More than anything, my kids wanted me to have this, because I'm 75, and you never know, you know? They're away up in Vermont, so they wanted to make sure I have some backup. It was available quickly, and my son was able to help me set it up before he went back to Vermont, and it works well. I wear it when I'm here at the house, in case I fall and can't get up or something. I think the main thing is that it's a way to feel secure that someone could come when I needed them, and that's worth while. The value for the money is good. I've used a similar device in my house in Vermont, but it was provided by the hospital; it was some life line kind of equipment. They said they can do it down here, but we decided when we got down here that we really needed to get one that we could depend on, and that's why we contacted Mobile Help.

My husband will be going off working or fishing or something, and my daughter that was living with us leaves me on my own sometimes. I suffer from vertigo and epilepsy and a lot of other health issues, and there's peace of mind to know I only have to push a button, because sometimes I can't even see straight enough to dial a phone, not even to dial 911. Knowing there's a way to reach somebody, because I'm alone a lot now, that peace of mind can't be beat. I've already been recommending it. Typically I just wear the wristband monitor, and I just go about my daily routine, and I know it's there if I need it. So far I've been fortunate enough not to. The necklace is not really an adequate option, because it gets tangled up in my very long hair. That makes wearing the wrist band the right way for me, but I have very tiny wrists, and the watch band is almost too long; I really could use a smaller band. When I called just to check in, or the one time I accidentally hit the button, they were really quick getting on to it, so I'd say they're doing a good job. Every time I have spoken to somebody, they have been very courteous and understanding, and willing to explain and explain until I can understand.

I have a friend that had a problem and when he got Mobile Help, he came right straight to me. I'm 84 years old, and I live by myself, so I haven't got anybody else I can talk to if anything happens to me. His system works so well, and he said I got to get it too, so I got it. I haven't had to use it, but I love it. I had to call a couple of times to make sure that it was set up right and everything, but I'm happy with it. I haven't had to use it yet, but at least I know I've got somebody to help me. They're always courteous, so I have no problem with their people. It's a very good and trustworthy system, and I will recommend it to anybody.

I had checked the other companies, and I liked the benefits and the things that Mobile Help does clear across the whole United States, no matter where I'm at, so that was my deciding factor. I've already recommended it to two or three people. The quality is very nice. it's very easy to read and use. We haven't had to use it yet, but we wear the pendants and the watch and everything. When we first got it, my wife had hers on'she's got the one that if you fall they call you'and she came into the room where I was and said, "I think that I pushed the button or something because they're talking to me," and they came back in a just a second. They were so quick getting back to us, so that was a one of the factors about why I like what I've got. I hope when the time comes that we have to use it, it's as good as that.

They seem to provide everything that I wanted, so I thought that would probably be a good choice. I don't consider the price to be out of line. I think it's alright; if I didn't, I wouldn't have chosen it. I haven't had it long, and I haven't gone through the periodic check, but I'm well pleased. I use the wrist watch type, and I wear it all the time. I accidentally set it off yesterday when I was buttoning my shirt, and got an immediate response. I apologized but they said not to be concerned, they will reset it, and they were quite thorough in their checking to make sure that it was me and that I was okay. By itself that was reassuring. I carry the mobile unit with me whenever I go out. The one here in the house was inside when I set it off. It worked very well, but I wish it had been just a little louder, although I could hear a woman talking and it took just a few minutes to figure out what it was, but I am pleased with that.

