I get what I pay for. I was disappointed with pest control company I was using and I haven’t had any problems with Greenix. They are good at communicating. When they arrive, they check in. They do everything they are required to do before leaving. They are careful around my pond.

This is the Spirit Airlines of pest control. A shambolic mess. I spoke to their sales person on the phone, booked an appointment for a technician to come to my house in the morning, then waited all day for no one to show up. I called Greenix multiple times, got a different story about how the technician would "be there soon" each time. Finally had to demand to speak to a supervisor before I could cancel and demand to get my deposit back. Never, ever use these jokers.

During the service visit, the technician was polite and informed me that there was no rodent activity in my home. Based on that, we discussed general pest control, which I believed I already had or was continuing. However, I later discovered that I had been enrolled in a rodent service subscription without clear explanation or my informed consent. I have now paid for three months of a service for an issue that does not exist in my home. When I called to follow up—after waiting for service that never came—I was transferred multiple times, disconnected, and never received a callback. Eventually, I reached an extremely unprofessional account manager Chris. He repeatedly talked over me, did not allow me to explain the situation fully, and insisted that I must pay a $249 cancellation fee. This is unacceptable. I was: Told there was no rodent activity Enrolled in a service I did not knowingly agree to Charged for three months of unnecessary service Treated poorly when attempting to resolve the issue I am requesting: Immediate cancellation of the rodent service A full refund for the charges already paid Waiver of the $249 cancellation fee If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to escalate the matter through the Better Business Bureau and dispute the charges with my financial institution.

Thus far everything has been ok. Like that i get a text prior to them arriving. Improve on personalizing their correspondence - i've had to request a re-service which was done fine but the next time someone came out they never mentioned what was missed before. makes me wonder if they did what the prior greenix rep. did. and then i'm expected to rate the service as exceptional.

Staff is friendly, professional and ALWAYS prompt. They arrive with a smile and ready to work. I receive messages before the appointment asking about any questions or concerns, and a quick follow up message just before the appointment. They send a detailed description about what was performed during the visit immediately after they leave. We have cameras so I know they are doing a good job! My favorite...they remove all cobwebs for me and have products on hand like ant traps if I need them. So far, so good. Keep up the good work, Greenix... and continue to hire great, hardworking people. It's a blessing these days.

Timmy who is the technician that services our home goes above and beyond to give us his expertise of service. Timmy is very knowledgeable of what he is applying around our home and if we have any questions at anytime he explains himself in a very clear and easy understanding manner. He conducts himself in a very professional friendly manner and always has a smile on his face., when he is finished he always makes sure that he checks in with us to make sure that we are happy with his service and is there anything better that he could do to make it even better! The GREENIX representative last week why is Mr. Taylor who helped us with mosquito treatment, but was kind enough to oblige and help us with ant treatment in the living room and loft. I was particularly impressed with the decency of Mr. Taylor, on his way out, when he saw me opening up a large package of carpet that arrived, and was kind enough to ask if he could help. It meant a lot to me that an employee of a contractor, who did not have to do that extra bit voiced his concern for the customer and had the graciousness to offer help. This is a quality extremely rare to find these days in anyone.

Absolutely terrible. Do not ever use. I was sold on the service by a technician who was working on the house next door. He did a very brief inspection and claimed to see droppings in various locations. Some locations were accurate, but he showed me a picture of an A/C unit with a lot of droppings in it, which I later checked, and did not see any in ours. I called to cancel, and surprise, there was a huge cancellation fee of $250, which the technician did not tell me about. He did tell me "you can cancel anytime" so not an outright lie, but he omitted the fee. The line about the fee is in the contract, but that isn't something you normally read when someone is handing you a tiny iPhone screen to sign with your finger. I should have looked at the contract more closely, but this is clearly a company with shady practices who encourage their technicians to lie by omission and hook prospective customers who just want to get pests and rodents out of their house.

The past couple of months I haven’t had a really good experience with customer service. The requests I put in seem to be falling on deaf ears. It would be nice if they saved things because there have been a couple of times I have been accused of not calling and I provided proof of the time of the calla and still been told I am lying.

It is the time of year for a lot of spider and a lot of insects around. We thought we would do it ourselves so my 90 year old husband was spraying around the house and it was a little bit difficult for him so we signed up. I like the people. They are very nice and personable but I am not sure about the product because I am still seeing insects.
