I would suggest calling our 24/7 customer service line at 800-998-2400 to see if we can get you band replaced with something with a more sturdy material. Also please talk to our team to see which product you received. You may have the wrong product or one that has a tech issue and needs to be fixed.

Hi Colleen. Please be aware that we also have a necklace attachment and you are free to change the wristband to something more comfortable that you may have. Also, our console has a backup battery of up to 36 hours and if that back up battery gets low, we will then reach out to family and friends.
