I have it because I have problems with my balance. I've had to use MobileHelp twice this week. I just had trouble getting out of bed and ended up falling on the floor. I didn't damage or break anything but I just couldn't get myself up off the floor, so I called them. They responded and got me help. It serves its purpose well.

They offered the best thing for a reasonable amount of money. Customer service has been nice. They have explained things well to me. During the day I wear the thing that goes around your neck but it's a little heavy for me. At night I wear the bracelet. They do their job. Once I somehow pushed the button without realizing it, I probably bent over and pushed it against something. They were there right away and I just had to tell them that everything was fine.

I saw an advertisement on TV and it sounded like something that I needed to have. I didn't have anything that could go with me when I went out. Now that I have it I take it with me when I leave just in case. If I need it, I can just call for help with it. I can have it even with my low budget. It's great, I'm glad to have it.

I got it because it gave me plenty of options on how to use it. I have not needed it yet, but I put it on when I go out walking. My husband uses it too when he goes out on walks. So far we haven't had any problems though. When we test it, it all works well. It takes care of any kind of emergency that we might have.

With the other one I had, I couldn't even leave my building. I wanted to be able to have it work when I wanted to go to my kids or stay overnight someplace. The people I spoke to were so helpful, and very nice, and they helped me to decide on buying it.

I like the offers that they have, along with the lock box that they have to go outside the door, and I like the fact that they will did that it would detect if I fell unconscious or stopped breathing by any chance. It's easily used and it's water resistant. I'll be sure to have it on in the shower in case of a slip-up.

This is the one that my mother chose. We've only had it for a couple weeks so far. It seems very easy to use and setting it up was simple. The information was a little confusing at first in our initial conversation but the follow up conversations were good and they were helpful. I take it off at night but keep it right on the bed post, but as soon as I get up in the morning I turn the whole system on. I've only used it once but I wasn't too happy with that. I was just sitting in the bathroom, nothing was moving, and the thing just went off on its own. I wasn't able to get to it on time so everything went through'I really wasn't happy.

I wanted something that was simple to hook up, so I got this. I use the wristband since it's waterproof but I haven't really had a chance to use it, thank goodness. What I really like is that it's not too sensitive. It doesn't automatically go off with the slightest touch or anything like that.

I did a little online research and saw it was rated very highly, and it seemed to have the features that I wanted. I hope I never have to use it, but I'm glad it's there. When I first signed up, though, what I was buying was not made very clear to me, and there was some confusion that we had to iron out afterward. My daughter decided to get this for me, I use it all the time. I don't find the hand thing that comfortable. It's just big and I have skinny arms. It hurts, in fact I got a lump from it. That's why I wear the necklace. The first one I got kept going off so I had to mail it back and get another one. Sometimes I would be sitting down with nothing happening and, when I turn, the thing would go off. I kept getting nervous when that happened and I couldn't respond well. I try to answer the machine to turn it off but I had trouble with that. It also takes them a long time to respond and I also got missed calls. One time it took them 5 minutes to answer. That happened at 4 o'clock in the morning when I was in bed. I must have turned over and leaned on it. I'm not that satisfied yet. I also think it's very expensive.

We saw this one featured in the AARP magazine. I put it on from morning till night, because I have only one leg and my family was concerned about the falls I was having. The only customer support I had was initially when I decided to buy it. The fellow who sold it to me was very meticulous about going through everything that was in there, and how it was to be used, so he was good. The device is convenient and works well. It is a little touchy; because there have been false alarms, like how it would just go off while I was sitting.

The person I contacted was really thorough in his presentation of how MobileHelp works. He explained that it was like always having another person walking beside me, so that if I fell down, it would automatically call for help. The way it was explained to me it was very clear and easy to understand, and it sounded like just what I need, because I was walking for about 25 to 30 minutes to get to the nearest stores and restaurants.

We saw an ad in the paper. When we called, the young man who answered was extremely nice and he answered all our questions. We've never had the kind of emergency that would require using it, but we got it just in case. The bracelet is way too big; it falls right off my arm. That's not really any good, so I wear the pendant, but it doesn't really look like jewelry, and it kind of sticks out. It was very easy for us to set up, and it is very convenient.

I'm mostly satisfied with how fast they connect me to their technicians or somebody else in the company when I call, and I definitely like the compactness of the device and the overall availability of the service. It's very easy to carry, especially the wristband and the pendant, but even the mobile piece, too. It's much better than the very big one I had from another company. I use it when I drive to my appointments, and the pendant is great in the shower and otherwise when I'm alone at home.

I read the descriptions of what's offered, and it seems it fits my needs. I have ended up with way too much equipment, though. I have a fall button, a regular button, a wristwatch, and a base station. It's a bit much. I called and cancelled the fall button service because it went off without me doing anything, and I had a fire truck, along with an ambulance and support police car, coming to my house 7:50 in the morning. That was very upsetting. The fall button apparently is too sensitive. I was just in the process of getting dressed, simply moving my body around, and that's it; went off, so I discontinued that part. When I first called to ask a question, the fellow who answered was very patient and did a very good job in walking me through the process. After that I called on another occasion to asked a question about the fall button or something and I spoke to somebody who gave me additional information that I had not had previously about the placement of the base station. They were very nice to work with. On one occasion, though, the company called and left a message on my machine. When I called them back, they said the had no record of making a call, but when I played it back to them, they acknowledged that it was from them in spite of that. So, between that and the bad fall button, I'm a little annoyed with the company. I'm giving serious thought to maybe dropping them or not renewing it.
