Mobile Help definitely works well. Our problem with it is getting adjusted to using it without setting it off when living our daily (or nightly) routines. We seem to accidentally press buttons. We need to find ways not to set it up so that we won't have the EMT's show up at 4 am and our son receives a phone call just because one of us rolls over in bed. We are adjusting and our family feels comfortable knowing that it really does work and we are safe.

It was very easy to install just by plugging it in, as advertised. Wearing it is not as unpleasant as I thought it might be. I have unintentionally activated it, so I know how quickly and automatically responds. I am glad I have it, and I am not going to be sending it back, as I did with another company's product about two years ago. I think this product is unique with its automatic response. I think the monthly charge is not overly high. I plan to keep it!

Our family feels so much better knowing my 86 year old mom who has mobility issues and diabetes will be able to call for help quickly if needed. She has fallen in the past and laid there for hours. Having fall detection will be a God send should this happen again. Cell phone service is not reliable where she lives and she can't get a land line at her home. She still drives so knowing we could track her location if needed or if she has an emergency she can call without having to get her phone out of her purse. We don't like that it is very sensitive with the fall alerts as it goes off if her dog jumps in her lap and goes off when she's showering. Wish there was a control to increase the volume on the speaker as she is hard of hearing and doent always wear her hearing aides. All in all we love this device.

I use this system for my senior parents. My father accidentally pushed the button on his neck unit, my mom was aware of someone speaking to her but didn't realize it was from the speaker. MobileHelp dispatched emergency units and notified me - all in the space of just a few minutes. While it was a false alarm, it was a relief to see how quickly and efficiently the system worked. I live in another state, so it does provide some peace of mind.

I find a feeling of safety now that I wear it. I would like it to look a little nicer. They advertise in a nice gold chain & I end up with big old black thing. I do think it goes off to easy. When I eat or drive my car it will go off, it gets bump just a little. On that note when they call to see if you are alright the attendants need a louder voice. We are old and even with hearing aids I could hardly hear her. The girls are very nice but a little more volume wouldn't hurt.

One of the reasons I went with Mobile Help is because they offered the watch --- I have a neck with problems too the necklace wouldn't work for me. I also appreciate that they provided a card to hang on the door --- it reminds me to take the unit with me that allows Mobile Help to work for me when I'm away from home ---- One purchase - set it up and now my daughter and son know I can get help when needed even if I wasn't able to reach them.

I had been researching different medical alert devices but I had never really talked to anyone who had something other than a friend of mine who had First Alert. I met this woman and asked her what she had and she said she had MobleHelp. She went over it with me and I checked on the internet and it was rated as one of the top three devices. I called the next day and spoke to Richard. He walked me through the entire set up and gave me all the options about the device. I now feel safe when I walk my dog many miles a day. I am very very pleased with MobleHelp.

I have this unit active for the past 3 weeks. Luckily I have had no issues to put it to use. _ smiles. However, I do carry the 'wrist' band in my car when I run errands, use my 'neck-unit' when I go for walks but so far have not had to use it. I feel comfortable knowing whether I'm home or on -the-go I am covered if I need help. I have recommended this to my other lady friends at church. smiles.

So far so good, I just felt very overwhelmed with getting used to the device (as a caregiver). A lot of trial and error on my part and my mom's, even after reading the literature. I think it's the nature of the product - the user doesn't want the alarm to go off and then it does, unexpectedly, and you're wondering what to do. At that time, it would have been great to have a clear and concise cheat sheet - like a what to do if you fall detection pendant activates and you didn't fall, etc. Having to find the manual at a time like that would have been impossible. As she gets used to it, it becomes easier to use, as expected.

After a friend fell while out walking early in the morning and had some injuries, I decided I needed some sort of monitor. On FB there was an ad for this product. It arrived quickly and the first thing that happened was an accidental movement that caused it to alert me. I had to hold the button down to cancel the alert. But this seems to happen fairly often. Also the battery needs to be charged fairly often which means I have to take it off sometime during the day or night. I need it at night because of frequenting the bathroom. So, I am not 100% thrilled with this. I have a month to return and am undecided what to do.

