Way to expensive...but what is a person to do. Truthfully thinking of dropping cable and just using internet and Roku.. Never answer my house phone so I don't care if I lose that. If I can teach my husband how to use the Roku I will be just using their internet

Way too expensive have channels that I dont even watch most are stupid shopping channels, they need to let the customers pick the channels they want and not the package deals. Last time I called the customer service was very rude and treated me like I was stuipd. Looking into dish or driect tv will be changing over by the end of the year.

I just have to say I am paying a lot of money and I don't get all of the services that I pay for. When you try to get it fixed, it does not work. Winning a losing battle. Also getting charged for additional GB and not just being able to upgrade without getting phone service should be changed.

I hate Comcast/since they switched to Infinity,the service is terrible,and the prices are very high.You can hardly get through on the phones,and get any help,and if the system is down,and you have to get help,to pay over the phone,they charge $5.00.!!!

One Of their representatives contacted me telling me that my contract was coming to an end I informed her that I want it my bill lowered because I no longer have a need for cable television packages she became agitated Buy this and hung up on me I received disturbing messages about a family member I ended up having to have emergency surgery as I am still recovering I got a notification from my bank that I am being charged $179.99 I have never agreed to any changes on my account

The internet service is good, but the company is horrible. Forced subscriptions and annual rate hikes, along with unrealistic data caps that you cannot properly monitor. If it wasn't for the fact that they have solid internet service, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Continued price changes. I owed for 1 and a partial month 145$ I needed a few extra days to pay in full and they sent it to collections in June during the spike in COVID-19 I had lost my part time job but was a few days away from getting my stimulus, they wouldnt wait. Not even 60 days late for the partial and not late for the monthly charge. Pathetic.

I signed up for a plan mainly because it came with Starz. Halfway into my subscription Stars was removed and charged separately. I wasn’t given a option to adjust my service. Also I’ve lost other channels with no adjustments to the monthly price. I felt that I was continuing to pay more money for less services.

We had TV set up and the guy was rude and took FORVER to do the set up. He was here at least 5 hours. I was told it shouldn’t of taken that long and he made a big deal about moving the hook up in the same room. We had to call to have someone else come out.

Set top box is usually old and outdated, meaning it messes up more than often, and doesn’t work as quickly as you would expect for the price you pay. Returning equipment is a hassle because you have to go to a Comcast location to return it unlike others who you ship it back to. Customer service is the absolute worst I have ever had to deal with, not just with TV or internet, I mean ANY customer service.

Our system stinks and we have had it serviced many times. I even get charged for their repair on their system, so I don't call much anymore. Our system goes on and off and clicks off frequently during a movie streaming. My computer loses connection often. I wish they would listen.

Comcast seems to have a monopoly in most areas so it's hard to compare to other cable offerings but they offer affordable packages for cable TV, internet and satellite TV. The Customer Support is hard to reach when needed.
