Customer service was good but it didn’t really work for me. I have epilepsy and I am no conscious when I have a seizure. It doesn’t tell me when I have a seizure or fallen out of bed so it is no good for me.

It hasn’t been working. I tested it again yesterday and there was no response. I can’t get someone in this thing. Service is pretty good but if there is an emergency, I would be without help.

This is also listed in the terms and conditions of service that is received in the box with the system, as well as, a copy is mailed out that is signed by returned back to MobileHelp.
