I hired Greenix in early 2020 for a problem with voles. Initially the service was good. The problem has worsened in the past month. I had three scheduled appointments for someone to come out and check the bait boxes. No one showed up and appointments weren't canceled. Today was another, no show appointment. The vole holes went from 10 three weeks ago to more than 50 over the weekend. Obviously, their treatment is ineffective. The problem may now require new topsoil to cover the holes that have become a fall hazard. I called the Utah headquarters for assistance. All they can do is pass the message onto the local franchise.

Great pest control service. Eco friendly and pet safe. The service technicians are knowledgeable, proactive and very considerate. I’ve been using their service for almost a year and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The only con is their prices are a little on the high end but it’s been worth it so far.

For the most part great, customer service on the phone is 5.5 stars, Elmer was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Some of the guys that have come out to my house could of done a better job clarifying when trying to sell me new services, but overall very nice!

Alex stopped by and was a nice young man with a well rehearsed sales pitch. I ultimately did not sign up for service, mainly because I don't do business this way ( door to door). Alex seemed to be knowledgeable and was very friendly. A little bit pushy, but that's the nature of the job and the script and I can't fault him. We've had them stop before to try to get us to sign up and the young men they hire for this are always pleasant and polite, thus the 4 stars.

This was a good experience. The workers showed up right on time after I took the kids to school and in a few minutes they found where the problem was by the foundation, in less than a hour the problem was solved without a mess or a chemical smell! Their Service has decreased (they will not come inside, etc) which I understand due to Covid), but their prices were not adjusted. They used to sweep the cobwebs and spider nests, but do not any longer.

I didn't care for them. They were spraying for spiders and bees. I had more spiders on my home than a little bit. I wound up exterminating my contract and then exterminating the spiders myself.

Hi Raymond. Thank you for your feedback. Typically after the initial treatment, bug activity may stay the same or even increase as the bugs are getting disturbed from the treatment. After about 10-14 days, activity will decrease. If you continue to see bugs after this time, we would love to come back out and treat your home again for free.
