The product is good but unfortunately I have had to call back twice because the service person that was sent out doesn’t do the job and just leaves a bill. I think the service person should ring the doorbell and let you know that they are here to do the work! If I have to keep calling back for another service personal to come back to do the job I am going to cancel the service! I suggest you hire responsible people!

I definitely like that I get reminders via text and via voicemail. I wish it were easier to set a more precise appointment time. I would like to have more environmentally-friendly and pet-friendly insecticides. I have some perennial problems that I would also like solutions to (such as closet moths).

This service technician was great. Much better than the previous one that ruined my garden fence. When I contacted the local office I was told that someone would get back to me but never did. Oh well no pests at least. When my contract is up I will probably not renew.

All I was told via voicemail a tech will service on 12/26, leave gate unlocked. Normally they come in the am. Because they needed access to my garage I had to stay home all day long - I was his last appointment. If a homeowner needs to be home, they should at least be given a 4 hour estimate & a call by tech when they’re on their way!

The tech had called me a half hour before he arrives at my residence. After 30 min went by, I had called him to inquire where he was at. He did not show up until an hour later. Aptive had charged me $92 for the service, I was normally charge $89, so I had to call to inquire about this charge and the rep was able to charge me the right amount. I’m still waiting to see if the charge was actually changed. This is one of the reasons I don’t like the automatic withdrawal.

One thing, during the inside of house spray, I saw many drips of insecticide on the hard floor. Because I have small dog, and I was afraid my dog lick of them. I have cleaned them before releasing the dog. Another thing is that I have missed 4 appointments, because nobody showed up at 3 times, and I was not at home one time, because I did not know when your worker show up. Please send me accurate information for the worker visit.

This is supposed to be a quarterly deal...application was done on 11-29....quarterly from last application would be 12-19. Also, I continue to get emails that you want me back- like I'm not a customer anymore.. this is very confusing to me.

My technician Chad did a good job. He took his time outside and checked inside for point of entry of the rat but we were the ones to actually find the entry point inside by pulling forward the dryer and outside of the dryer vent . We were also the ones to trap it.

I was in my home knowing that the Aptive employee would finish soon and come to the front door. Well he left, this was the first time since I became a customer that this happen. All others came to the door. Very disappointed
