I was instructed by your sales agent that the battery should last 4-5 days. We are only getting 1-1/2 to 2 days. They sent out another unit and still the same. 1-1/2 - 2 days. Everything else functions fine.

Not sent what I ordered. Paid for 2day delivery got in 5 day's and then had to wait another week (7 days) for it to get the part I ordered the first time. Was told that you would not charge me for 15 days because it took so long to get it up and running. BUT NO CHARGEED ME FROM THE DAY I GOT THE FIRST DELIVERY AND IT DIDN'T WORK THEN. SO NO I AM NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

I’m not thrilled about their monitoring department. I was told they had Spanish-speaking people and it takes way too long for them to be connected and at 96 years old minutes can seem like ours and that’s the way I was sold on it that they had plenty of Spanish-speaking people in the call center

MobileHelp associates were always polite and patient. However, they misdiagnosed the problem causing lack of service 100% of the time and always denied any responsibility. Neither did they authorized a refund, though I received service 0% of the time, and they always blamed my phone(s). I finally gave up and went to Verizon, which provides service 100% of the time.

The mobile device the wrist device has gone of twice NY accident. The first time I was sweeping leaves out of the garage and it went off by its self. The second time it went off in its own while I was speaking on the phone. Then bade kept repeating call in progress and the mobile device whuch was upstairs said sending help. I had to go up stairs and speak to the rep and tell her dk not send and ambulance they wrist device went off in its own.

I am very pleased with the mobilehelp device we purchased for my mother-in-law, but I am very displeased with the customer service. I was told my sister would be able to receive a $200 credit when we purchased mobilehelp for my mother-in-law, and when we called to activate the $200 credit for my sister, I was told she couldn't get it. For this reason, I am NOT recommending mobilehelp to anyone!

Problems with pendants. First pendant was replaced and now having issues with second pendant. Tech Support unable to diagnose problem after two calls today with testing and now want to call back tomorrow's morning for more testing before a decision can be made whether to or not to replace the second pendant.

the equipment failed after 2 weeks. WWe called and it was down for 3-4 days due to ATT problem. Then 2-4 days after it came back in service the device failed and they had to send out a new one which took 2 days.
