The rubber watch band is annoying as it doesn’t breathe like leather. It has to be rubber because you need to wear it 24/7, including in the shower.

We purchased the watch plan for my 80 year old mother a year ago. We have had to replace the watch 5 times. Each time it takes over two weeks to get a replacement watch. It breaks very easily - band broke on one, another the back of the watch fell off, the others corrroded. It is supposed to be waterproof.

Tech Department is great, Customer Service is horrible. Tech Department has a call-back feature so you do not have to wait forever on the phone, but for some reason Customer Service, yeas Customer Service does not!!

The battery charge does not last long. Every day you have to recharge the battery, and when you recharge it does not last 24 hours. Very disappointed .

WRONG! If I didn't get 30-40 calls, numbers from 10 different cities trying to fool me. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR USE THEIR SERVICE!

To work away from the base unit you have to carry a cell phone size unit with you if you're leaving the home and wanted to want to have coverage away from your home I would either forget to take it with me or it would stay charged long enough when I was away from the base unit
