Thé first application did not work well I think maybe the rain had a lot to do with the reapplied but I wasn’t home so they never got the inside it seemed to take care of the ants but the spiders were really bad inside and out especially on the bushes. The second application seems to be doing much better but I’m still seeing a few spiders inside but I’m giving it time again we had rain right after the application but so far it seems to be working much better hopefully the spiders will disappear

Every Greenix employee who has done work in my yard has been amazing. They’re all very courteous and willing to answer questions. I use Greenix for bug control, flea/tick/mosquito control and chipmunk/pest control. I highly recommend this company!!

The services are great, but the scheduling needs revamped. We have the mosquito and tick spraying service that needs done once a month. This year and last year they missed us an entire month, defeating the purpose. Once I called it was rectified quickly but really, how hard is it to preschedule a monthly appt.

Eric the technician who came out to our house today was great and found a few spots where Pets could enter actually into the house so he called me up about that and then I called Maren to give her my new credit card number and she was just always so nice just a very pleasant person to talk with on the phone

We used Greenix at out last house because we were seeing more and more spiders inside the house. They did a thorough inspection and came and sprayed and cleaned all the cobwebs from our garage. We thought we still had too many spiders so they came out again and sprayed again at no cost. Very friendly and courteous people.

Always good :) Good people, good communications, nice people on follow-up confirmations. Work done in an environmentally caring and considerate way. Effective too, helped me with both an old Carpenter Ant problem as well as mice overall. Everything you'd want in home service on pest control.

Great service! I love it that they use safe, green, eco friendly products. It’s also pretty great that they send me a text message before and after each visit letting me know what’s been done and recommended in the future. Totally recommend using them.

Alex stopped by and was a nice young man with a well rehearsed sales pitch. I ultimately did not sign up for service, mainly because I don't do business this way ( door to door). Alex seemed to be knowledgeable and was very friendly. A little bit pushy, but that's the nature of the job and the script and I can't fault him. We've had them stop before to try to get us to sign up and the young men they hire for this are always pleasant and polite, thus the 4 stars.

Hasn't been good. The last person that came dented the flashing around two of my windows. She told me if I would by the mouse package she would treat my wasp problem. Found out later that's included in my package any way.

Greenix unsolicited targeted my 85 year old widowed mother as she lives in a neighborhood of elderly single and retired people. they convinced her that she needed monthly pest control because she admitted to having some ants in her yard. this escalated to a monthly charge of $40 and she unwittingly consented to a year long tcontract. they then convinced her that she needed rodent control in the form of a bunch of boxes filled with bricks placed around her house which was an additional $59 a month which she thought was a one time charge. when she realized she had committed to a monthly charge she asked to have the boxes removed and the representative offered a reduced price explaining she was committed to the service. when i learned of this chicanery i contacted greenix and tried to cancel the service and was told the boxes would be removed within a week. two weeks later the boxes where still there and she received another bill for the rodent traps. I called again on her behalf and was told they would come for the boxes but she would be charged a $250 cancellation fee. when I requested to cancel all their services because... this is so wrong. they threatened to take my mother to collections. I had to agree to continue the $40 a month regular fee until December to avoid legal action and collections.

Well if you need customer service it's a joke I needed reservice wanted to call them and guess what...customer service is in the Philippines. Good luck getting anything taken care of. They really are only about the $$$ not the service. Asked point blank when we signed up, due to allergies, that if we had bees would we be able to get someone ASAP to have it resolved. ABSOLUTLY was the answer. Called today spent rounds with Customer Service and first available is NEXT WEEK. They have nothing that would be earlier than that. They then agree to expedite it as "a favor". Then I get a nameless text saying someone will be there today...great, but wait they didn't ask when someone will be home and/or where the nest is. How are they going to service anything?? Heck they could say the tech was there and nothing got done. AGAIN, no idea of what customer service is at all. They just pretend to have customer service. Only people I feel sorry for and the poor guys that have to do the service an me for having been stupid enough to believing them.

I called this service in Kalamazoo Michigan to test for pests at a family member's residence in August 2023. When no pests were found, I tried to cancel the service in May, 2024. I was told that I could not cancel (without a cancellation fee of over $200) until closer to the renewal date in August and they would NOT note the account. When I was notified of a service that was scheduled in August, I called the number I received the message from and told them to cancel. I was assured that the property would not be treated and that the service would be cancelled. Not only did the service not get cancelled, but another technician was sent to the property to treat. When I called today regarding the additional billing/payments, I was told that "we tried to call but din' get an answer, so we continued with the account". How many times do you have to cancel a service before it is actually cancelled?? I am out $180 because the "Technicians are unable to cancel services". The business practice of this company is certainly lacking in customer service. I would not recommend based on my experience with the financial dealings of the company.
