It is too easy to set off. Sleeping I will roll over and set off the siren and Emergency and sleep right through it. The person comes on and asks if I need help, thankful having someone pleasant to say no too. My grown children are happy that I have this since I live alone now.

Medical Alert has been my life saver a number of times since 2011. When I had a broken bone, fell and had a cut above my eye, lots of blood and on the floor. I punched my alert button and the paramedics arrived within minutes. They also call family to notify them. If you live alone as I do it’s a must for a small charge.

Overall I am glad I have the Medical Alert systyem although I haven't fortunately had an emergency. The salesman spent a lot of time with me and was very hepful. However I am very dissatisfied with some of the companies methods. Please do not send any products in the mail that I have not requested and bill me. The more sensitive fall detector was sent with no explanation, or mention of price. I thought I was to exchange it for the one I had. Also I was billed for price lock that I had not requested This had resulted in numerous calls re bill which I still have not received all due credits , and returning device and calling back to see it if was recieved. I am 90 and don't need all this extra frustration. Also machine went off accidentally (new device and ambulance was cancelled just in time.) Also had trouble with agent helping me on phone. After finally speaking to Scott in billing today I think my next bill will show correct credits. Hope so. Scott was very helpful. Cynthia Kowalczyk

I like this service for my Mom and it works well. The billing and service department have had lots of issues in the past but I think things are settling down. My Mom has the same name as another customer but they live in different states and we've had issue with that. We switched who pays for this service from my Aunt to my Mother and it was not easy to do this. However with these things said, the devices work well, and the regular service is good. We are impressed with the new 'fall' detection button that arrived last week.

It's convenient to have someone covering you in case something should happen. I live by myself and sometimes my body doesn't do what my mind is telling it. Thats what happens when you get to be a senior citizen. Medical Alert is there for me when I need them which is very comforting.

I recently purchased Medical Alert for my mother. The available app and initial set up is extremely user friendly. The cost is a bit higher than similar companies but we quickly realized that the rate includes services that are typically add-ons for others.

On 6-4-21 Medical Alert took $134.84 out of my acct. for 3 months service. I returned necklace sent it back and received a bracelet instead. They billed me another$104.85 in July 27th. I called-they corrected the problem in August 3rd. In September on or about September 6th they billed me $119.85 I guessed for another 3 months service. But September 13th Medical Alert took another $104.85 from my account? I am furious because I am on Social Security? I cannot afford for them to deduct unknown charges from my account. Further my bank charged me for a transaction requiry? Tommorrow I will call them. I expect for them to correct my account immediately. I am trying to give them my business, but if they continue, I will alert the Better Business Bureau; ABC news; NBC news;CBS news (they have investigative journalists); KBI; Attorney General of Kansas, etc… Bonny😣

We have this service for our mom. She feels protected and we feel secure when we aren't able to be with her that she has help available at her fingertips. She is able to push the button on her necklace and the local EMTs come to her aid.

My neighbor has this and when she pushed her button for help this morning, she asked if they could call me. When I got the call, it came through as an unidentified caller. For some reason, I did answer. Normally, I do not answer these types of calls. I did go over and we resolve the situation. But, when I called back, no one in the company was even vaguely interested in the fact that I thought that they are not identification should come through as an emergency situation. They rather kissed me off on a subject that I think is rather important. No one in the company that I talk to would even give me the name of someone that might be able to react to my suggestion.

So far, the alarm was activated 3 times....don’t know how until Rita Tourigny heard the alarm box screaming at her! Your company says, wear the wrist band at night. We will try this. I really don’t like the big unit where one can not turn the volume down.....or have the reset button on top so if the unit needs to be reset...it is easily assessable. So far we are not too happy. Your responders are great tho. Send a survey later....we will see what happens.

I got an immediate response after I submitted my info online. Jorge was well versed and very pleasant and easy to work with. He provided all the info necessary for me to make a decision to go ahead and get this device for my mother. The only problem I had was there was about 3 more people contacted me after Jorge. Finially I asked them to stop calling me because I was already working with Jorge. So they quit. Otherwise very pleased.

My experience is very limited at this point. All devices were delivered on time and set up was not difficult. The instructions were clear and we did not have to call support for help. Testing the system went without a hitch. Fortunately we have not had to activate the system, but our experience thus far has been very positive.

Customer Service is very helpful. The response to the Medical Alert alarm is quick and efficient. If the alarm is activated accidentally, the member of the team responding is always happy to hear that my mother is fine and doesn't need medical attention. I researched and compared a variety of systems and chose Medical Alert for my mother. I'm glad I did. I do wish the website was more informative.

Thank God, I’ve only had “false alarms”over the past 6 years. The responders have always been professional and reassuring even when pendant accidentally pressed or dropped. Thank you. Contacts regarding billing have also been positive. New “weighted” is a little “sensitive”, but provides add’l reassurance.

We have had for 2 years and the service has always been good. But on May 30 th pushed button and 20 minutes later they tell us they could not get 911! The good part is they followed up with investigation into what went wrong and have kept us in the loop. We know 911 was down in our area and they said by next week they will have an answer why it was down. To me that is awesome service. Anyone can give good service when no problems arise. The test is handling a problem.

I bought this product for my mother, and I have to say that we have had a great experience with the product and my mother has enjoyed it as well. The customer service was really great, they were very helpful and made sure that everything was taken care of. I feel good knowing that my mom is safe and Connect America is there to help if my mom is in trouble. I would recommend using Connect America for a loved one that you want to be safe and secure.

They are there when you need them In fact they are there all the time. Our electricity went out one day due to a storm and they called my Daughter to make sure I was alright and to tell me to give them a call as soon as the electric was back on so they could reset my machine.

The one time I really needed it, I fell going to the bathroom, fell again in the bathroom. I got no response either time, I then pressed the button and waited for 7 or 8 minutes, I was able to get up finally and called 911 on my house phone. After about 12 to 15 minutes they finally responded.
