The device is way too sensitive. It goes off way too much. We had four calls in one day because of movement. They do come out every time the unit goes off, it just goes off too much.

The only customer support that I have dealt with was a call because the package that the system arrived in was damaged and the support people kept switching me from place to place. I wanted to return what I got and get a new shipment but they were quite difficult to deal with.
