The past couple of months I haven’t had a really good experience with customer service. The requests I put in seem to be falling on deaf ears. It would be nice if they saved things because there have been a couple of times I have been accused of not calling and I provided proof of the time of the calla and still been told I am lying.

It is the time of year for a lot of spider and a lot of insects around. We thought we would do it ourselves so my 90 year old husband was spraying around the house and it was a little bit difficult for him so we signed up. I like the people. They are very nice and personable but I am not sure about the product because I am still seeing insects.

The employees have been very pleasant & positive people, and we've appreciated that. However, though we are pretty new to the company, unfortunately we are very disappointed and are actually entertaining the idea of returning to Moxy when our contract is up. This is because twice we've mentioned the yellow jackets nest in one of the basement window wells. And, yet, they are still there making it difficult to mow around there. :(

This summer I had a mouse in the house and when I called about it the only feedback I got was at least it died. I’ve had to put in two calls for incorrect billing and every time I get passed around from person to person until they correct the bill.

Since I have started using this company I have not had any bugs get into my garage! Not even spiders during the Fall. No signs of insects anywhere. They also took are of my Vole problems that came from my neighbors yard. My yard is still good to go! All the guys that come do the service are so polite and friendly. Service/customer service people are so helpful and informative.

Not only did they not catch any of the rodents that they claimed I had, but when notifying them we had some financial crunch to take care of, they wouldn't let us out of their 12 month contract that we pay monthly fees for. Yup, that's right, you either keep paying or they'll hit you with a $250.00 fine. To even get to that point, you have to call them multiple times, email them notification/signatures to cancel. Stay away, and just take care of pests yourselves, there is better options than this scam company.

I was impressed with the sales person when he came to my door and the experience of them doing it was fine but the quality of the pest control is poor as we still have all kinds of bugs everywhere. I like the people and the process just not the outcome.

They are only here for maybe 5 minutes, walk around with a "duster" and get cobwebs,and then go to their truck and get some bug spray or powder and the are done. All for $129 a visit. You are bound by a contract for 18 mo. I got a call from a representative from the company asking how I liked the service. I told him how I felt, he said he was sorry and told me he would cancel my contract.

Joke of a company. They pressured me into signing up for service for a year, each visit in 3 month increment has left me feeling like I was gypped. Its super expensive and the tech just brushes the downspouts says to call back if there are any issues. I gave a 2 star review because the latest tech although quick, have always been nice. The first tech sent out I had to remind to spray in multiple places. He was like "oh yeah, I forgot". Made me feel like he was rushing to just be done. The biggest problem I have is they say "just call if you need anything in between scheduled services". Problem is, they coincidently never have time to come out. I recently had a bad ant issue, I called to have them come back, told me it would be 2 weeks away. Since then they have called and left messages to reschedule multiple times. I spend 5-10 minutes each time on the phone and they end up saying "I can't find a time, I'll send this to another team to get back to you." I've just counted 8 separate phone calls for this one service and have yet to have anyone come out. I'm fairly young so I can take care of my own lawn but if I were elderly or disabled and I had a major issue relying on them just to say "we'll be there in a month"!?!? Those rats and ants cant wait right!? NO thanks! If you are even mildly able to do these things yourself, do it. Save your money, its not worth the headache.