We have only been using MobileHelp for about a month but so far we have been very pleased. My sister had a couple of false alarms the first week because she was confused about how to cancel a false alarm from her fall pendant. Both times this happened there were paramedics at her door in just a few minutes! We are confident if a real emergency happened she would get help very quickly, and that has given us peace of mind

This is the second time that I have ordered a system for elderly family. The first time it was used within my home and it worked very well. It allowed my aunt the safety of having emergency access if needed. Now I have it for the parents who want to stay in their own home. Price is very good. My concern is the wait when a button is pressed. I accidently pressed the fall button, and a response came back "If the button was accidently pressed press the button again" (or something to that effect}. I pressed the button and nothing. Then the base button came on stating the same, press the button again. I did, nothing. A voice came over the speaker telling me to say cancel call and no response. Then a lady at the control center came on and I told her to cancel the call, which she did. I know this sounds like a lot of activity but if I needed the control center to notify someone, it may take longer a few minutes.

It was extremely easy to set up. We had an issue with the first unit that we received and the company next day mailed her a new one, which has been working beautifully. Highly recommend this product and service. Customer service has also been great.

I like the outstanding FAST service they have. I feel very secure living alone knowing Mobile Help is there. What I don't like is they gave me a price, with a code to confirm it then called and changed the price to a higher amount which resulted in me having to give up my fall dedection which was the greatest feeling with me being a Senior and living alone with no relatives around but being a widow i had to financially give it up.

The first two calls were great. However, Tuesday call didn\t go well. I called at 1 AM that I was falling and tried to get on sofa but failed. Forty-five minutes passed and I called again. Finally, Grady EMS showed up at 4 AM. They did inform me that all Ambulances were out and one was hard to get. Also, when they called dPhyllis hher ph read caller unknown. She lives right under m e and could have been to me less than 5 minutes. I will call tomorrow to see what happened.

My mother has only had this a short time and it may have saved her life! She had three vicious dogs circling her after killing her beloved little dog and couldn’t get away from them. She fought them off with a stick for over an hour and felt she was going to collapse. She called for help with her device and although the officer was too late to save her furbaby, mom was unharmed.

The gentleman called me and stayed with me on the line until 911 took over and EMS arrived. While this was going on, we were contacted by the call center that her fall had been detected. I live alone and besides being over 65 I have heart disease. I was concerned about walking for exercise and maybe falling of having a heart attack when away from home. Or just by myself at home and I could not reach a phone (for that matter not know where my cell phone was at the minute) Having MobileHelp gives me much comfort. I have dropped the device a couple of times and immediately been called to check on my situation. I was able to resolve the issues and again knew that MobileHelp would be watching over me.

they are extremely helpful I got a telephone call when my pendant just dropped maybe or maybe 12in from a shelf into my dish rack and Nicole was immediate. The people that answered the phone were extremely polite very understanding and didn't get angry with me because it fell they just wanted to be sure that I was all right. I thanked him very much.

Excellent! I really need a medical alert system but was a bit skeptical about this type of product/service. I spoke with a gentleman named Bill for almost an hour and he made me feel comfortable talking about my disability needs, explaining products and services offered. He answered every question I had including “what if...” questions, where I may be transferred in an emergency and everything I wanted to know about the product. It’s well worth the cost. And really the monthly cost is not very much for even with extra services I bought.

I switched to MobileHelp, and I'm a very happy customer. I needed troubleshooting when my brand new solo unit wasn't working correctly. Their tech support team is excellent and a new Version 3 unit was sent along with a return label for the original unit. The problem was with the cellular signal not coming through to my unit. Everyone is very polite and helpful.

Excellent technical support team helped me choose the appropriate monitoring system and explained all aspects of its functionality. I was concerned about effectiveness of Classic system that I originally purchased. The technician walked me through the features and advantages of the GPS system and took the time to explain all features and functionality. Helped with identifying the exchange with my Classic system and detailed the incremental costs of the new system. Order shipped immediately and I am anxious to get it installed. Very please with the overall effort by the technician!!

