It goes off when I'm not falling several times and there was no fall involved so it's not accurate. My account has inaccurate information too. It was very frustrating getting everything set up.

I was told it was an all-in-one unit and not a two part unit. The unit that makes the system work has to be charged. I am not happy with the service. It goes off for no reason without any movement on the bed. It takes forever to be answered. It goes off about 15-20 times connecting the call. I'm very unhappy with their service. I was misinformed, misguided, and I won't be going back.