This service was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has it. He had a fall and broke a bone, and he used the thing. Help was there right away; within 20 minutes he had an ambulance there, and they took him to the emergency room. He thought the response was so good, and he recommended it to me. I took his recommendation to buy it. I haven't needed to use it yet, but I feel safe with it. I had been trying not to have to wear something like that. I have a couple of friends that had other agencies, and they have problems, and I wasn't going to try it, but my gentleman friend told me that it was such a good thing, and would give me peace of mind in case I'm out and about and something happens, or in the house, because I live alone. I haven't had to use it, thank goodness, but I feel better havang it. I haven't had any real trouble, so I can definitely recommend it too. I use a bracelet because I had trouble with the little button on the pendant. The first time I wore it, that thing popped off. Luckily I was at church, and somebody found it and returned it to the office, and I got it the next day, but I didn't know how to reattach it. I spoke to someone Sunday morning'I didn't think that anybody that would be able to help me, but sure enough there was an agent there'and he told me that they would send me a new button, that it'd be there in 3 - 4 days, and it was. So they sent me that new one, which I just received yesterday. In the meantime I've been wearing the bracelet. I don't wear it in bed, rather I leave it on my night stand.

When I'm at the pool and nobody's there, I can swim and still feel secure enough to know that I've got the Mobile Help there and can contact them if I need them. A typical day with it also includes taking the dog for a walk every morning, noon, and night; and also driving. Their people are very knowledgeable. If you have questions, they answer them, and if they don't have the answer, they find somebody who does. Their response time is tremendous. I feel more secure knowing that I have it. It's easy to assemble when you first get it, and it's easy to use to test every month. They respond to you by your phone and text message, and they talk to you on the device. Carrying the device is easy; they give you a nice case to put it in, so if you're walking or whatever, you can just hook it to your belt or purse. In the car you can put it in the visor. The watch is great; I use that in the shower and in the pool. It's just easy to live with, it's not something clunky that sticks out like a sore thumb and people ask you, "what are you wearing that for?" I find that more and more of my friends have them than I knew before, though. They didn't want to talk about having them, but now that I have one, they mention that they have one too. A couple of them have switched to Mobile Help because they like the product that I have better than what they had, and also the cost: they have different packages where you can pay different ways, and when they find that out, it works out better for them to go with Mobile Help, so I'm pleased with that.

I live alone, and I'm almost 84 years old, and I'm not too steady on my feet when I'm out walking in my yard. My children decided that they thought I needed a device like this. I haven't had to use it yet; I've been very fortunate. I do keep it with me. I don't use the bracelet, I wear the necklace, and I feel very comfortable with that when I'm outside by myself and when I go into town. It works; it does what they say it'll do, and I'll very likely tell a friend about it. I have set this thing off, I think like three times since I've had it, hitting it or bumping into something, and they have called me back right away. I find that it takes awhile for them to turn it off. It says to press and hold the button, and I do that, and it still keeps beeping and saying this is an emergency, but finally they pick up and ask me if I need help and if I'm all right. I really like it, and I think it's one of the best ones out there. I know help is there if I need it.

Some things I liked are the app they have available for medication reminders, the features update, the different personal monitoring technology they have available, and then the automatic fall detection. The medication reminders have been helpful, in case someone forgets to take their medication. If there's an actual fall, and nobody's there, and they go unconscious, they will detect the fall 98% of the time, so they don't have to press the button. It works 100% of time I've tested it, like they say to do every month. It's all functional and good, and it has a battery back-up for 3 days, so it's very good in an emergency where the power is out. The customer service staff are friendly and knowledgeable about any questions that you may have.

Two things stand out: their medicine reminder was simple, and so were their fall detection devices. This is for my mother, and the only time that she has interfaced with the folks from MobileHelp'other than set-up'is when one night it give a false reading that she had fallen, and she heard them on the speaker and told them that she was fine. That was the end of it, so she felt assured. My brother who helped set it up said that this staff on the other end, both from the technical support and from the call center, really understood how to speak with an elderly person and make my mother feel good. They've always been very polite, responsive and professional.

From the beginning up to now everything has been great. The salesman was very knowledgeable of the product, and they were courteous, they weren't pushy. It's so much better to have it in my home and with me, I highly recommend it. It is a good value for your money. They've got the best equipment. If there's any motion such that they think you fell, they automatically get ahold of you. They have a GPS button that you can carry with you when you go outside, so you're secured all the time with it. I never really had an emergency yet, but the response was really, really quick when it went off on its own. They would ask my name and they would want to make sure I was okay, so I really appreciated it. They're prompt and courteous, and they do their job.

