Diverse Mortgage Options

Axia Home Loans offers a broad selection of loan products with many of its loans catering to those that are low income or that need some financial assistance. A list of all of their loan products include:

  • Conventional fixed-rate loan
  • Adjustable-rate loan

Because there are so many options, borrowers have the ability to choose the loan that best fits their needs.

It should also be noted that its unique Home Path Lending loan helps assist first-time homebuyers for Fannie Mae-owned properties. Not all mortgage lenders cater to this specific group of people making Axia Home Loans a great mortgage lender if you are a first-time buyer that needs some extra financial help.

In-House Loan Processing

All loan processing, underwriting, and funding is done in-house at Axia Home Loans. This means that you will likely be able to close on you mortgage more quickly and efficiently than you might with other lenders.

Certified Homebuyer Program

To add more value to the mortgage pre-qualification process, Axia Home Loans offers the Certified Homebuyer Program, a comprehensive resource to help consumers on their homebuying journey.

The program involves three levels of qualification or certification that help equip consumers to shop for and buy a home. It is important to note that certificates are not an offer or loan commitment, but as you complete each step in the program, you will be more equipped to purchase a home or property.

Free Personalized Mortgage Consultations

With Axia Home Loans you can expect personalized customer service. The company strives to find mortgage solutions for your specific needs and offers free mortgage consultations, providing homebuyers with important, personalized information that will help them make informed decisions.

Mobile App

Axia Home Loans provides its customers with a mobile app for iOS and Android devices. This app is useful for viewing and managing home loans on the go, calculating payments, scanning and sending documents, following market news, and more.

The most unique element of their mobile app is the Axia Express feature, which is designed to make the application process easier and less time consuming. Not all mortgage lenders have this kind of technology making Axia Home Loans a great option if technology and efficiency is important to you in the home buying process.

The Bad

  • Undisclosed Rates
  • Undisclosed Fees
  • Limited State Availability
  • No Home Equity Loans or Lines of Credit

Axia Home Loans does not disclose its mortgage rates in a very accessible way. Mortgage rates change daily, making it difficult for any lender to advertise their rates, however many company's offer a mortgage rate range or a free online estimate tool to help borrowers get a ball-park range of what their possible APR rate will be.

Undisclosed Fees

Axia Home Loans does not provide details about potential fees and closing costs. For this information you will likely have to get in contact with one of its representatives or download the app in order to access more information.

A friend recommended us to Jennifer. Did a soft pull, told us to pay off around 3 grand to get scores where they needed to be (our saving and toys sold). Did that & got pre-approved at 241,000. Nothing else until we found a house that we adored. Then finally were told how much down, what payments would be, and a ton of all other fees...... That as new or first time home owners to be, should have been EXPLAINED before starting this process got this far. We may not be high end with big money but we are people none the less. Now, nothing but empty hope, no savings and a baby due in less than 5 months. Thanks Axis, for all of your help and smoke blowing.

We I have been in communication with her for almost six months we initially had to do credit repair and ones able to get credit up she was nothing but inconsistent on information I would never recommend using her as she does not make the best recommendation based on your credit or the situation. Are they say she does not make the best recommendation based on your debt to income ratio. She was not helpful with the application process. And said one thing then when going through pre-approval gave up night and day different answer