I called five different providers and was most impressed with MobileHelp. I worked with Allan Colat. He is knowledgeable, he listens, and did not go negative on the other companies nor did he resort to high pressure sales tactics. He worked with me to make me feel comfortable with the transaction and got permission from his supervisors to have me record the call. I have had my device for about two weeks. I did a test and I am completely satisfied thus far that everything Allan said the company would do, they have done.

The product arrived as advertised. The equipment is easy to set up and is very user friendly for elderly customers who tend to get confused. Wearing the waterproof wrist button 24 hours a day equals 24 hour protection. The price for the cellular duo package is less than $10 per week. Well worth the comfort of knowing that a loved one has an additional layer of protection if injured. I would recommend this product!

My husband has short-term memory loss, among other health issues, and I didn't think about the difficulty of getting him to understand how the bracelet works and the necessity of keeping it on. I found out quickly when he took it off at 4:30 a.m. the first night and we got a call from the monitor! He is doing better now, although he wonders why no one talks to him.

Yesterday I fell at home. No phone nearby to call my daughter for help and I could not get up. So for the first time I pushed the button on my bracelet and in no time at all two EMTs from our local fire department came to my rescue. And shortly after that my daughter arrived having been notified by a calming person from Mobile Help. Except for a bruised rib I am home never needing hospitalization. I purchased 2 of these units in 2012, one for me and one for my father. Fortunately, my father hasn't needed help, but, it's there when he does. I always check when traveling and they always know right where I am. The button got pushed by accident once and since I was out of ear shot of the mic. I didn't answer. They sent the police to check on me and told them I was in the back yard. I think there staff is very caring and professional. When anybody asks I tell them this company is terrific. Thank you Mobile Help.

First used this Service 2 yrs.ago but cancelled it after almost a year.BAD DECISION!! After another year passed I fell backwards down a couple of steps and was hospitalized/rehab for almost 3 1/2 months.As soon as I got back home I reinstated MOBILE HELP and will continue to keep them. Customer Service/Delivery and "TEST" response time is excellent!!! Am glad I switched back to them,but hope I'll never have to make use of their services but feel very safe that I can rely on this Company.

If the battery in the watch or necklace indicates it's low Mobile Help will notify the person. Then they mail you a replacement since you can not change the battery. This is done in a timely fashion. If you have a question customer service is patient and very informative. Example: Traveling and will be away from home for an extended time. Also if you have the WIFI how that works. I am very happy with Mobile Help and have recommended it to others.

I bought this system for my mother when she turned 85. Now she is 92. I like the peace of mind knowing that she can reach get help with the touch of a bouton. She no longer has a cell phone so this is a great alternative. Customer service and technical support are outstanding. We just purchased another system for my wife's mother who recently had a heart attack and now is scared to be by herself.

Obviously you have many customers that use your Service. Your Customers, especially the older Members have many other responsibilities that they must remember living their lives. Many are not directly connected to determining if your instruments are functioning as prescribed. They in many cases do not remember to check the instruments for operation. It would be very beneficial if you could somehow have a method or signal that would be activated on a monthly basis to advise the customer that the instrument is still operating properly. Thanks

It s a set it and forget it. In other words I have complete security of mind with the system. I take the locket or the wristlet with me when I go out. Once, I had the locket in my pocket and pressed against it in some way causing it to go off.. Immediately, I received a call. I assured them I was all right and had made a mistake. My family members are very happy that I have Mobile Help.

Fortunately I have not needed more than an initial response to my button-pushing, as it has always been by accident, but: MobileHelp has answered three or four false alarms quickly and professionally, even to knowing the exact location of the device, whom to call when I did not answer, and working with the person to determine it was a false alarm. I use the wrist device, and my only complaint is that its band is ugly. If there could be a selection of wristbands instead of just the one black ugly plastic, I think they would sell well. MobileHelp might take a clue from MedicAlert's many attractive bands and other means of displaying the device. Having MobileHelp on call has done much to make my being alone a far less worrisome lifestyle. Thanks! .
