The gentleman I spoke to at customer service gave me the right information and was very capable. So, I was satisfied with that. We had a tornado recently and the electric power was off but the device went on batter power. It's a comfort to know that it still works even if the power goes off.

I thought the sales person was quite knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions. When I had a false alarm they called back and took a lot of time to tlak to me about it and what needed to be done so that won't happen again. I wish there was a way to talk using the bracelet so you could say that this was only a false alarm. When I accidently set it off the response by everybody was just fantastic. I'm highly satisfied with it to this point.

When I've accidently set it off they are always prompt and are able to cancel the alert. My wife is a stroke victim so it feels good to know that if I had a heart attack or fall this would still get help because my wife is unable to talk on the phone or anything like that.

I think the company is terrific. They do and nice job and gave me a good rate for the product. It's very easy to use and very light weight. I'm very happy with it and if anybody needs this kind of product I definitely recommend trying MobileHelp. I like carrying it around for the GPS locater.
