It started with the Youtube videos by Danielle K R. Refreshingly succinct and practical, they explain various Medicare issues in short, manageable bites. I’d been drowning in mindboggling minutiae ; they were lifelines. K R is co-founder of Boomer Benefits, a broker for 30+ Medicare plans. One of the videos explains how they make their money. Many independent insurance brokers offer such service. What I came to learn – and appreciate – is that Boomer Benefits is unique in providing a deep bench of continuing support AFTER the sale. You mean I can have a Medicare professional wrangle with the insurance company on my behalf – at no expense to me – and resolve those inevitable problems with billing, coverage, etc.? Yes! After researching the company (and reading R’ book on most common Medicare mistakes), I called. Kierah G worked with me over 3-4 days. I kept coming back with more questions. She was professional and personable, with a depth of detailed knowledge and the ability to explain things clearly, simply, slowly (at my request). She listened to my needs and wants and ran scenarios showing comparative price increases and their impact at various ages. She offered veteran tips like – a counter-intuitive method for submitting SSA docs yielding faster turnaround. Her calm helped me calm down. She seemed glad to take whatever time I needed to make decisions. After evaluating lots of data together, I was able to make well-informed decisions and feel confident about them. Kierah is a skilled guide through the Medicare maze – I came to feel like I was working with a trusted friend.

Juliette T was so helpful helping with my Medicare insurance and drug benefits. I can't thank her enough. For some reason I was putting it off but she called me and asked if I had decided on what Medicare insurance then she walked me through on what I needed to do. She could have not call me back but I feel she took the necessary step to help me. I asked her questions and she answered them. She was very professional. I was so pleasantly surprised to find such courteous and helpful people at Boomer Benefits. Sidney R was awesome! I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so helpful and she also made sure to follow up during the process to check and see if everything went well. I ultimately signed up for a supplemental plan N since my current insurance company had announced by mail that they were no longer going to sell supplemental policies. Sidney made the process so easy for me... Before calling Boomer Benefits, the whole thing seemed daunting. Sidney explained all about what options were available to me in not only my supplemental insurance but my prescription insurance (Part D). She was helpful in pointing things out that I hadn't thought of and it made so much sense to me regarding the choices I made. On top of everything else, she didn't rush me through things. She was patient, kind, she listened to me, and so easy to talk to. She also made sure I knew that Boomer Benefits will be available to answer my questions throughout the coming year. Boomer Benefits has been a gift from heaven. The plethora of available information is staggering and impossible to decipher. We have worked primarily with Alyssa E, and she has been excellent. Her response time is great. In fact, she helped to make sure we did not forget to enroll in the drug plan for the first time, earlier this week. We received some support help from Dustin A on selecting a drug plan. They specialize in Medicare only and are a broker, so they are non-partisan and paid by the insurance company, not me. Also, if I move from CA to another state, they will help make the appropriate changes in my coverage.

I'll be turning 65 next year and although I did my own research, after speaking with Marisol at Boomer Benefits, I was really impressed with her responsiveness and professionalism. I told her the plan I wanted and since she was just wonderful, I went through Boomer Benefits to apply for my Medigap policy since I preferred to keep my original Medicare which I had since a prior disability. We heard about Boomer Benefits from a retired peace officer neighbor. Since I just turned 65 and am also a financial advisor helping clients near or in retirement, I called to learn more. I was connected with Sydney R who is STELLAR! She is a professional through and through, and very personable and caring in her approach. Sydney helped me find a zero-cost PPO that accepts my physician preferences and current prescriptions but added flexibility and benefits I didn’t have in my HMO. I adopted the PPO online after two calls - one to determine my needs and the other to present Sydney’s findings. It’s going to be a blessing to have help with questions and claims, as my best years are better spent doing things I love most. I’m recommending to everyone I know!

I LOVE Boomer Benefits for multiple reasons. I have been a member for 5 years. Before I became a member I did my homework and got many quotes from insurance companies before I turned 65. I had a huge spreadsheet with all the companies, plans, and cost of each….THEN I found out about Boomer Benefits and they simplified and educated me on the many plans and companies. Medicare is not easy to understand for seniors. Boomer Benefits has MANY tutorials that explain everything you need to know. Another HUGE benefit they offer is the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE they have. I had statements and bills come in that I did not know which to pay. They clarified which to pay and also got me a refund check from my primary care doctor. And the BEST part is BB does not charge for this service. I have recommended BB to family, friends, and neighbors. I want to say a SPECIAL Thank you to my customer service representative Ellery C. My sister is going through serious health issues and Ellery took the time to send me a personal note and card with well wishes. First of all I was inundated by so many cold calls as I approached Medicare eligibility, like everyone else. The decision to contact Boomer Benefits was as a result of friend’s recommendation of this company. From my research of Medicare plans I decided that advantage plans were not what I wanted. I narrowed my focus to either plan g or n. I called Boomer Benefits and was put in touch with Wendy H. She was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and came up with several choices for me. The entire process took much less time than I expected, and over the next couple days I was contacted by Wendy several times and received updates on the plan I chose as it progressed. Everything, including the plan D I chose went smoothly with the policies I decided on arriving in the mail more quickly than I expected. Wendy was great, and very attentive as well as offering other products and information. Thanks Wendy, and Boomer Benefits for the personal attention and great service!

