I think they were just having a special when I was shopping for one. I have used it a couple of times. My main issue is that it seems like someone is screaming into the microphone when they call to check on me. When they do that it gets staticky and I can't hear what they're saying.

My son got this one for me because we got the button, the watch and the speaker phone for when we go out, so if I fall somewhere outside I can call for help. I have it around my neck 24 hours a day, and I feel safe with it. The button is very sensitive, but it's good, and I would recommend them all the way.

Our main considerations in choosing MobileHelp were its price and the features they offer. They were very helpful when we got it, and they answered all my questions and everything when we were setting it up. She wears it all the time, but she hasn't had to actually use it to call for help.

The price is good and their customer service was good. The device was easy to use and convenient. They were very explanatory and just really nice to talk to. The only thing that I do not like was that since we returned the device because they switched my husband's medication and he did not need the device anymore, it's a process to get your refund back. They're telling me it could take up to 30 days. We returned the device but they still haven't credited our account back.

I liked that I didn't have to write a contract. I wear part of it all the time, and then when I go out I have the mobile unit with me, but I haven't had to use it yet. They've been very nice on the phone, though, and I've told several of my friends about it. Two of them already signed up.

It was the right one for me, but I feel like it's just a little too expensive. It's a great company, and I might have to get back to it, but I'm just having to debate about it over the one I've got now'it's a less expensive one, but I'm not sure it's going to do what Mobile Help does.

Very good experience overall. I've never had to use it, but I've got a fall button that's so sensitive you can't even breathe on it without setting it off! It definitely does work. I have no problem with the customer service; they're going a great job.

Both of us are in our 90's and we got it just in case somebody's out and one of us falls, that's the main thing. We have the thing that hangs over the neck, and we also have one that we put in the car when we go for travelling, which we don't do too much.

Having experience with others, I felt that this was the better one, and it would help me more to travel, and I need the GPS. The operaters seem to be more informed of my needs, and can answer my questions right off. They're right there if I need it, and I can depend on them.

My husband's the one that set it up for his mom and her friend in California. I know he did a lot of research. They live by themselves, and they're in their nineties. It's accessible equipment for them. I know they've been testing them, and they're glad they can do that.

I have Mobile Help because I fell down, and I needed a way to contact people. I fell down in a doorway and I had to press the button so they could get the ambulance right here. It's good, it saved my life. It just makes me feel safer with it.

A friend of mine and I kind of investigated all the different companies together, and we liked the way Mobile Help handled their calls. They're very courteous over the phone. They do help you, and they are willing to listen to you. It's very easy to use, and I'm very well pleased.

I saw it advertised in AARP magazine. It turns out that I'm gonna get one through AARP, so I sent Mobile Help's back. The people that I returned it to were extremely helpful and very nice people. I'd recommend it to anybody, because it actually does work very well.

The lady that I spoke to when I called helped me be sure this was the right one for me. I just got it about a month ago, and I haven't needed to press any buttons. The service has been good so far. It's comfortable, but I had to change the chain on the one that I wear because it was too long.

I believe the services and the good price compared to other companies were the most important points. Actually I bought this for my sister who is using it. She said it was pretty good. We had a few issues and they resolved it very quickly. They were very fast and efficient, I have to say. So far they're very good.

Mobile Help was a little cheaper, and also offers a wrist thing and a thing that I can put on my neck, along with the one that stays beside the bed. I had to use it to get started and everything, and I could hear the other person on the other end really well. When I've had a different one, it didn't seem to work as well.

My sons got Mobile Help for me. I once slipped out of the chair onto the floor and couldn't get up, so I used the device. They were right here, came right in and got me right up, so it was an excellent help, and they were alert, and very nice, and here very quickly. I'm just glad I have it.

I needed something that I could use when I go for a walk on my own or go shopping. I take it with me whenever I go out to do those things. I've always been satisfied with it. Whenever I had a question they're always right there, and I got the answers. I've been recommending it, because it's convenient. It's the best way to go.

I had two other companies and I was not satisfied with them. I called Mobile Help after I saw it on magazine or somewhere, and I thought I'd try it. I am perfectly satisfied with it. I got everything that I wanted and needed. I use it everyday, and I take the part that you go in the car with. I've never really had contact with the company since the initial time I was talking with the person that I was doing business with, but they were very informative; they could answer all my questions. I guess everything has been good so far.

I have epilepsy, and it looked really safe for me to have something I could depend on if I got sick. I live with my fiance, but I have to have something in case I'm alone. The service called me to see how I'm doing. If I need it, they'll be available right away, and I will have somebody to help me.

My children told me this would be my best option. I use it everyday. it works, I haven't had any problems with it, and it's been fine. I was out walking the dog and they called me. I was okay and I said I was fine, but the point is that they checked on me. I would recommend it to anybody that's in my position.

I compared several differnt services and went with this one. When I'm at home, I wear the pendant that has the fall detection in it, and when I go out, I wear the wristwatch-type band with the mobile device that goes with it. It works pretty well. It has done a couple of false fall detections, but I'd rather have a false alarm than to not have a real one. I've had several false alarms on the fall detection, and they came on and were apologetic that it happened, but it's unavoidable; I understood that when I got it.

I wanted one that would automatically go off if I fell. I haven't had to use it, but it's gone off as a false alarm three times by itself, without me pushing it and without falling. I was very pleased with the people that I talked with on that occasion, but I wasn't sure, with the information I've got, how to turn the thing off. It kept going on and on and on. That's the only problem I've had. I will be out working in the yard and things and that's one of the reasons I wanted that; for safety when I'm out there. It's a little more expensive than I thought, but I would probably recommend it.

I was falling, and a friend of mine who got MobileHelp after he had a couple of incidents said he really liked it, and he told me it was the best thing he ever did. I just got it, and I use it every day. I carry it with me everywhere I go, and I love it, because wherever I am, they can program and locate me. I really enjoy having it.

The advertising helped me decide to get it, but I'm thinking about dropping off. It's just too expensive for me. It gives me security, yes, it makes me comfortable in my home, yes, but I don't use it outside my home. I'm just in my home all day long. If something should happen, they have the system here where they can pick up my voice and send medical help. The advantage also with the one you wear around your neck is that it has a button on you can push if you fall on the shower, and that was one of the main reasons I signed up for it.

The hospital recommended that I have it. I haven't had to use it since I've got out the hospital but it's nice to know it's there. It's only been used once and that was by mistake but they were right there on the phone. The alert got pushed by accident one night when my partner in business was looking at it, and they were right on the ball.

Because of their GPS tracking system, you can go any place in the United States and they can find you if something happens. I haven't had any problems with the system. I guess the cost is about normal, though I didn't really compare it to other systems.

I didn't have any energy and I knew I needed medical help, so I pushed the button. They gave a good response. They were good in getting the results and the medical help that I needed.

We put the GPS mobile device in the vehicle when we leave together, and when I leave for a few minutes he puts the necklace on just in case he fell, so it just gives us a feeling of security. I liked this alert system because it doesn't have to have a landline for the telephone. The connections are good, and everybody so far has been real quick getting in contact with my family. I just like it. I've used it several times lately'I can't seem to stay stay on my seat'and they get here within a half an hour, which is good.
