Although I detects a fall the button is too sensitive even when u take the device off I'm more mobile and active than most people my age I'm 60 in age I go swimming fishing camping and kayaking if I have to leave the device on the charger all day then I'm paying for a device that is not functioning properly the point is to be safe and confident

I activated the pendant it took 3 minutes to get connected then she asked if it was an emergency I said no I just needed help lifting him. Then she contacted the sheriff's department and relayed the message it took an hour for the sheriff's department and they still wasn't there yet so I picked my husband off the floor and hurt my arm. I called the sheriff's department back and cancelled the call.not good service at all.

I really like not having to have a base unit. It is truly mobile and I have coverage everywhere that I go. It is also a great value compared to other plans. The fall detection is an important feature to have and it really does work. I bent over a little too quickly and it thought that I had possibly fallen. I was contacted almost immediately to make sure that I was OK. Getting help is just a button push away.

It is very responsive to every move. I set it down on a hard surface and apparently it was a little faster and harder than intended, a sweet voice told me a fall had been detected. It told me to push the button if there was no fall. I did and no EMS came. I feel very confident I am being monitored and am safe.

What I like the most about system is if you are wearing necklace and you fall the system immediately responds . It is easy to use and easy to recharge. They are very responsive; numerous times I have caused the alert to speak to me (in very American English) that they have detected a fall. It is always something stupid that I did to set it off. When you press 2 fingers on the button. It cancels the emergency call. I hate creating the false alarms, but love the assurance that they are always there.

I received my Mobile Help pendant quickly. It has GPS capability and I can go anywhere freely. The pendant I'd comfortable and easy to wear. The set up instructions were simple and easy to use. I would highly recommend this for seniors who live alone. It gives me so much peace of mind to know that if I fall help is very close at hand. FIY, it works great; I accidentally leaned down suddenly and my alarm went off saying fall alert. What can I say, it works.

We are actually sending the system back. My mom can not be heard through the base system and the system went off without her touching it. We tried working with customer service and she could be heard when they tried it ut myy mom could not be heard when she tried it last week. Very frustrating!

It only holds a charge for less than 12 hours and then has to be recharge. On the other hand they are very responsive whena fall is detected and i have not been able to cancel the alert.

The system works well although I haven't had to use it for a fall. The alert necklace is too bulky to wear comfortably. The instruction manual is insufficient in explaining why the light blinks on and off green sometimes.

I have already completed one of these questionnaires. I was suppose to receive a $200 check for referring a friend. Well I did refer a friend and she sighed up for Mobile Help but I have not received my $200. Every time I call they tell me accounting has not issued the check. WELL I ALREADY KNOW THIS. WHEN WILL I GET IT? If you keep advertising this and not follow thru with your promises then I can really hurt you on Facebook. I can advertise that no one should sign up for this.