We had a previous company, and we just weren't satisfied with it, so we just decided to go ahead and go, and I talked to somebody on the phone about Mobile Help. We're pretty satisfied with it; there were just a couple of minor things that we had to have adjusted, but we've recommended it. She uses it all day and it's uneventful; she's not really healthy, but she does what she can around the house; cooks and cleans the house, and we go out and get medicines, and go to doctors, and stuff like that, so we're in and out of the house mostly. Every time something's happened, if she lays it down wrong or something like that, they called me and they asked me if there's been a fall or something, so they're aware of what's going on here.

I did research on other companies that provide the same or similar service, and it best meets our needs. After talking with them, I liked what they had to offer, and we're very pleased with it. The sales team was very knowledgeable, and they were very personable to the situation at hand, and seemed to really care about making sure we had what we needed. I like the fact that they don't contract their national call center out, but rather it's within the United States, so I don't have to worry about her trying to talk to somebody that has an accent. They kept it real simple when they were explaining it to me, and asked a lot of questions about our situation to make sure it meet out needs. We've already recommended it, though we haven't had to use it yet, but it was very easy to set up and test, and we know that it works. She did dropped her fall button necklace accidentally one night when getting ready for bed, and within fifteen seconds they were on the speaker asking us if everything was okay.

I researched it and I figured it would fit what we need for my mother. She is 94, and she lives with us, so when we are not at home I like for her to wear it. She is very active and independent, but it helps to know that help is here if she should need it. We feel very comfortable having it here in our house, and for her to be able to use the on-the-go device for when she leaves, I feel very relieved to have them here with us. I feel confident that they will be here in case we need to do use it. They have been very helpful with us, and they explain things very thoroughly. We appreciate it. It's easy to use and it's available. She has accidentally pushed the button, and they have been very kind when they have come on the speaker, and they're very understanding when this happens.

I had a look at the consumer reports and my own research. They cover the all the scenarios I can think of where I might need help, having the watch, the pocket speaker, and then the fall alert sensor. It's all very high-tech. I had an accidental button push, and I had an immediate response; somebody was there to talk to me, asking questions'it was quite comforting. Thank God I haven't had to use it, but I sure feel safe knowing it's there. They just have good follow-through. It's simple and they're not over-marketing it. It's been a pretty good experience so far, so I wouldn't have much reason to doubt them.

First of all, the price was very competitive, so that was good. The second thing was that it had someone to answer a call at all times, and then it had two different devices to use: one is fine in the winter, and the other one I probably will use in the summer'I wouldn't want something around my neck in the summertime'so having the wrist band was a good idea for different weather and different occasions; when you're dressed up you don't have a black thing around your neck. Lastly, the people that I know who have it had been satisfied with it. Everything I tried has been excellent. It certainly it will provide me and my family with a sense of security that I hadn't had before. The only time I called was to make sure that they were working. It was quick, efficient, and they answered all of my questions and went one step beyond. Not only did they answer my questions, but wanted to know if there's anything else that they could do to help me, which was a very nice and positive response.

I am not stuck to the house; I travel. I'm 84, and I'm on oxygen, but I'm still driving and moving around, and I thought that would be better for me because of the GPS that they have. They can pick me up wherever I may be. The other unit I have is only for the house, so that's why I chose it. I think it's a reasonable price. It takes me around and makes me feel better, and I could afford it. I would recommend it to those that feel capable of using it, If they are mobile people and going out; but if they stay in the house they would not need all of that. I keep my master unit in my bedroom. When I'm ready to go out I take the small mobile ones that I have in my dining room with me. The only problem that I was having is that the one you wear around the neck was really sensitive, and they had to show me to how to pull it above my breast bone so it would not go off. Every time I've called them they were right on the ball to answer my questions. They've been very positive with me.

