We need to cancel the year contract for services with you. Your salesperson, Austin, told my dad that your would get rid of their fire ants and their moles. Alex came to spray yesterday and he only treated the house, not the yard. The house is so full that there are very few baseboards to treat so it will not be effective. Alex said that he is not treating the yard. Please cancel the contract. Please return my call.

The Technician was not on my property long enough to do a satisfactory job. He wasn't here much longer than 10 minutes. As soon as he left, I discovered that he had already finished the summary of services provided. That would have taken 10 minutes, unless he did it ahead of time. Services provided by this Technician was not a confidence builder in your company.

Can’t even tell anything was done, still have spider webs around my entire deck in the back. Called them back after the very first service because there were still spider webs. This is the first treatment after the initial and I still don’t see any changes. They said they would get rid of wasps, sitting on patio now and wasp just flew by. Feels like I’m paying for nothing.

Appointment was between 4 and 6pm, but he arrived at 2. I called for the internal part of the house to be treated, and he did only the outside and left without even ringing the bell. I called him three times to get him to come back, but he never answered, even after calling me at the same number. Now I have to take time off from my work tomorrow morning to wait for another service. I am very disappointed. Will not do business with them again.

On the respray, technician did not notify their presence and once again did not spray the back yard. Will reschedule for the third time. It is impossible for a technician to service the back yard because there is a lock and there are three dogs and one pissed off cat to deal with. All it takes in the ring of the door bell. Now we go to third reschedule. Not impressed.

Pushy salesperson from the start. I ended up signing up to save $20/month. After having the service for a few months, I noticed spiders inside and outside my home. After multiple service calls within 2 months, I'm still having this problem. When I called to cancel, I was eventually hung up on. Calling back now. This is incredibly ridiculous. So much for saving money. Back to Terminix I go.

i don't believe any treatment was done. I was home all morning and no one came to my house. There was a truck that circled in the cul de sac but didn't stop. The driver looked very similar to the picture of the tech who said he did the service. In fact, there is still a wasp nest and wasps in my front porch area. So he's definitely not truthful about that. Your service is awful. I'll file a report with the BBB as well.
