25 years in Utah. Fairly good service there. But when you get their CS in the Philippines it is a disaster. They pass you from person to person and never answer the question or provide help. The call center in the Philippines needs true training.

I recently experienced a separation with a roommate who had comcast in his name. When he left , he took his equipment and turned it in with an unpaid balance. I am unable to open an account in my name with the same address until HE pays his bill. Because I have been a point of contact on the account I too an responsible.

I was with comcast for 2 yrs, never had an auto pay, then one day they decide to take an unauthorized payment, i contacted them, and even though they acknowledged that they made a mistake, they still refused to give me my money back, and for that reason, i am no longer a comcast customer, they can take their services and shove it

Comcast sucks. I signed a 12 month contact and 4 months into it they switched TCM to a different package so they could charge me another $10.00 dollars a month. So the way I look at it they broke the contact giving me the right to go back to directv. I will never do business with Comcast again. They Suck!!!!!!!

Xfinity is the worst cable company ever. We are constantly losing internet and cable and having to reboot our system. When we call customer service all they can do is send someone out. After an hour of frustration on my end the internet reconnects and then service appointment is canceled.

If you don't mind them to keep raising your monthly fee every other month after your agreement ends then you will like them just fine. They keep raising monthly fee $20 every other month. At $259.00 per month now!!! Only 250 internet. Security feature has not worked for two years.

Comcast came to my door offering service. I signed up for internet service. It never worked. They wanted me to keep paying for service that never worked and service fees. Had to drive the modem back to one of their stores! A complete waste of time and money. Would never recommend this company.
