My Representative, Sydney B, was wonderful! She was extremely instrumental in helping me to correct a mistake I'd made. I thought I wanted to change to an Advantage plan, but after signing up for it ( not through Boomers), I really regretted that decision for several reasons - but mainly I just realized it probably was not the right choice for me and my health issues. She helped me to make the correction necessary to get me back to my original selection I'd chosen for the previous year. Thank you Boomers and Sydney - you are the best!

Really nice service. I worked with Tyler who helped me select a new plan. What I really appreciated is that he is thorough but never pressured me (unlike another company that I contacted). Tyler helped me with a supplemental Medicare policy and also provided quotes for dental. His associate is helping me review my Plan D. By the way, if you are new to Medicare, the owner of Boomer Benefits wrote a really easy-to-read book that breaks down Medicare and all you need to know.

Janay F Sr. Claims Specialist at Boomer Benefits guided me through my initial Medicare claim; coordinating a conference call directly with Medicare, contacting medical billing departments to resolve billing errors in initial bills, and advising when a bill should be paid and when to wait. Boomer is knowledgeable and patient in explaining the pros and cons of each plan. Heck, if there is a problem with a claim down the road a Boomer agent will work with your medical provider AND Medicare to get it straightened out-this means they can be the ones on hold instead of you! I want to give a special shout-out to Veronica E who helped me switch carriers with my Medigap plan. I was paying $154/month and she found me the same plan with a different carrier for $120/month AND answered all my questions! You can't do better than Boomer Benefits.

I have used Boomer Benefits for help evaluating Medicare plans as well as investigating/helping resolve an issue with a vendor that was charging for a service that should have been covered by Medicare. As a Type 1 Diabetic, the challenges I faced when making the switch to Medicare were frightening at best. It was crucial that I continued to get my life sustaining medications and supplies without interruption. Boomer Benefits, specifically Brandon T and Lauren B, made that happen.