I had just called there one day, and they had a great deal, so I knew this was going to be the company I need to go with. They give you two devices, one that you can wear around your neck, and then another to go wear around your wrist as a watch. If you can't get to one, you can get to the other one, so that's good. I really don't have good balance. I fell down and I had to call Mobile Help so someone could help me to get back on my feet, and they did. They came in with minimal call time and they helped me to the best that they could, and I was very impressed and satisfied with that. The service that they used to come in and help me was very local: the fire department around the corner. They're very trusting with the employees and the people that came in to my house, to accommodate me. I would recommend Mobile Help to a friend.

I tried another company, but the advertisement I saw on the TV for Mobile Help company was a lot more protective for me 'cause I'm 81 years old, and I figured, why not get the best if I'm gonna get one? If you watch the advertisement, you can see that you're getting everything you need for a pretty reasonable price, I thought. I've been out to a store and I've brought the one that's used for traveling with me. I hadn't had to use it, but I felt safe that I had it. I like the key lock system, too. I just feel that it's a good company, and all the equipment that was sent to me is everything they said it would be. I think everybody is very safe with that system; I don't see any glitches in it whatsoever. You're safe whether you're driving in your car, fall down in the bathtub or any of those things.

I've got a lot of medical issues, including having had a heart attack and a stroke. I signed up for MobileHelp in case something else should happen, because I've lately been feeling like I might black out sometimes. So far there have just been a couple of false alarms where I pushed the button by accident, or my kids pushed it when they thought something was wrong when I couldn't get up one morning. I was okay, though, and so I just carry the device with me just in case. I also have the padlock on my door, so that any medical assistance can get into my home with just a passcode. So, I like the equipment they have, and as for their people, they're thorough, and respond to the call as soon as possible. They have the best response to care for their customers, even if it's a false alarm. They tried to make sure that I'm okay.

I saw it on television. I called them and I liked what I heard, so that's what we got, and I've recommended them before. I've not had to use it at all, but I'm glad I've got it, because we're getting up in age a little bit. My husband has a tendency to fall, so we've gotten the fall button and the mobile. We're safe wherever we go. It's convenient. He doesn't use the fall button necklace unless I'm not here. If I go somewhere and he's by himself, he'll wear that, but we wear the bracelets all the time. I don't worry about him as much if I'm not here because I know that he can get the help he might need. We've got that little lockbox thing that you put a key in and put it outside, so if something happens and I can't get home, somebody can get in there and come help us. From what the young lady told me, they'd be here if we needed them. We just like the security of being able to get out and do what we need to do, and not have to worry about it.

After 33 years, I'm divorced, and I have grand mal seizures, and I live by myself. This is the best way to get in touch with somebody if something did happen to me. I'm unable to talk to the person, and when I fall down, I really won't be able to get up. That's why I wear the watch and the necklace. I bring them when I go out because I never know when a seizure is coming. As soon as I got it they called me to test the stuff out. it works, and it just seems to me like the best way to go, they've got the best equipment; it's waterproof. I saw their advertisement on the television. Having had a fall, I knew that I would need that kind of equipment. Everyone I spoke with was very informative about the system, and very polite. I wear it around my neck constantly. As soon as I get up out of bed in the morning, I put it right on. I know that the information will be given to the correct people if I need it in an emergency. I'm just very pleased with it. I talked to a young lady that's a friend of mine. She had gotten a postcard in the mail from another company, and it was a little cheaper. I can't say anything about it because I didn't try it, but I told her about my experience with MobileHelp. What caught my eye was mobile the word mobile, it would allow me to be still be mobile. I'll be able to get around and stay safe. I wear it all the time. I just got back from a doctor's appointment, where I took the base unit with me along with the automatic fall detection pendant. I only take the base station with me if I'm going somewhere, wherever I happen to be going to. I feel safe with it. Whenever I need help I had to call for, they've given me very good advice. When I first got it and I didn't know how to use it, I called and just got someone's advice about it. I'm just glad that I chose MobileHelp, because it allows me to remain mobile. I can go wherever I need to go, and feel safe, knowing that if I fall and become unconscious, there'll be someone there to respond to it. It has GPS system so that they could triangulate where you're located, and they send an emergency response team. That was another thing that impressed me, so that's why I've recommended MobileHelp.

