They got rid of my big spiders, but not my spiders and webs in my bushes and I Didnt like how they dont do the whole yard and that fleas and ticks are an extra fee.

They are only here for maybe 5 minutes, walk around with a "duster" and get cobwebs,and then go to their truck and get some bug spray or powder and the are done. All for $129 a visit. You are bound by a contract for 18 mo. I got a call from a representative from the company asking how I liked the service. I told him how I felt, he said he was sorry and told me he would cancel my contract.

While I've had billing issues with them, their services are top notch. We've had no pest issue the past 3 years using their services. Great technicians. Just watch to insure you're not double billed. If you have been, they will immediately correct it.

Using the service for 5 years. Great results. The squirrels, chipmunks, and field mice have stopped making winter quarters on my garage. Also, the wasp and yellow jacket population is under control. Spiders coming indoors in winter has stopped. Our love of nature is now outside.

I always receive a phone call or text notifying me of the technician’s arrival 15-30 minutes beforehand. The tech is always considerate and polite. Spraying seems to be thorough because I have great results and never have had to call Greenix back.

Thé first application did not work well I think maybe the rain had a lot to do with the reapplied but I wasn’t home so they never got the inside it seemed to take care of the ants but the spiders were really bad inside and out especially on the bushes. The second application seems to be doing much better but I’m still seeing a few spiders inside but I’m giving it time again we had rain right after the application but so far it seems to be working much better hopefully the spiders will disappear

The services are great, but the scheduling needs revamped. We have the mosquito and tick spraying service that needs done once a month. This year and last year they missed us an entire month, defeating the purpose. Once I called it was rectified quickly but really, how hard is it to preschedule a monthly appt.

We used Greenix at out last house because we were seeing more and more spiders inside the house. They did a thorough inspection and came and sprayed and cleaned all the cobwebs from our garage. We thought we still had too many spiders so they came out again and sprayed again at no cost. Very friendly and courteous people.

This is the Spirit Airlines of pest control. A shambolic mess. I spoke to their sales person on the phone, booked an appointment for a technician to come to my house in the morning, then waited all day for no one to show up. I called Greenix multiple times, got a different story about how the technician would "be there soon" each time. Finally had to demand to speak to a supervisor before I could cancel and demand to get my deposit back. Never, ever use these jokers.

Initially called about bee removal back in September. They treated the bees and said it would be better in 5-8 days (it wasn't) and then they would come back free of charge in two weeks if it wasn't. After 10 days I tried to call and schedule a tech to come out, only to be told the local tech would call to schedule. They never called. So here I am in March, still paying for services that I am not receiving because they charge more for cancelling than the contract. Would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GREENIX!
