First, I didn't even get a curtesy call about my service being canceled or when it would be rescheduled. I'm not even sure if technician even did the job when he came! Doorbell rang, he didn't even stay 5 minutes, he was gone as soon as I opened the door and then said he serviced my house? How do I know that even happened?

Terrible job. Every time they came it was a rush job. The windows were left with cobwebs so nothing was cleaned and the last time he came I usually smell the chemicals but I didn’t even smell anything. He spent at least 10 minutes on his phone and maybe 5 minutes doing his job. Definitely not worth the price. Cancelled my contract with them.

Service did not help. Last service they did not do the complete job. Tech was too busy on his phone. From time he rang door bell to the time of my invoice 14 minutes had expired. No way could ha have done the work. Cancelled service

I was told that a technician would be here between 11 and 1. There was a specific place they were supposed to look at and I was to show them where it was. I was home and outside during the day, but never saw a technician on my property nor was I asked to show them the problem spot. However, I got a message saying I was serviced. Not acceptable.

Technician only sprayed around house/foundation! He did not do eaves, wheep holes, yard , foliage, didn't do windows etc.! He did not know I was home and that I was watching him! It makes me wonder has this happened before? I am very unhappy! I pay way too much money for this to happen even 1 time! My trust is completely broken!
