When I first signed up with mobile Help, I liked the conversation I had with their representative. She explained the whole situation about the device, what it did and didn't do. She also followed up with us, and was informative and nice. Then, when we finally used the service, it was just like dialing 911, except they already knew what was our situation. The first word I can think of when it comes to Mobile Help is relief! Knowing that I'll get help if I ever fall gives me a sense of relief. The only improvement they should make is offer another transistor, this way, I can keep one in my purse and another charging.

After suffering a stroke, I started to look into different medical alert companies. After my research, I decided that Mobile Help had what I wanted, and I spoke to some very knowledgeable and patient people. I spoke to a girl and she had a nice clear voice. Not for being prejudice, but some foreign people are very hard to understand, but I could understand her perfectly. She was able to answer all my questions, I didn't have to ask her to repeat herself, and she even gave me the feeling that Mobile Help was a very good company. There was one time when the devices battery was low, and they came online to notify me, and I just thought that was good! I've been very happy with it.

I needed something for my mom, because she was going to be by herself for a while, as she has Parkinson's and my dad was in longer-term care in the hospital. I was fearful of her falling and not having an opportunity to get help because she was just alone. A friend of my mother recommended it. She has the device and so she recommend that I call that company. I looked across many reviews before making the choice to call that particular company, and everything that I read was accurate- in terms of their customer service, the equipment, the cost. They were very thorough and they also were truthful about the device. When I got the device it was the same as what I've heard, so and everything has worked out very well; excellent in every way. It's the system that is for home and away. Even the customer service was excellent. They just have a high ranking for customer service, in the way that they engage with people, and when it's the elderly you have to be careful of how you engage. At one point my Mom accidentally hit the button that was under her clothing, and they made her feel comfortable about it, despite the fact that it was activated without an emergency. They didn't make her feel bad, so she is confident that somebody is there. You don't always know if somebody is really going to be there unless you have an emergency, so it just happened that it went off and they said "Are you okay?" and she said "Yes, I just push the button," and they told her "Oh that's okay", and that's what you want for your parents. She has felt more comfortable having a device, and she wears it 24/7. She never takes it off which is amazing.

Mobile Help is great! They sent me a little device, about the size of a pager, in case of an emergency. If you ask me about that, I'd say I'm very satisfied with it. I haven't fallen, but they said they're going to check this thing out, because they keep getting a signal that I have fallen. I actually had the police come over once already, and since Mobile Help couldn't get a hold of me or my daughter, they decided to call my son. He called me at 2:30 a.m. to let me know the police was outside worried about my health. That's how I know it works. Besides that, their sales representatives were great! They told me what I wanted to hear

My son-in-law purchased it recently after I saw it in AARP magazine. I had fallen and did not call for help or anything, so my son and my daughter demanded that I have this service. I made myself wear it because they purchased it for me so that's why I wear it now, each day. I appreciate having the one that I can wear on my wrist, and the other one if I fall and can't do anything — it still alerts somebody. I think they were very gracious on the receiver, I'm very pleased so far, I've only had it about 3 weeks, and I'm not a long term customer, but I'm very pleased so far. My son-in-law followed the instructions to set it up, and everything works fine. It was easily described and he was very pleased. I am very satisfied so far.

I fell a couple of times and we thought that it would be perfect for when nobody was home with me or out somewhere, so we purchased both the house monitor and a mobile monitor. I'm very satisfied with the service, they respond almost instantaneously. There's a person over the home monitor or the mobile one if you're carrying it. When we did need it, there were policemen and paramedics in my doorway within 5 to 6 minutes. Their Sales Team did a very complete job in providing us material and what capabilities of the unit was and so forth. It held up to the information that they supplied to us. It doesn't take a college education to operate it either. I give it a 10 out of 10 stars.

They didn’t tell me to call before leaving the state.,so while I was in Florida there was an issue. They told me there was an alert at my home in NJ. My daughter called , told them I was in Florida with her. After it was straightened out things are back to normal.

I find the necklace with the Micro System bulky and heavy. The seat belt in my car has set off the unit twice. It has given a fall alert when I simply removed the necklace and placed it on the bed when I was changing clothes.

I have not responded until now because I am still uncertain about the reliability of MobileHelp. I am actually on hold now while William is arranging for a replacement pendant to be sent to me. I have gotten indications in my apartment several times that there is no cellular service. Obviously, that makes the system unreliable some of the time. I will find out when the replacement arrives whether it is the service of the pendant. The questions below are impossible to answer until I ascertain the problem. Additionally - the instructions in this box are so light that I could barely read it. Seriously - the best the "Best Company" can do?

