Please contact Technical Support at 877-827-6207, Option 1 for assistance with your system. They can send out a new wrist button if needed. You can also put any standard watch band on your wrist button, if that works better for you.

My mother had an allergic reaction to the equipment that required a doctor's intervention. The company should warn customers that there's possible side effects or allergic reactions.

Hi Brenda. Our neck pendant is made of plastic and nylon for the lanyard. The wrist button has a silicon band and the button is plastic.