I loved my sales person! Her name is Molly, and she just was a sweetheart. MobileHelp had a price I could afford, and I liked what it did. I had been with Life Alert for four years before, and I decided that for my budget and what I needed, it would be a good fit. It was awesome! In fact, yesterday, when a friend of mine was here, he dropped a bag of canned goods on the floor, and instantly the machine came on and said "we just got notice that you had fallen. We will call the emergency squad immediately." I was able to get the machine and pressed the button to say that it's okay. They immediately came on and said, "are you sure you're alright?" They were very supportive. Besides that, I like it better than Life Alert for a couple of reasons; it lights up so I can see it 24/7, and I like that it's a lighter set of equipment'it's easier to carry. I already have very definitely recommended it. I think every person in my age group, and younger, especially when they live alone, should have a system. It's the best insurance policy that I have.

I ended up hitting my head, and I figured it's about time I got some help! After checking out a couple of different ones, this seemed like the best, because it'll cover me even when I'm outside or not in the house. For some of them you have to be within a certain range; with this one I didn't have to be. The price was right too. I find it very convenient, I have no problem with it. I like the wrist one; I find that much more convenient than having the one around my neck.

I wanted a system that I could take out of the house, like if I go grocery shopping, or out to shovel snow. That's why I chose it: it's the only one I could find that would have a system that would go with me. Today I went out and shoveled snow off my walk, and was out there for a half an hour. I took it with me, so I was very comfortable. It's serving the purpose that I wanted it for. The first system I got from them did not work, but within days I had another one. They answered every question, and there was no hesitation about anything at all. When I was talking to the guy over the phone, he knew what my house looks like outside. They've got me pin-pointed right down! They know where I am, and I have no problem knowing they would serve me well. I definitely would recommend them.

When I called up about it, the guy answered all the questions that I had with no problem, gave me everything I needed, told me what the paperwork was, and was very helpful; I believed everything he said. I think it's very reasonable for a monthly price, very inexpensive. I like it because it can be used any place besides just at home, and I go traveling to different states to see my children, and I can use it there because of the GPS. That's going to be very helpful. It seems like they really know what they're doing, so I already have recommended this to people.

I take my hat off to them for setting up this service that will show the customer that somebody does care, especially in this world of scams. I wanted the bracelet. I didn't care for the necklace since I was in another company for a couple of months and I didn't like it. That's why when I read the MobileHelp advertisement in the AAA magazine, I called them and found out that I could use the bracelet and go pretty much everywhere within the states, and I was happy with that. It's one of the few that allows the bracelet to go outside the home and to go anywhere you're traveling. It includes a little travel device that charges your battery, and they don't have that on the others. I go out quite a bit, and I take it with me, and there's no problem. I really think that they have a good background, and that's why I chose them. I haven't found that in any of the others that I've checked up with. I think the people that they have there are are excellent. They're trustworthy; I have no complaints at this point. They were very nice to me when they set me up. I appreciate all of the information that they give you. They were very polite and very nice on the phone when I talk to gentleman there, and that pleased me. I have been able to afford their cost better than I would have with another company. I am a widow and I'm on a fixed income, so I can't afford a lot of money, and so far the price has been very reasonable. I've already recommended it to a friend she's with a different company, but she's checking out MobileHelp.

