The technician must have been in a hurry on his first visit. He did not even check the house. He did the very minimum. Future visits were scheduled. Most times he tried coming when no one was home. Finally, he didn't even show up at all. Never again!!!!

I wouldn't give them 1 star if let me. Stay away from Terminix. They come to my home and put some roach bait in the house. And the technician sprayed only the bottom of the perimeter of my home. I have more insects now than before they came. The technician was here no more than 20 minutes for $90. Just so you know.

Lie about price, inspection, & services. Do not trust or use, after complaining they will send managers to your house, not listen to you and sweep it all under the rug. Only reason I would even give them a 1 star review is the technician we had was very nice and super knowledgeable.

No one ever called me to schedule an appointmen. Idon't Know if a glitch in the website or Terminex. The only reason I have given low rating is due to the non-callback. Terminex May be a great company, but I had to go with another who called back.

Terrible service! Had to call a call center where a disinterested person answered after I had to wait over five minutes. I had an immediate mouse problem and wanted help immediately. Terminix appearantly isn’t local. I went with a local firm and love them!

Customer service is horrid. I was hung up on trying to get a quote because I refused to give out my work number. When I tried to call back to get a supervisor suddenly the call center couldn’t find one. I’ll spend my money elsewhere

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! The inspector had no problem being dishonest in order to get me to sign a contract. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a bunch of bull. They show up without advance notice , and their service sucks. Had I read the reviews ahead of time, I certainly would not have hired them!

I had termites, they came and did the tent gas fumigation. Then I still found evidence of termites and the never came back. They took the money and didn't respond after that. I never got my money back ? I was not even offered...The guarantee is a joke. Don't trust them.

The service rep will spend no more than 15 minutes on a 4000 sq ft house. When the pests situation did not improve, their explanation is either I have to be patient or seeing dead pests is common even with their service. I ended up canceling their service and do my own pest control. I almost never see any pests, dead or alive. And doing it yourself is not hard at all and much cheaper. Their service is over rated.

I had a good friend that complained a lot about Terminix. They would come and spray all around his house, but he still had lots of bugs. The worst part was, was that he was locked into a contract and couldn't cancel the service.

They have owed me about $500 since April. This is July. I canceled my 35 year contract because it was going to cost me $3500 to pull back enclosure material in crawl space for them to spray for termites.