I want to thank Alexis P for her help and caring follow-up. I was receiving notices that my claims were being denied, but they were coming from an insurance policy that I had not used for many years instead of my current policy. I had talked with the hospital billing department, medicare, and the insurance company but I could not find out why the old policy was getting billed. Needless to say I was getting extremely anxious about the situation. I called Boomer Benefits for help and Alexis had me upload all my paperwork so that she could follow up on it for me. A little later she left me a voice mail that all the claims had been received and paid by my current policy. I stopped worrying about it once I heard that voice mail. A few days later Alexis called me again to make sure that I had received the message she left and to find out if everything was OK. I was so surprised that she actually cared enough to check in on me again. She truly deserves the name “Customer Service.”

My accountant told us about Boomer Benefits. He said let me know if you think they were good.The quality of the information they make available to new enrollees to educate themselves is awesome and very impressive. When I called Tina K became my agent. She answered all of my questions and at the time I was not even signed up on Medicare A or B. After I was enrolled in A and B I called her to get my supplemental insurance. Once again she was very patient and a complete breath of fresh air. As we were wrapping up, my brother in law came out from a back room. I was not aware he had listened to most of our conversation. The customer service industry has been a big part of his life for the last several years. He interjected himself in our conversation and was telling Tina how great she is! I had seen some things on social media from people trying to navigate the medicare signup process and how confusing it was and how Boomer Benefits was so helpful to them. I am always a skeptic about advertising but I actually knew some of the people that were saying how easy Boomer Benefits was to work with and how helpful they were. I was starting the medicare process myself and trying to learn as much as I could on my own. I finally decided I could use some help, so I decided to see what I could learn from Boomer Benefits. She gave me options that fit my needs and I was able to find a plan that I am very happy with. I wanted to share my experience with Boomer Benefits since I had such a good one. I found them online originally when we were signing up my wife for Medicare. I was looking for a company that had exposure to all Medicare plans and that was highly rated. Boomer Benefits seemed to fit the bill. I have also used them more recently when I signed up for Medicare. They are exactly what I was looking for after trying to traverse the Medicare maze, a one-stop shopping experience. I worked with Darla, who guided me through what information that she needed and then did all of the busy work for both my wife and myself. I would highly recommend Darla and Boomer Benefits to anyone who doesn't want to have to figure out all of the details of Medicare supplements, gap insurance, advantage, etc. If you are interested in all of the details, they are willing to walk you through that as well.

I really stumbled onto this business. I knew I wanted assistance and clarification regard to with 2022 Medicare plans. By chance I was connected with Joey W. He was easy to speak with and I felt welcomed to ask all of my questions. He listened. Like a lot of people, I imagine, I was concerned that moving into my Medicare phase would be complicated, I'd have to read a bunch of mumbo jumbo to find the best coverage, and that I would miss something since insurance is a world I have a hard time understanding. A friend recommended Boomer Benefits and I could not have been more pleased. I initially went to their site, watched their video, which clearly laid out all the components of Medicare as well as all the various choices and the implications of one plan over another. I absorbed it all so that when I actually called and got Vanessa, I knew exactly what I wanted. It was so straight-forward and easy. They searched for the best plan in my area and boom, it was over, my application was completed and I got my Medicare cards in the mail. I spoke with Alyssa E several times about my prescription drug plan and had that figured out in no time, for the lowest price you can imagine. So so easy, painless and satisfying. I highly recommend Boomer Benefits and Alyssa E, in particular.