I needed something because I fell and I was alone, and I couldn't get up. I got some of my magazines out where I had considered it before, thinking that I don't need it. I read about it in AARP magazine and AARP Bulletin and I decided to make a call. Everybody that I've talked to in setting up and testing it has been very helpful. Now I have peace of mind. I haven't had an emergency, but I sleep much better at night knowing that it's with me all the time. I wear the device around my neck 24 hours a day, including when I go to bed, so it's right there when I need it. I also have the one that's supposed to detect falls, but I don't wear that all the time. I'm very happy with what I have. I just think that anybody in my situation, that is alone, absolutely should have one with them at all times.

I already had one system, but it was only good for around 300 feet from my house. I had seen one commercial, and I've got some friends who had got MobileHelp, and they said they could be anywhere! They were being taken care of! I thought I better jump on that line and see what's going on there, because I might be somewhere and what if nobody was with me when something happened? They told me "you need to get one," so the next time the commercial came on, I hit their number on the phone and called them. Everybody who's talked to me about it has been very professional, and it didn't take long for it to get to me after I ordered it. I think the device is dependable; it's something that anybody with some health problems needs. I just love the watch that I wear. I'll have the other one around my neck sometimes, but I like the watch. It feels comfortable on my wrist and on my neck. I feel comfortable having it on since I can just push the button for help. As far as the experience of them coming to me, I haven't had the opportunity yet, and I hope I don't have to, but if I do, I'm thinking that this MobileHelp would be handy.

Well I googled and researched the companies, they seem to have a one of the best reputations, and they definitely had good price. They're one of the best out there. I would recommend it to anybody with a fall risk or who needs reassurance that there's somebody there when you go out. It definitely makes you feel safer. It's very reassuring to know that they're just a button push away if I need help. They also provided a lock box so that they can get into the house calmly with a key in an emergency. They're very considerate, professional, and informative. They do not make me feel like they were in a hurry. They seem to really care, and that's rare these days. The second day I had it, I was just getting dressed, and I hadn't fallen over; it went off accidentally. I don't know how to put it so it doesn't do that, but it's just very reassuring; you know it works well.

I travel outside my house to the store on my scooter, and I wanted to have something with me in case somebody hurt me or I need help. I saw this on a commercial so that's what made me call and inquire about it. I used it today I went to the grocery store. I put the "egg" in my pocket then I have the wristband on my wrist, and I felt totally comfortable on the streets. I was out somewhere else and I did a test, and they answered me and know exactly where I was. I just think it's a wonderful idea to have this kind of service for disabled people, and it gives us a sense of security and independence. We don't have to feel like we have to stay stuck in the house. They're really valuable, and I highly recommend for anyone who has a disability and wants to get out in the streets by himself to get something like this.

I think that their service is very good. I had just been on the phone with them today for quite a while, helping us to get our ducks in a row, so to speak, and their customer service is excellent. I'm very likely to recommend them. I'm a widow and live by myself, so to me it's a great thing to have in case of an emergency. I wear the pendant and everything, but I've not had an emergency yet. I was wearing my necklace at night, and all of a sudden the emergency thing that's in my kitchen went off. I jumped out of bed and ran and to tell them that I was not hurt. They kept asking me had I fallen, and I said no, no, I rolled over on the pendant and it caused that. That's the only time that I've ever had that problem, though it was my fault, not theirs.

We chose it mainly because it was nationwide'they are with AT&T'and my wife and I travel a lot, so that was definitely one of the deciding factors. The people that I talked to were very helpful and everything, but I really haven't been able to use it except testing it out. The handy carrying case and the recharger that it comes with were really simple to use. We carry it with us wherever we go, and I've already told some other people we know about it. With us getting up in age and everything, it's our security blanket, just knowing that if anything happens to one of us, we would have the help we needed, without dialing 911 or giving an address.

