The lady that I spoke to when I called helped me be sure this was the right one for me. I just got it about a month ago, and I haven't needed to press any buttons. The service has been good so far. It's comfortable, but I had to change the chain on the one that I wear because it was too long.

Mobile Help was a little cheaper, and also offers a wrist thing and a thing that I can put on my neck, along with the one that stays beside the bed. I had to use it to get started and everything, and I could hear the other person on the other end really well. When I've had a different one, it didn't seem to work as well.

My sons got Mobile Help for me. I once slipped out of the chair onto the floor and couldn't get up, so I used the device. They were right here, came right in and got me right up, so it was an excellent help, and they were alert, and very nice, and here very quickly. I'm just glad I have it.

I needed something that I could use when I go for a walk on my own or go shopping. I take it with me whenever I go out to do those things. I've always been satisfied with it. I had two other companies and I was not satisfied with them. I called Mobile Help after I saw it on magazine or somewhere, and I thought I'd try it. I am perfectly satisfied with it. I got everything that I wanted and needed. I use it everyday, and I take the part that you go in the car with. I've never really had contact with the company since the initial time I was talking with the person that I was doing business with, but they were very informative; they could answer all my questions. I guess everything has been good so far.

The service called me to see how I'm doing. If I need it, they'll be available right away, and I will have somebody to help me.

My children told me this would be my best option. I use it everyday. it works, I haven't had any problems with it, and it's been fine. I was out walking the dog and they called me. I was okay and I said I was fine, but the point is that they checked on me. I would recommend it to anybody that's in my position.

I compared several differnt services and went with this one. When I'm at home, I wear the pendant that has the fall detection in it, and when I go out, I wear the wristwatch-type band with the mobile device that goes with it. It works pretty well. It has done a couple of false fall detections, but I'd rather have a false alarm than to not have a real one. I've had several false alarms on the fall detection, and they came on and were apologetic that it happened, but it's unavoidable; I understood that when I got it.

I wanted one that would automatically go off if I fell. I haven't had to use it, but it's gone off as a false alarm three times by itself, without me pushing it and without falling. I was very pleased with the people that I talked with on that occasion, but I wasn't sure, with the information I've got, how to turn the thing off. It kept going on and on and on. That's the only problem I've had. I will be out working in the yard and things and that's one of the reasons I wanted that; for safety when I'm out there. It's a little more expensive than I thought, but I would probably recommend it.

The advertising helped me decide to get it, but I'm thinking about dropping off. It's just too expensive for me. It gives me security, yes, it makes me comfortable in my home, yes, but I don't use it outside my home. I'm just in my home all day long. If something should happen, they have the system here where they can pick up my voice and send medical help. The advantage also with the one you wear around your neck is that it has a button on you can push if you fall on the shower, and that was one of the main reasons I signed up for it.

The hospital recommended that I have it. I haven't had to use it since I've got out the hospital but it's nice to know it's there. It's only been used once and that was by mistake but they were right there on the phone. The alert got pushed by accident one night when my partner in business was looking at it, and they were right on the ball.

Because of their GPS tracking system, you can go any place in the United States and they can find you if something happens. I haven't had any problems with the system. I guess the cost is about normal, though I didn't really compare it to other systems.

I got MobileHelp because it covers more than just my apartment. The time that I had to use it, I wasn't feeling well at all. We put the GPS mobile device in the vehicle when we leave together, and when I leave for a few minutes he puts the necklace on just in case he fell, so it just gives us a feeling of security. I went through different surveys and they called me, so I set it up. It's the best service I've ever had. It's very sensitive, so it's been going off with false alarms, but they get ahold of me right on time, and if I happen to fall they will pick it up.

I liked this alert system because it doesn't have to have a landline for the telephone. The connections are good, and everybody so far has been real quick getting in contact with my family. I just like it. I've used it several times lately'I can't seem to stay stay on my seat'and they get here within a half an hour, which is good.

I use the little thing around my neck. Sometimes I even wear it at night, depending on how my chest feels. I wear a defibrillator, and I was questioning whether the pendant might be causing it to act up, because sometimes I have unexpected chest pains. When I move the device away from it, the pains stop. I'd like to hear back from them about that. I've never had to use their customer support yet, except that I have called the people to set it up and all that. I'm glad to be able to have it because I've thought about getting one for a long time. I like the light on my mobile help little indicator thing, so it's helpful at nighttime. If I'm walking through into the living room and it's dark out, I can see well, so that's a good thing. I have the system under a Medicaid waiver, and I've made recommendations about it to people I know.

My mom has had Mobile Help, and it's been good for her, so I got it, too. I just take the thing with me when I go out, and I haven't had to use it. I've been pretty good so far. They have a good attitude, and they talk to you right. They treat you well, and they get down to the point.

Mobile Help had the options that we were interested in, and when the chips are down you've got to have somebody to call. My wife uses it mostly. She doesn't have it on everyday, but it's all set up here right in the living room. We haven't had any emergencies where we needed to use it, but it all seems to work fine.

Mobile help was recommended to me by a friend. I've dropped the device a couple of times, or flipped it over my shoulder so my dog wouldn't jump on it and set it off, and that set it off anyhow. It just works great, though, getting a good response.
