Their response time is super. However, just removing necklace can set off fall detect. Too sensitive. Normal movements set it off.

Richard, Please contact Technical Support at 877-827-6207, Option 1 for assistance with your fall detection pendant. They can provide way to reduce false alarms and can check your button to make sure it is working correctly.

If I bumped it accidentally I would get a call, it's pretty annoying. Then you have to run to the record thing, so I don't like wearing it. But, they are really quick.