I'm blind and do a lot of traveling by myself. Because it has a GPS, it made my husband feel a little more secure. When I explained to them why I needed it, they were very helpful, patient, and very considerate on the phone. I'm on a very fixed income, and the price that I was given for a monthly fee is very feasible to me. When I tested it, they were very quick to respond and ask what my needs were, and whether I had a medical emergency. I think it'll be very beneficial to me because of my visual impairment, and the fact that I travel alone makes it more helpful and useful to me. If I have a medical emergency, I know that they are very quick to respond to my needs, and that is very helpful.

My brother-in-law and I did some research for me, and MobileHelp sounded better than the other ones that were out there, so we chose it. It's just nice that they have two options: the necklace, and the one that looks like a wristband. When we checked it to make sure it worked, it was really nice. I had a problem with the necklace because it broke; the piece with the speaker in it and the cord came apart. When I called, they were very helpful. They gave me over to tech services. This was a Friday night, and they said somebody would call back probably Monday. Well, somebody ended up calling me back Saturday. They replaced it, and I just got my replacement which was very nice, so that was good.

I looked on a consumer web page, and there were ten top MobileHelp companies. I called the top 3 of those, and I picked the second one, which was MobileHelp. It was the best price, and it had everything that I wanted. The people I spoke with there were very friendly. Another company that I talked to was very pushy; they wanted my credit card number immediately, before I even decided on it, and they also called me back and told me I wouldn't like MobileHelp. I told them I have no problems with it whatsoever, because it's everything they said it would be, and everything I need. I've recommended it to my friends. They were very helpful when I ordered it, and when I called to test it, they called me back immediately. They've been so helpful setting it up. I'm very satisfied, and I feel very secure having it. It's very comfortable. When I leave the house to go somewhere, there's a container for the small unit I have that fits right in my purse. I wear it all the time'when I shower, when I sleep, 24 hours a day.

I called at least three companies, I was very pleased with my first impression of MobileHelp. I felt that the the sales rep who took care of me was exceptional in his handling of a senior. From what I can tell, all three companies were similar in price. I wish it wasn't quite as expensive, but they all seem to be in that price range. After getting the MobileHelp delivered, I had some questions, and they were very thorough in helping me, and very patient, and took extra time to give me the information I needed. I've been using the device, but I haven't needed to use it for any critical reason, so I would say everything seems in good order with it. I just take it with me when I go outside and around the house. I haven't been wearing the medallion around my neck all the time.

I have the tendency to fall , and I have done so quite a few times in the last three or four years'over two hundred times'and my wife has trouble walking. If she falls, she has trouble getting up, and so do I. We had one device, but I liked what I saw on a commercial on TV for Mobile Help. I asked my wife about it, too, and she said that it looked good. I've had a good experience with them so far. We will keep Mobile Help as long as we live, because everything they've done has been very positive. I will recommend to them anybody which is interested or in this kind of situation. I've pushed the button by mistake a couple of times, and they contact me to ask what they can do, I tell them nothing's wrong. Other than that, there is nothing unusual so far. We're okay and it's going to be okay for us to use it.

I liked that I could go anywhere and still have help and service, that was the main reason to get it. I use it when I walk to my physical therapy, and when I go out of my apartment to go for walks or go to church, the store; any place I go with myself or other people. I haven't had to use the service per se, because I haven't had any issues, but I appreciate the time that they take to explain what they will do. It seems to be working, that's all I know. I have one complaint only: I live in a condo that doesn't have a proper door knob, and I would like them to provide something other than the lock box to put a key in. Something that could be screwed into the doorjamb would be helpful.

At the time I got it, it was the only one that you could take outside the house. The price for the year is excellent, because it's just a little bit more than a penny a day. That's pretty good for two people. One time I had to use it for my husband who is 91. I just pushed the button and the mobile help was right there within 2 minutes so that was great. He was bleeding so profusely that he would have died if they hadn't gotten there so quickly. With Mobile Help, I could save his life. They have 4 different devices, and each one has a purpose that it's perfect for. The watch-type one is good for somebody who's working; it's not as as in your face. The one hanging around your neck is good for when you're showering, because it's waterproof. The one that's like a pager was really good for my husband to take to work, volunteering at a hospital; it's easy to take with him as he's walking to and from there. Also, the home unit is big enough that everyone can see and use it.

