After dealing with an ant problem I called Terminex. I wished that I had read the reviews first. They are all true. They promise services that they do not deliver. When you contact customer service they tell you a supervisor will get back to you. They never return your call. They say that they have a 100% satisfaction or money back guarantee. When you tell them about your dissatisfaction they refuse to honor the money back guarantee. DO NOT use this company. Call Orkin or a local company. This is the dirtiest company that I have ever dealt with.

Terminix was scheduled to do a termite inspection of my home in Mt. Dora,Fl. They did not come or call. My friend said her Terminix for bugs was good so I scheduled again for today. Again the Terminix inspector did not show up. Who runs a business that makes customers wait for a three hour window and not show up twice? Completely fed up with Terminix not being accountable for showing up for scheduled appointments.

The best trap they have ever made is the contract. The only service they did is spray and set the bait base - all you can do by yourself with much less cost. And there is no service scheduled in advance, they just knock your door and start the service. The customer service is nightmare!!! They only call you for money collection and they won't strech their hand when you are in real trouble. Get away from these bugs!!!

Made the mistake of answering my door. A rep spoke to my husband about having our house sprayed. He was told he could try it for the first month for $100. If he was not happy he could cancel. He signed paperwork stating otherwise. Yhe cancelatation fee was $79. We paid the money after several call to the company . They did not care. Read the fine print and don’t trust the rep at your door.

We have been withTerminex for years. Suddenly, they have become very unreliable. Often they do not schedule, just show up, or call and cancel on the day of service. They use to knock down spider webs, but they no longer do that. We have not been seen for quite some time. when I call, I am told they will call back to schedule within 48 hours, but they never call back. We are looking for another company who can be counted on!

Terminix is worst than the insects they so call terminate...I paid $192 for two months of services for mosquito's and being eating by mosquitos..They people are a bunch of liars because they canceled my service by my request but refusing to give me my money back..Even though they state that (MONEY BACK GUARANTEED)..Do yourself a favour and stay away from these people..

I had this co in 3 other states and 4 different city( FL, MI and TN but GA not good service totally different world. GA charges are the same as other states but the quality and quantity for less with no explaination. I have called Corp but the keep ref us back to GA that is not helping. The tech is caught in our cameras in our yards after hours and was ask not to ever return. So I have left the co. We have chosen someone else

This company is the worst. Their inspector don't even know how to write a professional report. After doing a mice inspection, all what I got was a bunch of paper and the over priced for an insulation that I don't even know if I needed. Trying to get in touch with the inspector again, it became an absolutely nightmare. I will never used this service again.

I had an infestation in my house due to the previous renters, I contacted this company to do the pest cleaned up. They went into detail describing what needed to be done and gave me a general price, but they couldn’t provide a complete price quote without seeing the infestation. I did not select them to proceed, as I found another company, I choose to do business with.

I had Terminix, Orkin and Truly Nolan. Listen to all 3 companies and decided to go with Orkin as they were more convincing and used environment safe pesticides and Termite control. My main reason for not selecting Terminix was they did not drill holes inside the house to address Termite activity inside my house.

I had high hopes for Terminix. I tried them after Orkin. We had small little outside pest in our basement and nothing seemed to help. I felt they really tried. I wanted something more organic as well around my kids and pets.

Horrendous customer service. Horrendous attitude. Horrendous products. Horrendous people. I could not get them on the phone or by email to ask a question about what they could do at my house. When they finally did come out, I asked that they only do a certain area and the guy argued with me. I also wanted them to use a less toxic product and they refused. Then I discovered that he had left his truck running with the A/C on the whole time he was at my house which was over an hour. He apparently doesn’t care at all about the environment or anybody else but his little self. I emailed and called the company to tell them, and they never answered. Terminating Terminix.

They did a great job keeping my home pest free. They were costly and we ended up dropping them after one year when the contract ran out. We did not see any ants or spiders for 4 years after they stopped providing service.

If I leave Zero stars I would. I had to move due to a divorce and could not cancel my services. Had to pay for service for ex., they refused to take over payment. Once I made final payment-cancellation was long and tedious. Will never use them again.

Horrible company. They will ruin your credit with bogus made up charges. Do not use them. They had my credit dropped over 100 points for a service I never agreed to. When I tried to tell them I cancelled service they did not fix their mistake. I am still struggling to get my credit back.

The local technician is friendly and personable. The company and local management will NOT respond to inquiries. Once you get into AUTOPAY they will continue to charge you no matter what you try. And you cannot stop AUTOPAY, they have to do it. But will not. Just keeps charging you

These are the rudest bunch of "business people" I've ever met. I went to the office to tell the manager about a problem I had with one of their inspectors, and the manager literally shoved me out the door. I called the police. Never ever ever use Terminix!!!

They guy came to my house, installed traps for 3 days and in each day he captured a critter. Then he said his job was done. NEVER, EVER he mentioned anything about time frame or number of critter, he said he would solve my problem. Well, the problem is still there, critters in my backyard.

I scheduled an appointment for a free inspection and the technician didn't bother showing up. I called and asked where the technician was and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. The response I got was he was not available and someone would call me back. I have yet to hear from someone and don't expect to. Great way to treat your customers.

sales tech allow tenant to sign contact in my name, owner of property .they move stop paying and they place it on my credit . call to talk to billing in customer service, paid the bill and ask to reverse from my credit report they refuse.talk to supervisor in billing was so rude.