I've done a lot of research online for a good broker to help us with Medicare and other insurances as we prepare to retire. I settled on Boomer Benefits after watching several of their very informative videos on YouTube. One of the selling points for this company is that their representatives are not on any sort of sales commission. To me this indicates they will be more willing to advise me given our circumstances to make the best choices for us. I submitted an inquiry online and got a call back within a short few minutes from Jacob. From that initial call, Jacob has been not only courteous but very professional and informative. He has patiently answered all of our questions and has spent hours on the phone with us to ensure we understand our choices so we can make the right decisions for us. It doesn't matter who you talk to. The whole process of trying to figure out Medicare can be overwhelming. They make it so easy. Can't say enough good things about them. They help you figure out what plan is the best and most cost effective for your situation. They help you if you get a bill that you shouldn't of had, they take care of fixing it for you. I just picked out my Medicare Advantage Plan to go with my Medicare coverage. Ryan L was the agent who helped me throughout the entire process. I wasn't an easy client and I took a long time to follow up on e-mails and documents that he sent me. Ryan was very patient with me! When I was finally ready to read through the documents and make my decision, Ryan went through everything with me step by step. He answered all the questions that I had and then asked me if I had anymore questions. He was very thorough! I especially like the fact that I can e-mail or call Ryan anytime that I do have any questions, even if it is about a claim or my policy. I've loved Boomer Benefits from the first day I reached out four years ago for help in navigating the overwhelming Medicare process and signup... The hundreds of pieces of mail I was receiving from everyone had me stressed out. I finally called Boomer and by the end of the conversation, I was relaxed and actually laughing. I've had a couple of situations come up where I needed help with claims, and it was my pleasure to be assisted by Jasmine B. In my latest situation I was being billed for a service Medicare declined to pay due to a coding error by my doctor's office. I was getting nowhere and started receiving past due notices. Jasmine B jumped in and stayed on it, following up with both the doctor's office and the lab and updating me until the matter was resolved. Saved me a lot of grief and stress when I was ready to just pay the bill and be done with it. She is not only professional and efficient, but pleasant and cheerful in her interactions. Boomer also has periodic videos on various Medicare topics and changes which are timely, extremely helpful and informative. I highly recommend Boomer Benefits and their amazing team members, especially Jasmine B. I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

When we approached our eligibility for Medicare beginning August 1 of this year, we contacted Boomer Benefits for assistance. Although I thought I understood our options, they've done a fantastic job in steering us in the right direction for the right policies at the lowest expense. Ryan L is phenomenal. He literally spent hours on the phone with me explaining the labyrinth of Medicare, Medigap, etc. and helped us get the right option. He always made me feel like it was his pleasure to help. When I contacted Ryan, I learned that my 90-year-old dad was about to lose his medical coverage (he had moved out of state) so we suddenly had very tight deadlines. Ryan walked me through each step and we got it all done in time. Ryan would even call me on his own initiative just to check in and make sure everything was moving along. Ryan really takes care of you. The bottom line is I would give a sixth star if I could!

I did not know about Boomer Benefits until I started researching Medicare Benefits and Options and ran across a number of YouTube videos by Danielle K. R. (owner of Boomer Benefits). These videos are excellent and the reason: Ms. K. R. KNOWS what she is talking about. I decided to contact Boomer Benefits and I met Benefits Specialist Kierah G. Ms. G. spent a lot of time with me -- no pressure; and explained the various parts of Medicare and my options. She listened to what I wanted and she provided me with the information I needed in order to decide. With my Medicare date approaching I received my Medicare Card in the mail because I had already signed up to receive Social Security Benefits at age 62; therefore I was "signed up" automatically. I was going to call Ms. G. this week and she called me first to remind me that my Medicare date was approaching. At this point she assisted me in purchasing the additional products I needed. I know I made the right decision by using Boomer Benefits as my Medicare Broker. Thank you Ms. G. After the seminar I sat through, which was more informative than any conversation I had to that point, I called and asked a few questions. I was so impressed with the group that I knew then I would use them when the time came...and I did. We first became aware of Boomer Benefits while beginning our Medicare journey. Their initial YT videos addressed specific questions we had raised and we appreciated the low key sales and informative nature of Danielle's videos. We reached out and were contacted by Joye Smoak who continued with the same non-pressured and informative nature of our questions and concerns. She provided us with several options, one of which we have become customers. I would add that Boomer Benefits provided information on specific Part D coverage for me which resulted in solving a unique problem for me (separate from my wife) and not business for Boomer. That is unique in our 40+ years of insurance experience. This early in our relationship and we have yet to experience actual service from the coverage they've written for us so our feedback is qualified on limited experience to date. But we would rate Joye's service and our Boomer experience to date as first rate. And have recommended Boomer to other family which is the highest compliment one can provide.

