NEVER AGAIN!!! Please go an check other providers if possible... I am not getting my money back - they can take what is mine and there is no way I can get it back - after three phone calls. There is no way to get to supervisor, and I bet that even though you get through the result is the same. Shame on them!!!

Oh my god! I discovered I’ve been overcharged for their equipment rental fees. The brain dead lady on the phone opened a ticket. Good so far. Then she said that I’d be called on Monday December 25th.... She didn’t even get why that was stupid. Like it’s any other day of the year! What the heck? Seriously! WHAT THE ABSOLUTE HECK!

I was scammed by them, I started service a year ago and was supposed to receive a$100 gift card. I was told since i upgraded my service within 90 days I was no longer entitled to the gift card . I was assured before upgrading, that it would not impact me getting the card. Liars and scammers

Worst company ever! I have never seen so many negative reviews for 1 company yet they still keep up their ways. They don't care about the customer at all. They all lie a d cheat you out of money and service. Do anything to avoid ever signing up with them. If enough people stand together we can get this company bankrupt!!

I am giving a rating of O for customer service. Every single person I talk with over-seas have not been able to help me with "closed captioning" issues. I can't believe that comcast xfinity doesn't care if customers are not getting good customer service! I would not recommend comcast xfinity TV to anyone.

Comcast phone service is unreliable and chat service can rarely help. Always requires a technician to be sent. Comcast is not focused on non-business consumers, only business. They should sell off their consumer business to someone that will focus on people.

recording sports is a total joke. You have to add an extra 1.5 hours just to be safe. The DVR has no idea what to do when things go to overtime even when it is set to automatically extend. Xfinity is FAR WORSE than Directv or Dish for recording and not just sports, the DVR loves to cut off before the last minute of the programs

Been a customer since 1999...Comcast SUCKS...Their Prices STINK...Their customer service is non-existent....Their Cable skips all the time, and the voice NEVER matches the picture. They are a monopoly, however, and can do and charge whatever they want to. If I could, I would rate them a MINUS 10. DO NOT select Comcast as your provider.

My experience with Comcast will have me FOREVER staying away from them. I prefer over the air, regular antenna TV before I will use another Comcast product. I, and my family and friends, have had such hardship with Comcast that they are dead in our family. They will forever rate a "0".

The price kept going up. Having to pay for hd boxes when I have to have them to use the service. Charging for everything and then some. The price of cable is so outrageous no matter who you go with. I have the internet with Hulu and Netflix. $60.00 for all three and will never be a cable customer again.

Comcast has always been customer service deficient. The people that answer the phone most times have no idea what is going on. They have canceled service appointments without telling me. Then having to wait a couple days for another appointment. The prices change on their whim. Unfortunately they are a monopoly in this area so nowhere to go.

My first year was fine, then I did Movers Edge and nothing has been right since. Billing has been incorrect, I get a different story every time I call in. No two CSR's say the same thing. I lived on a fixed income and every dollar has a purpose. To call up and go thought BS about billing every month is stressful and time consuming.

After my contract was up I called Comcast to down grade to a double play because I don't use the phone and Money problems make it hard to pay the bill. They said that I can't down grade once I have a triple play. I think that is horrible. I plan on moving soon and I will be going to Verizon if Comcast doesn't work with me.

I have comcast double play after 1 year my rate went up over 50.00. My internet is no better that when I had a DSL connection I swtiched because of issues with satellites loss of signal and various other problems. I hate comcast customer service. I am seriously thhink of pulling the plug on the TV

They are over priced for what you get. They suck you in with what you think is a good deal the when you want to down grade the lower package is higher than the current one you have. I no longer watch TV at all because of Comcast. I would rather have no TV than Comcast TV. They always charge much more than what they say. Comcast charged me rent on my own equipment. They charged me for services I did not sign up for or want. They use trickery and deceit on promotions. Comcast customer service is terrible. I HATE Comcast.

comcast may say they honor their so called price lock guarrantee but since i signed up for it my cable bill has gone up every month after the first month. this has happened everytime comcast guarrantees any kind of price. if it is for one year you should get the same price for one whole year, NOT ONE MONTH!

i got a two year contract and after one year the price changed more them i was told in which i wasnt told the price would change after a year. Service is always interrupted. boxes have to be reset everyday. internet goes out at times.

I had intermittent Internet for 2 months. I have had 3 techs to the house and endless phone calls to support in the Phillipines. Finally, today, they discovered the problem. It was another house (91 Woodbridge Ave) when the main box is located. If I had a choice, I would get rid of it! Worst customer service ever!

I am a senior on fixed income, have basic cable and internet, thats it and I cant afford it anymore. 3 people in my complex had o shut their cable down, how sad is that? you need to revamp the system and maybe have us select what stations we want and pay accordingly
