The button is so sensitive that I accidently set it off unknowingly, then have trouble cancelling it. I wish it had some kind of key to sessen the touch it takes to set it off.

I switched to MobileHelp, and I'm a very happy customer. I needed troubleshooting when my brand new solo unit wasn't working correctly. Their tech support team is excellent and a new Version 3 unit was sent along with a return label for the original unit. The problem was with the cellular signal not coming through to my unit. Took 3 three calls to get a return call. our base & necklace kept going off & we nor cust. serv. could get them both off, took several calls to get it done. we held the base & the necklaces down for 20 sec. like told & still would not go off for us. also the first day we got two odd people come over on the base itself had noting to do with Mobile Help.

When my momma pressed the bottom a couple of weeks ago Mobile Help didn't notify her Son who is number one on the list. Also, they took 30 minutes to get to momma's house and when I asked them why, I was told, "it was the rescue squads fault not theirs. That sounds like something that a child would do. I would think that Mobile Help would take control of the situation but apparently they didn't do that!

Don't like it because I have to go where the transmitter works to communicate with the help person.

Fall detection is very sensitive. I recently put my device on the counter and this detected a fall. The medical alert team called all my contacts and also called me. I told them it was an accident and that I was fine. A little while later there was a knock on my door and 6 emergency responders were standing there, EMT's, firemen, and a policeman. I don't know why everyone was called after they verified with me that there was no emergency and I was fine. It was good to know that my emergency response people are alert, but it was also very embarrassing.
