Excellent. Ferris is an excellent customer service rep, covering all information and answering my questions in terms I could understand.
They were quick to take my payment for the equipment and service for the 1st year in full. (I live 300 miles from my mother, they were ask to call her, set up the equipment and make sure she would be good to go) Unfortunately it took them almost 90 days to attempt to get the service online. Upon working with my mother, the technician noted in the note section that due to my mothers address AT&T service will not be reliable in a mobile home. Thirty days later, after I called them, my mother received a return label. Now it has been over 150 days, they were KIND enough to prorate my refund for a service that did not work a single day. They like most are all smiles when everything works as marketed but, when things are difficult they take advantage of the elderly and their lack of knowledge! I would not call these people to monitor my pets!!!!!!!!! Jason

The fall button actually works and I always get a call even when my aunt has hit the button in the bathroom by mistake.

The service is good. I did ask that when alarms are triggered at night that I get the call first regarding my mother before EMT's are called since I am home and the Customer Service person stated they could not do this. Also there are times when the alarm was triggered and while I was assisting my mother the mobile device kept ringing for an operator and it did take a long time for them to respond to us.

They are very reliable and also very pleasant on their calls /response even if it was a false alarm.
So Far they are right there is they think I have fallen. I like it.
Had good service and the people who answers are very caring& helpful even when the button was pushed by accident they wanted to make sure that I was ok. I liked that about Mobile Help. I haven't needed to use it very often but I feel more safe knowing that all I have to do is push the button and they are there for me.
The range is short. If I go some where, I have to remember to take the speaker with me. I had one that picked up anywhere, and all I had to do was put it on the charger.

I obtained this device for my mother. The staff were friendly, helpful, and answered questions thoroughly. The set with alert pendant, 2 speaker boxes, and key lockbox arrived promptly and were very easy to set up. About two weeks ago my mother (who lives alone) fell and broke her hip. She used the pendant, was able to call for help via the speaker, and the EMTs gained access with the key in the lockbox. I was notified by automated call that my mother had used the device and help was on the way. It is very possible this system saved my mother's life. I highly recommend!
