I purchased Mobile Help for my Dad which is 85 and lives alone in Maine. It is such peace of mind for him and his family He has used it once in the middle of the night due to a breathing issue and help arrive promptly and took him to the hospital. He does not use a cell phone, so the mobile help is great when he leaves the house as well. It really works, as he found out, when he pressed the button by mistake when he was at the coast and someone came right on asking if he needed assistance. I would recommend Mobile Help to anyone!

When the device was purchased for my elderly parents, the shipment came promptly and was easily activated. Twice my parents have used their call buttons; once, for a fall and once, accidentally. Both times verbal response from MobileHelp was immediate and appropriate. My mom said, "Oh the were so nice!" The fall detector and GPS device are important upgrades that are essential for mobile elderly that leave their apartment or are high risk for falls. I checked all the competitor's pricing and for the quality and service, in my opinion, MobileHelp is the best.

My local lifeline or mobile assistance program only cover the situation where you need help in the home or within 100 feet of the home (garden, driveway, etc,) I was happy to find Mobile Help which offers a help connection wherever you go inside the entire United States, and for a lower price per month than the local device. The delivery was quick and directions were excellent, so I could set it up and make sure it was working myself, no service personnel needed. I am very pleased. So far no emergencies, but I feel much more fully protected.

As it turns out, I needed a new charger for my device. There was a period of checking and then no hesitation to send a replacement and instructions on how to proceed until it arrives. I have been totally blessed in that I have not had to use my Mobile Help and I will endeavor to keep it that way. But, should the need arise, I have total faith that it will be there. So far, my experience has been limited to testing it every month! Thank you.

I have had MobileHelp for several years AND two times I have had to use it. The last time I was wedged sideways in the bathtub and could not free my left leg. Didn't have my phone with me BUT I did have my MobileHelp pendant hanging around my neck. I was able to get help very quickly. Suddenly I had a bathroom full of two paramedics and two Firemen. Fortunately I only had a severe sprain of the left knee and ankle. After all was well, I had to laugh about it. That had to have been a funny sight!! Thank God for MobileHelp AND my daughter thanks you too..

I have had Mobile help for over 4 years now. I have used the services twice myself and found that it worked very well. The paramedics were here promptly. Customer Serviced is always very police and efficient when I call with a question. I have recommended Mobile Help to several of my friends and family and they are all pleased with the service. If you are a senior citizen or if you live alone I highly recommend having Mobile Help.

Have had very good service from this company and would recommend them to others. I have this service for my 91 year old father. Even though we live in the same home, circumstances can occur when I am not around. For example, one night while I was in the farthest part of our home, he had a panic situation where he felt very dizzy and I did not hear his calls for help as he was weak. He pushed the Mobile Help pendant and I was notified immediately by phone. Paramedics arrived and transported him to the hospital. That incident itself proved the worthiness of having Mobile Help for my Dad.

So, if I want the transmitter to alert Mobile Help

I have had my Mobile Help equipment for about two weeks now. Actually, of the three devices, I use only one, the Fall detector, plus the transmitter/ receiver. On more than one occasion I have accidentaly set off the transmitter, even while just sitting down and talking to another person. Perhaps I sat down a bit too fast, which registered as a fall. So,I feel quite safe. If anything the equipment is too sensitive, but I won't complain. I'm sure with a little more experience on my part things will settle down.

MobileHelp provides peace of mind for the entire family. The wireless unit allows our loved one to venture out alone, knowing that help is just a push of a button away. US based customer service is professional and always patient and helpful. Tech Support is outstanding - competent and friendly. The ability to receive text alerts and emails to learn of an issue, whether it's a low battery or an actual incident, is comforting. I've recommended MobileHelp to friends and family because of its functionality and options (remote unit / wristwatch / pendant). We have not yet subscribed to the newest unit option that has the ability to recognize when your loved one has fallen and send a signal but it's nice to know that MobileHelp is always trying to improve its products and service. The MobileHelp system is definitely worth the money to protect someone you love!

MobileHelp is a great system. Reliable & so easy to wear & check in every month. Always friendly help. I hit the button by mistake a couple times & they were very gracious about it. Like knowing that the GPS in the system will know exactly where I am if I do have a problem. And that they already have all my medical information to help me if I need it. Thanks!

Your service worked perfectly when my wife fell and hit her head on the coffee table! on July 27, 2016 I was not home and she needed help immediately. She pushed her wreist button and the people at MobileHelp went into action. MobileHelp called 911, the paramedics arrived and soon after my wife was in surgery to remove a blood clot in her brain. MobileHelp services was critical in saving my wife's life. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!~

After a fall in the living room depressed my button and when the base in the bedroom went off the gps Iin the living room followed. This worked well because I wear 2 hearing aids and I was covered in both rooms..Paramedics arrived within minutes. Very happy with your prompt,professional service! any older or handicapped person should have this security!

I love Mobil Health & rate their service as top notch; however I have stopped wearing my Fall button because it is so sensative that even if you just lean forward & then sit up & it barely thumps against your chest they start calling to ask if I'm okay. Happens so often it becomes really frustrating. I realize that's the purpose of having the service but too much! Do love the GPS locator function & always carry it in case I have trouble away from home. More expensive than other services but the GPS feature is what I need most. Wear the wrist band instead of neck unit all the time now & I'm happy with that.

I purchased/leased Mobile Help after sending back the product for another company (due to their poor customer support response and other factors),. I was immediately pleased with the Mobile Help products and support,. 1) They provide a key storage box with a combination lock to hang on my front door. They have the combinaton and can give it to paramedics who might come when I am unable to get t the door. 2)The pricing is right and terms are reasonable 3) their support staff is helpful and communicate well 4) when I have forgetten to do my monthly test of the instrument, they have called to remind me and we have done the test on the spot 4) The belt-mounted carrier for the GPS communications unit is very convenient and practical.l.. Some problems (that they have resolved satisfactorily): 1) The mobile GPS unit went dead at one point. I noticed that I didn't get the red "charging" signal when I put it in the base. Then tested it and no connection. Called customer service and they replaced the unit at no charge. 2) The mobile GPS unit gave a beeping signal at one point and false call went in. I have no idea what was going on. Called customer service and they apparently resolved it. I still don't know what happened. 3) A pendant call button would not work well for me. They provide a wrist mounted button, and I wore that for some time, but it was rather uncomfortable. So now I wear the wrist-band button on my belt (on the other side from the GPS communications base carrier). That works pretty well, but a couple of times, I have inadvertantly pressed the button and sent a false signal when bent over picking somethng up or working in the garden.The responder is very understanding about it 4)I I would feel more comfortable if the response on my test were more prompt. Usually it takes them longer than I would wish if i were in difficulty.

I have had MobileHelp for my mother for about a year now. The sales process was so simple and easy to understand. Every time I have called to change my billing or my mothers profile information they have been so nice and it has been just overall such a great experience. We test the equipment on a regular basis and they know exactly who she is and her information. It is great!

My grandmother has MobileHelps system. She's had it for over a year. It has worked very well for her and her active lifestyle. Device is working but no one answers the call first to see whats going on. They sent help but we were just testing the equip. Still not working properly. Need a person to answer call, then do whats needed. Then if no one answers home call, then send 1st responders, cops, etc. Please get this fixed. Ill try again in aa few days.

Terrible, battery was dead in 2 days after full charge & response time after I hit the base was over 5 min to get them to call 911. I would suggest you get a pendant that doesn't need battery charged & if possible call 911 yourself (with a smart phone)
