Wesite is user friendly! However I needed clarification on a document, I contacted customer service and they answered right away and helped me navigate a situation. Very friendly and knowledgable. This site is a wealth of information and provides every document I need as someone who is a landlord and needs a will among other things. This is so much more affordable than hiring a lawyer at $450/hr to draw up my will- If it gets alittle complicated they will provde a lawyer to answer your question. Very satisfied with the service. If you do the month to month you can cancel anytime!

I had used Rocket Lawyer many moons ago to download a document I needed. Once I grabbed the document, I didn’t see it as being something I would really ever use. So I cancelled my subscription. I thought anyway. I’m seriously forgetful and I might have not completed some steps I needed to do. Customer service representative was very patient and sweet, took time to understand my name, patiently reviewed my concern and explained why it’s s taking time on their end. Jacob is awesome! I was really upset about Rocket Lawyer emailing my printer and causing a printer jam. Jacob was able to calm me down with his smooth voice and professionalism. I'm eating a beefy 5 layer burrito from Taco Bell so that probably helped too because I was hangry. I I fixed the paper jam and Jacob unsubscribed my printer email from the spam which was caused by my narcissistic abusive adoptive father trying to get a power of attorney over me by using Rocket Lawyer. I changed my printer email. We had a good laugh and Jacob and I bonded.