Customer service has been great. Takes a little to get used to the system, so we’ve had quite a few accidental calls but they were always nice. I couldn’t reach my mom one day so I called Mobilehelp and they spoke to the paramedics who were taking her to the hospital. My dad, who has dementia, had called 911 instead of Mobilehelp. Either way, the system worked

This device includes sending a message to a central call center if/when I fall, and I have fallen. I was not hurt in as a result of the falls and was able to cancel the alerts. One of these falls may be serious. It is nice to know this will be protecting me.

They were one of the top companies recommended when I did my research. I called and had excellent service from the first contact. I made. They answer to my questions and helped me to find what I thought I needed. In comparing the top two services I chose Mobile Help. I then found that I could get two systems that would work appropriately for our personal situations. I liked the salesperson! He was very thorough & knowledgeable! He made me feel comfortable & answered all my questions! I got the device in a couple of days & all I had to do was plug in charging station, charge the deuce and put it on! I know it works, because I accidentally dropped it 3 times & got immediate communication through the device two times! The third time , they must’ve been very busy, because the paramedics showed up within 5 minutes! I greeted them@4:30AM, assured them I was fine(that I’d dropped the device), so they were satisfied that I was okay & left!

My initial call to MobileHelp was to set this up for my mother who had recently had a fall while she was out and about. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with all my concerns and questions. They set me up with everything I needed to get her set up. There was an initial issue with my credit card being accepted, which I think was my credit card company flagging them as fraud. But other than that I am very happy. My mother has been wearing it for about a month now and other than a few times of pressing the button on accident, I am very happy so far.

I have only had MobileHelp a couple of months. My opinion is that you dhokk up of not ask for a review until customers have had time to have an opinion. I got my first request during the first month. My only request is that the alert goes off at the slightest movement. I called customer service and was told it can't be adjusted. The rep was very nice and we tested it. The alarm went off when the mechanism was dropped about 4 feet. However, it goes off 2 or 3 times a day. I was doing yard work and it went off when I was stooped down pulling weeds. It never touched anything. Also, it goes off sometimes when I am watching TV and just move it to be move comfortable.

I've been surprised how sensitive the device is. Once, I sat down too hard and the device indicated "fall detected" and other times I've apparently bumped the device and it sounds the alert. However, one time I did fall and there was no alert sounded; apparently, it must have had something to do with the way I fell. Though I felt severe pain in my leg, I was able to get myself back up and moving again.

Mobile help responds quickly with your emergency requirements. The Mobile Help unit can activate accidentally but your contact persons are notified immediately of the accidental activation. But if it is an actual emergency, they are also contacted immediately in advising those contact personnel of an updated evaluation of the emergency call from the MOBILE HELP unit.

The alerts to charge are so helpful because I receive a text each time and I can always check in with my mom to make sure she charges the device. Also, we had a slight emergency and while I couldn't be reached the time, the operators were able to call the other emergency numbers as well as EMTS. Though they seem to have the incorrect name of the street.

Mobile Help came through. Mom needed their help and they answered within seconds. Mom had fallen and had a hard time breathing, so Mobile Help called an ambulance which took her to hospital. The person at the Call Center was compassionate and reassuring with mom. I am so glad we decided to buy these devices, just in the nick of time , as it turns out. I have had several false alarms including one when I was actually falling but was able to catch myself. The operators are so nice and tell me not to worry about false alarms-the goal is getting me help if I need it. I am very impressed that they ask if anyone around me needs help. With the proliferation of mass shootings this is a very good question. Another family member or friend could have a medical crisis while with me. What a good feeling to know that I could be of help.

Mom fell down a flight of stairs, just one week after getting MobileHelp! Their response was immediate; they called me and rescue squad immediately and when Mom got to the hospital they discovered she had a broken bone in her neck. If it weren't for Mobile Help, she would not have been found for 4 hours and I would have tried to pick her up myself and that could have made her injury worse. She's healing well now and wears her Mobile Help faithfully. She also promises to stay away from the stairs! Thank you.

It has helped me feel more safe, especially when I have to go outside. Inside I am caregiver for my husband who is diaabled, so do much moving around, and it will go off when I don't mean for it to. However, I do wear it inside - just cautious when bending over, etc. I do not wear it at night as I turn over frequently and it would keep going off.
