My mom had to use it about two and a half weeks ago. She fainted and hit her head and when she came to, she couldn't get up off the floor so she had to use a device and they were able to call an ambulance and then contact us. This stuff works the way it says it does. Every time I've called them, they've always been able to answer my questions and take care of what I needed. The only thing I wish is that they included more bases because when she had to call them, they said they couldn't hear her very well because the base was in another room.

We had the opportunity to find out how quickly the monitoring responds recently. My husband accidentally pressed the help button on his device while in our kitchen, and MobileHelp responded immediately! I received a text on my phone when he pressed the button and went in search for him to find out what happened and he was talking to the voice on the box letting them know he had not fallen. I was very pleased with the fast response!

I fell in the bathtroom and the fire department was notified, came, picked me up, and got me into the hospital. It was seamless. The representatives were very courteous. They responded immediately. I'm going to downgrade just a bit because I had two times where it said it's detected a fall and I've had it around my neck sitting in a chair and it just doesn't seem logical that it should go off.

I would tell anybody about it, in fact I've already told a lot of people about it. I have never had to use it other than just checking to see if it was working alright but other than that it's great. It's very sensitive, all you have to do is touch it and it'll go off and send the signal right away. I like that the base unit tells you the temperature and the time of day. They explained everything when we were purchasing it. It is not really that expensive to have.

We were very pleased with the service and how it helped us when she had a couple of difficult situations. It was excellent service. I called in I did not have to wait long for someone to come on line which I greatly appreciated and then the gentleman I worked with told me the options and answered my questions. The only thing I would say is when I first got it, I accidentally set it off two different times and I wish there was some way if I set it off accidentally the I could stop it from going on into the service so I can go ahead and save their time and save my time to.

During the first couple week of having it, I set off the alarm several times and it contacted customer to apologize and stopped the EMS and they said that I was going to be locked out of it because I had set it off five times in one day. I pleaded with the person on customer support and said I will try not to ever do that again and they reinstated me so that was good. It certainly works in terms of getting the alert

I was able to ascertain honest answers and I didn't feel like I was being scammed like some of them. I like the fact that there was no contract. There was a couple of false alarms at the beginning because it's very sensitive but it hasn't happened in a while. Everybody has been very helpful. They've delivered as they promised and didn't try to say things that it wasn't. Anytime that button has been pressed by accident we got an immediate response. It couldn't be faster.

Dependable. Great customer service. The pendant with fall control is sensitive and does cause some false calls to the center but they know this and are so polite when they call to make sure my mom is OK. I also love getting a text knowing that they have detected a call and that they will be contacting her immediately so make sure she is safe. She loves having the security from this company being she lives alone.

I had a conversation with one of their agents and he did a very good job of talking to me about it and I decided I'd like to go with them. I got the wrist band at first and didn't like it and one of the agents was very nice and switched me to a pendant which I like better. The only thing I ever worry about is a call that goes through when I accidentally hit the button. It seems to be very efficient and quite convenient. The customer service did a very good job helping.

I used it about three weeks ago. My back was hurting really bad and I couldn't walk so I had to use it to get an ambulance to take me to the hospital. They responded really quick when I pushed the button. They were very courteous. They understood that it was an emergency and that I couldn't walk and needed to get to the hospital. I didn't fall but it triggered itself and they called me which I appreciated. But I felt like I didn't need it any longer so I canceled it. They were very alert and I was happy with that. The only thing that wasn't clear in my mind when I signed up for it was that when I returned it, I had to pay the postage and I wasn't quite aware of that until I tried to return it.

Mobil Help is a wonderful service to have I've tried other medical Help services the don't even compare or come close to the service that Mobil Alert provides. They are on point when you need them, I love them because they call you to check and see if your equipment is working properly, and if everything is ok with you they are quick to respond when you alert them for help.

The person I spoke to was so nice and so helpful and didn't pressure. It just made me feel very very comfortable. Originally I had the pendant and I couldn't sleep with it. I was always afraid I was being choked and it was so nice, they sent me the wrist thing right away and they've just been very very nice in every way, helpful. The band on my wrist irritates my skin. It doesn't fit well and it's kind of clunky for my wrist size. I think they are a very nice company. I think they're honest and I think they just seem to have a lot of integrity in my experience.

One time I accidentally pushed the button when I was traveling and the team couldn't reach me, so they called my son who then called me to check to make sure I was ok. They had already started a team to find me. I know that if I'm away from home and something does happen, they can find me. My dad was alone at the time and he was feeling a little bit of chest pain, so he pressed his button and they were able to call me so I went right home and took care of things. They have been awesome. We've had a few false alarms and they can still call and they talk you through it and ask questions to make sure you're not hurt and they confirm who you are. They have been very kind and courteous the whole way through. They don't make us feel foolish for having set the alarm off accidentally.

We had a false alarm the other day and they jumped right on it. They're also mailing me a new piece of equipment to replace one. Because the fall alert is connected to a microphone, they can call and ask if he needs an ambulance. If he doesn't respond they will send one anyway. It has a GPS tracker in it so that if he gets in trouble at Walmart, they will send the ambulance to Walmart instead of our house.

