I asked him to let me know when he was done so I could have him spray inside garage (I only had exterior of house done) and he finished & left sending me text to let me know. I asked him to return to do the garage. When he arrived I opened garage & thanked him for returning, I got no response. He sprayed 3 areas and when he was done I thanked him again AND said goodbye...I got absolutely no response. In my eyes he was rude, and I didn’t appreciate that! I appreciated the heads up call so we could put our dog in the house. The area was sprayed and some cobwebs were removed. There were still a few areas that cobwebs were missed (in the trellis, the outside chairs, and by the house.

The rep was very nice but the job is not done as the pool cage which was the main problem was not sprayed or touched and I asked for that specifically. I was on hold for over 15 mins on the phone hung up and tried the app and tried to upload pics of the spiders and other areas not serviced. Please come back out and redo this, really not good

Each visit before this last one has been great. Cobwebs have been swept away, and the spraying has been very thorough. On the visit yesterday I was only able to watch the work done in the backyard. but it wasn't near as thorough as all the previous services and was rushed.

i work at home. i've been at my desk since 8:30. i did not see anyone around the house, so maybe this person got here before then? if not, then i'm not sure when he arrived. no one rang the door, so i was not able to let him into the garage and he did not check to see if he needed to do anything within the house. i hope he paid attention to the area beneath the deck and particularly by the back door, which is what i would have asked him to do.

David did an excellent job, and I'm hoping my pantry moths will soon be just a bad memory. He sprayed the interior of the cabinets, and also place a small disc in each one to prevent the moths from laying eggs. This was the third visit from Aptive for this problem, and hopefully the last! If this had been the first visit, my rating would be top notch. But since it took three times to get the job done, I can't say I'm impressed overall.

Responsive and regular treatment is effective. Dislike different responses from technicians. Was told by one tech that we could get mosquito trap pheromone boxes by asking any tech. Asked my tech on Thursday and was told he doesn't do that.

I notified the technician of suspicious round spots in garage. Tech checked it and told me what it was. He then immediately put out bait to attract it and deal with the issue. Tech was friendly, and professional.