I used Boomer Benefits to sign up for my Plan G and D with Medicare. My wife and I were in a 10 car pile up in Colorado this January. My wife had medical bills over and above what my car insurance covered. Medicare listed my primary Insurance on mine and my wife's account as my auto insurance and started refusing all medical bills. Katie "Becca" J with Boomer Benefit got involved and thru several conference calls over several weeks help to straighten this out. She took notes during every call with Medicare and called back to make sure they were taking care of everything. Boomer has helped us twice two years apart to decide on Medigap vs Medicare Advantage, to select a plan and to enroll and to select and enroll in prescription drug coverage. for what it is worth we chose traditional medicare with medical plan. the up front cost is slightly higher than medicare advantage, but there is no medicare advantage narrow provider network. We wanted to preserve choice in case we need to see an out of state specialist. We recently had a coverage issue with prescription drug and the customer service person who helped us was fantastic. We never had to talk to the insurance company at all and the issue was resolved the next day in our favor. I highly recommend them.

I’m new to Medicare and decided to work with Boomer Benefits after reading their book “10 Costly Medicare Mistakes You Can’t Afford to Make” (Danielle Roberts), and on their many years of expertise in this area. I worked with Tyler Wall, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful guiding me through this complicated process. We had some initial phone calls and exchanged some emails, and he answered all my questions and concerns. He instructed me I first needed to apply for Medicare Parts A & B through the Social Security web site. Once this was completed, Tyler and I had another phone call and he signed me up with a recommended Medicare Supplemental & Dental/Vision/Hearing Plans and providers that would meet my needs. Tyler then had Michele Villanueva with Boomer Benefits contact me to sign up for a Part D drug plan. The entire process went very smoothly. I found Boomer Benefits by accident looking for help understanding Social Security Medicare. It was my lucky day when I called the number that popped up on my phone. I got a Boomer Benefits customer service rep Tina K. She was so knowable and able to answer any question or concerns that I had about getting started with Medicare part A & B. She gets the message across in a very clear and concise understandable way so that any questions I might of had before the call were answered. Tina has a glowing personality. Boomer Benefits is truly a great company and so helpful with any of my medicare questions and needs. Recently Yesenia helped me with a conversation with my health care insurance provider and asked good questions to be sure that the rep provided me with a clear picture of the situation. While I was not able to do what I had hoped, it was because of the plan I had chosen, not because of the BB help I received. I never expected to be interested in an out of state medical provider and so did not choose a plan with that option. Like so many others turning 65, I was overwhelmed with the process of signing up for and choosing supplement coverage under Medicare. I have recently obtained my Medicare Advantage plan by working with Trinidee M of Boomer Benefits. My path to getting Medicare Part B was long and way more difficult that it needed to be. I first reached out to Boomer Benefits over two years ago when I initially applied for Medicare Part B. Trinidee was the representative I worked with and I was very impressed by her professionalism and her wonderful attitude of wanting to help me in every way she could. Fast forward to two years later, when I finally got approved for Medicare Part B, and I reached out to Trinidee again. She had made such a strong impression in my first experience with her that I wanted to work with her again. She went through the different plans that were available to me, researched to see if my current doctors were covered, and worked on making sure my prescriptions were also covered. She then presented me with the plan she felt was best for me. At that time she went through the plan to acquaint me with the specifics. Throughout the entire process Trinidee was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. What could have been a difficult process was made so easy because I was able to work with Trinidee.

I called Boomer Benefits with a question. The pleasant and friendly sounding associate, sorry I don’t recall her name, patched me through to Preston G. I asked my question and he answered in detail and in a way that I understood. He was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I was very unhappy with my then current Medicare Supplement coverage. Preston offered information on several policies, explaining the coverage offered. I am now a happy camper with Boomer! Final note: I don’t enjoy talking insurance, but I have to say Preston G. changed my opinion, I actually had a good time, imagine that.

After viewing several of the Medicare related YouTube videos created by Boomer Benefits, I called the company to speak to a representative and was connected with Ally N. She was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely patient as we went through our list of questions and concerns. She provided needed education about Medicare Supplements vs Advantage Plans and more clarification during several follow up phone calls. There was no pressure to choose one plan over another. When we did decide to contract with a provider through BB, she talked us through the application process on the phone (no paperwork) and assured us that someone from their client service team would always be available to provide assistance with any questions or problems we might have with insurance claims or appeals. We are confident we made a good decision when we purchased our Medigap plan through Boomer Benefits and highly recommend their services.

Boomer Benefits is an amazing free service about anything and everything Medicare. Our agent, Amanda S., has been invaluable in helping us select our Medigap Plan, plan provider, and Part D (prescription drug) plan. She not only showed us possible rates that we could compare (they also factor in how frequently a company raises its rates) but then did all the paperwork for us. Once we had the plan we wanted we only had to sign the forms they sent to us through a secure email-type system. This year Amanda let us know that one of our rates for our Plan G medigap plan was going up over $20 a month and she saved us over $20/month by switching to a different company. We are very happy with Boomer Benefits (and Amanda!) and highly recommend them to others trying to wade through the Medicare swamp. Al and Bev Eagy
