The back and sides of the house were not sprayed or treated properly. The removal of spider webs and insect nests was not performed either. It seems as if the technician just did the front porch only. My camera was active and tracking at the time. Another service is required to complete the job properly.

We were not notified that service was coming and not at home to open the house or garage for service. This is why we got rid of prior company as you and them only did half of the job.

Worst! Not satisfied at all. The technician came to my home on 10/11/2019 to do the quarterly scheduled service but he left without completing his jobs, He even refused to come inside my home to do the service while he was asked.

Did not perform stated work. Never saw them, I was home when they supposedly came by. I have pictures, of spiders and webs still around the house. During a previous scheduled stop the technician put puddles of liquid repellant on all of our interior window sills which absorbed and then stained. Very negligent.

I am beginning to think this is a scam. No one came to our house on 9/4 to treat. I will cancel this contract with the help of the state attorney general for fraud and not holding up to your end of the contract. My mother in law is in the house all day and no one came to the house!

The worst!! Called 3 times to remove a hornets nest. Not one call back! Called two more times to cancel service. Both times calls role to central call center. They took my information and said no problem to cancel. Got billed again, with person never showing up!!! Next call is to the police for fraud and charging for non-services...
