Your technician was very pleasant and amenable to deal with. The problem is that the number of ants entering my house dramatically rose within the next week and continues to this day. Now I have trails of ants, rather than scouts. Was there sugar in the spray, perhaps not, but it's one explanation and your salesman and technician both said, (multiple times), just call us if the problem continues. Can't do that as I did cancel in 3 business days, but I can't help but wonder . . .

I am NOT at all happy with the service I received! They were here maybe a total of 10 minutes and hardly spent any time at all sweeping around the house or under the eves. I have spiders and webs everywhere. All over my plants and outside furniture. They are even worse than before. I will not be recommending this service to anyone and wish to cancel my agreement. Poor service and very poor products that seem to do nothing!

My review rating is really 1/2 of a star. The door to door salesman, Samuel Rumsey - route manager LIED to us and as we processed to cancel devices, he said no problem that it would be taken care of and no money would be taken from our bank account without our authorization. WELL, guess what? This Aptive company stole the money from our bank without our signatures. Don't let these people neer your home, call the police and have them removed. First, I change my rating to a solid star. Okay, in all fairness apologies to Samuel Rumsey. After first posting the first part of this review, Samuel came to our house and apologized if there was any problems and agreed to personally pay back any cash descrepencies to our account.

The technician did a great job but I'm still finding spiders in my house. He applied pesticide directly on a spider that was on my ceiling corner and told me that it will go away in two days, however it is still in the same place. I feel that the material used is very weak and ineffective. I'm very disappointed.

Agent did not do thorough job. I opened side gate so he could do back yard. He didn’t go in very far , never went in back yard.!!! I opened garage and he didn’t even go in. Told him I opened front door and waited for him to come in. Went outside and he was gone!!!!!worst service ever. I called on phone , waited 5-10 minutes till offered return call option. Have been waiting almost 3 hours so far with NO CALL. Crappiest service ever!!!not worth price, and would be a rip off if it was free. Don’t need this service.dude was rude. Thanks for nothing

Door to door salesman, came to my door, rang the bell 3x, then proceeded to blow his nose into my bushes, then wipe his snot on my house in multiple places. All of this is on security cam video. Additionally in a community Facebook group multiple comments were made stating "Very pushy little guy. I had to tell him off just to get rid of him", and "at my old house they offered me a free try before you buy service. I let them do it and then didn’t sign up. They sent me a $300 cancellation bill". Despicable company, I advise to strongly avoid!!

Cody was very professional. But sadly under prepared for the task at hand. No ladder. No Bee suit. Scheduled time of service made it much more difficult to deal with wasps. Still have not heard from anyone regarding when I can expect problem to be solved. Not impressed. Am shopping for a better pest. Intros company

The exterminator who came was suppose to come in and take care of a any problem but after he sprayed on the outside he left. This is after they were suppose to have come the previous Saturday but never showed up or called. Waited all day also. Wouldn't recommend this company at all.

They just don’t do what they promise to do after they get you to sign up. They came back 30 days after the first appointment, and did not treat the lawn for ticks. I asked him to do this, as I was told during the initial appointment, that this would need to be done again. He shrugged, said he was told this was only a quarterly. Why am I paying $122 for someone to just spray around my doors?? I could do that myself. I feel ripped off.