For financial reasons, I wasn't ever able to use the device. I had a very pleasant experience ordering it, the customer service was very helpful and informative, and Steve, the very polite fellow I spoke with, explained everything about how to use it. I had seen about it on TV, and ordered it, but without consulting with my caretaker. I jumped the gun there, because she was able to get me one that wouldn't cost me a dime. So I never even unpacked it after it arrived; I just took it right back to the post office. Everything about my interaction with Mobile Help was great, though, and I definitely recommend them. If someday I no longer qualify for a free system, I'll be going back to them.

I noticed they have 9.7 rating out of 10 online, and their customer service people are very good. I was on the phone for half an hour to forty minutes, and I was happy with the results and the price. They just took the time to explain everything. When I first got the unit they were very helpful, plus whenever I was doing the testing after I had it all set up, they were very helpful with that, too. We had a false alarm, but aside from that we haven't had the opportunity, fortunately, that we have needed to use it. Whenever my mother accidentally pressed the alarm by mistake, I automatically got a text message alerting me almost instantaneously that there was a problem, so I'm very happy with it.

I was with another company that had the same machine, and I was told that Mobile Help actually makes most of the equipment for these other companies. This one has the option to have the fall-detecting device you wear around your neck in case you take a dive, and that made the difference'the other companies didn't have it. It looked like they had more equipment for a little lower price than the other company, so it made sense to switch. It's a nice company, and it's been fine so far, so I'm I'm happy with that. I set this thing up and tested it, and everything works, so we're happy. I placed one device in the shower and the other ones by the bedside, plus there's one that you take outside; I haven't quite figured out how to put that on my belt, though. I would recommend Mobile Help. Somebody I know was talking about getting one of these things, and I'd tell them that this is the one to pick.

My husband told me to get it after he saw something about it on TV because I live alone, except for my cat when she's in town. I use a walker, and sometimes my balance is not very good. I take dialysis, and I'm a little wobbly afterwards. It's a reasonable cost per month, so it's nice to have. it gives you confidence and security. I pushed it 3 times by accident. I didn't know how sensitive it is, but I didn't fall. They called me and asked me if I fell. I said no, and reset it. That's why I take it off at night. If you touch it, they're right there, so it's it's good to know that there's somebody at the other end of the button to help you. It's good and portable. I take the fall button with me around my neck, and the other device in my pocket. And I like the lockbox with the key in it, so they don't have to break my door down.

After I had a heart attack I did some research about it and compared it to other companies, and I found this was the best for me. They call and make sure everything is going all right. Once I got it plugged in, they asked if I have any questions. If you have any question or anything, someone is always there to help you, and they are very supportive. They make sure they answer the questions and give you the instructions that you need, so that you will understand before you hang up the phone. They give you a lockbox to put outside you door knob for you to put a key in it, They have the combination to that box, so if you do have an emergency, they can always get in if you're not able to open the door. I haven't seen that with any other company or anyone else who has such a device.

My sister has been after me to get one of these things for quite awhile, and I've seen it advertised on TV, so I took down the number and called them up. They answered all the questions I ever asked them, and they seem to be very knowledgeable about it, and they were very nice. I would recommend it. I don't know what some of the other companies are charging, but I guess when you're trying to stop and figure it out, it's a little bit over a dollar a day. I take it with me when I go out in the car. I have it here in the house, but I usually don't carry around with me in the house, rather when I go outside in the yard, or over to get the mail out of the box, or up to the store or something, I always take it with me. I'm 76 years old, and I guess it kind of gives you peace of mind to have it with you when you're out in the car or someplace.
