They have pretty good customer service, it is pretty reachable when I call about concerns. They respond quickly when you need their free reservice, which I had to use since I was still seeing spiders everywhere.

First, almost nothing is covered without an up-charge. Flea and tick treatment? up-charge, Mice? Up-charge...and on and on...Trying to cancel service after the expiration of the contract period is like trying to get fly paper off your fingers. Every month I get a text that they're coming and every month I have to call and tell them I'm already OUT! Only to be told "To cancel you'll need to speak to one of our account managers." Where they'll do all they can to convince you not to cancel. In the end, if you want someone to knock down your cobwebs (most not all) and squirt some bug and spider chemical liquid you could probably buy at your local Agway Store once a quarter. Then go for it!

Greenie has been extremely responsive in helping us resolve our yellow jackets issue, including removing a nest in the ceiling of a bedroom, and treating other areas of heavy activity around our house. Using the service for 5 years. Great results. The squirrels, chipmunks, and field mice have stopped making winter quarters on my garage. Also, the wasp and yellow jacket population is under control. Spiders coming indoors in winter has stopped. Our love of nature is now outside.

I have had my service technician, Logan, for several months and found him to be very diligent in his process of treating my home. Thé first application did not work well I think maybe the rain had a lot to do with the reapplied but I wasn’t home so they never got the inside it seemed to take care of the ants but the spiders were really bad inside and out especially on the bushes. The second application seems to be doing much better but I’m still seeing a few spiders inside but I’m giving it time again we had rain right after the application but so far it seems to be working much better hopefully the spiders will disappear

The services are great, but the scheduling needs revamped. We have the mosquito and tick spraying service that needs done once a month. This year and last year they missed us an entire month, defeating the purpose. Once I called it was rectified quickly but really, how hard is it to preschedule a monthly appt.

We used Greenix at out last house because we were seeing more and more spiders inside the house. They did a thorough inspection and came and sprayed and cleaned all the cobwebs from our garage. We thought we still had too many spiders so they came out again and sprayed again at no cost. Very friendly and courteous people.

Hasn't been good. The last person that came dented the flashing around two of my windows. She told me if I would by the mouse package she would treat my wasp problem. Found out later that's included in my package any way.
