Good service, but pendant is needing 3 hour charge about every 16 hours. Where I live all signals are weak except AT&T. I don't think they are using AT&T as promised.

I have had 8 or 9 false alarms with no apparent cause. It’s the fall detect feature that’s causing the problem. I’ve shortened the lanyard and now know I can press for 5 seconds to turn it off but the lanyard notification is barely audible (my hearing is good).

I’ve had my mobile alert just over a month with fall detection. I haven’t had to use it so far. I really would prefer a wrist watch type as the pendant I have is cumbersome, which is why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. As far as signing up my sales person, was courteous and helpful.

Unfortunately due to prolonged illness on my part not the family member in need of the device it was intended for i have not yet been able to provide my family member with the device to give sufficient feedback. I will say however the indicator light whether green or red seems to be bright enough for my 60yo combat veteran vision & although my 70+yo elderly cousin who has macular degeneration with mobility as well as weight & other problems hopefully she will be able to see the indicator light as well but it remains to be tested. Additionally i did purposely unplug the pendant from its charger stand & wall outlet to see when or if it would send a notification which it has done successfully albeit in a pretty populated area with sufficient cell towers. My cousin lives in a much smaller area within 45mi of my original text notification area but with ozark terrain & winter weather coming we will see if the notification as much as the charging indicator remains reliable beyond 90-120 day period as experienced with bluestarseniortech equipment which failed multiple times & continues to be a unresolved problem. Ironically bluestar is the one who recommended mobilehelp to myself so i am hopeful & optimistic but still skeptical until i see the results!

While my mother was getting out of the hospital I was looking for I was looking for something to help her when she got home. I Called life alert and wasn't really happy When the dispatcher couldn't give me any information but wanted to send me a brochure in the mail. My mother was due to get out the hospital in 3 days and I needed something quick.. I called medical health and talk to Thomas and he walked me through it and I set my mother up That day and being that she Lives in Florida it got to her in 2 days and we were able to set her up With GPS and Fall protection. We got her pinged and put it on charge. I'm thankful that this product is able to follow her when she leaves the house. And because she has had balance issues I'm glad also for the fall protection. She's had it over a month now and still wears it every day so thank you. I wasn't going to write a review initially because we hadn't yet had to use the system thankfully. That changed the other day when my grandmother wasn't feeling well. She ended up being okay, but the peace of mind that the mobile help button provided was essential. She was away from her phone and it was the only option to reach out to myself and my father. The operators were very calm and helpful and got in touch with me within seconds. That real world test was worth the one year subscription alone. These devices are crucial for any person at a higher risk of falling or needing assistance at an unforeseen time. Thanks guys!