I decided that I didn't need the base station, so I mailed it back. They have been very helpful, and I've been satisfied with the answers they have given me. It does take some getting used to because it's very sensitive. I kind of wish it was differently designed but that's all. This system is extremely sophisticated. It can cover you under almost any circumstance, whether you're at home or not and whether you're conscious or not. They have a GPS so that when you're away you can call for help. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with her level of knowledge and ability to speak and answer my questions clearly. Whenever I have a false alarm, they make sure that neither myself nor anybody else in the house is in need of assistance before they disconnect the call.

I officially tested, I accidentally pushed the button twice and each time I was treated with respect and care if I needed any help. Someone is always there and makes contact quickly. I can put the GPS in the charger at night and where the necklace or watch and still ya e coverage so good 24hr security. The company tried First didn't give that assurance.

Been looking for a wearable mobile device that's practical, attractive and does the job. Most vendors offer clumsy equipment centric, heavy and hardly mobile systems. I finally found the answer in MobileHelp and it's doing the job. It's expensive upfront but it offers the latest technology and does multiple tasks not offered by other suppliers. Worth every penny and the monitoring fee is reasonable and competitive.

The price and extended coverage are great reasons to get this. I use it every day and it is comfortable and I just have to remember to take the battery with me. They also gave me a nice sign to put on my front door that says "don't forget me". I like the watch style, it's less obvious for when I go out. I've only had to call twice and I got immediate answers to my questions.

I did the testing procedure and it shows it did ring on the inside of the house, so I know that it does work. They've tried really hard to make sure the equipment is working properly and getting all of your family information. It's easy to install in the house and it's easy to access it in case of an emergency. I would recommend them to any senior because that way they will always have someone there to help them in their time of need.

The only problem I have is that I have to push the button to call them, other companies will have it work just by it falling. They mailed me everything and I haven't had any problems other than having to press the button. They sent me something saying that if I fell they would know but they needed information of who to call. I think the price is a little steep, but I'm willing to pay.

They told me it would work everywhere but it doesn't work in areas where there is a lot of dead space, so it didn't work at my granddaughter's house. Customer service was very accommodating, polite and nice when I worked with them, trying to get it to work there. When we got this we checked with several companies and knew this was a good company. They called and made sure everything was set up okay and double checked on us a couple of times to make sure we had no problems. My wife wears either the pendant or the wristband. My wife has had a couple of false alarms when she dropped her pendant, it sent an alert to the company and they immediately called us. We were able to cancel the alert, but we know that everything works great.

Just did some research and it was a good value and a good thing to have for a person that's elderly. It's a comforting factor that it is here to use if needed. I can use it when I go out which I love. It's always on me and the necklace can be worn in the shower which is great, I don't have to take it off, that's one of the things that I really love about it. Well I tried some of the others the thing that decided most is that the way that the battery before it has to be recharged. No but I can certainly describe a situation I got involved in about a week ago. I would say maybe 4 well because of an experience I had with the other week ago. Yes, Okay I'm going to tell you about the past experience that's what I write are you listening? (rep says yes) Okay I tried to test the equipment and the units we're separated at the back of my house and what I was hearing on the same unit was not the same as told to me on the other unit so I ended up with the paramedics on my house and I don't need that cause I'm at a second home 500 miles away somewhere other than the medical use (unclear) as well so that wasn't too encouraging.

My cousin did the research and suggested I go with them. Any time I've called them, they have answered the questions I have. The watch part is not very attractive. The only thing is that I was looking for a device that would have the GPS part integrated into the watch or something like that. A couple of years ago I fell and fractured my pelvis. I could go nowhere and had no way to get help. That's why I decided to get it. I checked a couple of them before settling for MobileHelp. I've had it for 2 weeks or so. I take the mobile bit with me when I do volunteer work. I'm usually by myself for about an hour or so when I do that, so I just wear this thing constantly. It seems to be very well made and the necklace is just handy. I don't have to worry about it getting wet.

We got it because of the cost and the features the equipment has. The small cellphone thing just fits in one of my shirt's pockets. I haven't really had to take the mobile base with me that much. I've only really tested it but it works and it appears to be well built. The people that I've talked to have been very good. They always get my questions answered promptly and professionally. Normally I just wear it at home and when I'm out and about. I've only had one problem with them. They sent me some forms they wanted me to review and sign and, in there, they had my emergency contacts in the wrong order of priority. I called them about that and they told me to sign it and send it back anyways, that they would just update that info on their system. Thing is, they literally sent me a contract. I was not about to sign a contract that was incorrect so I insisted they sent me a corrected one. It has been well over a week and I'm still waiting on it. They got me the equipment far faster than that form.

I was desperate at the time. When I saw their ad in the AARP magazine I decided to go with it since it looked like a pretty thorough service. I got it for my husband so that I can have some peace of mind since he has some dementia. They were very instructive when it came to setting everything up. That was wonderful because, when the box came in, I didn't know how I was going to do it. They explained everything very clearly to my husband and he was able to do everything. We didn't have to have one of our kids come out and do it. On an average day he uses it when I go out in case he falls while I'm not around. It's very sensitive. We've had it go off a few times without reason and it has been quite terrifying. The voice comes on saying 'fall detected' and he'll have to reset it and let them know he's ok. It takes some time to get used to it. So far it has been far more expensive than what I thought it was going to be. In the long run I think it'll be worth it.

My son in law is the one that did the research on it and thought that it sounded like the best option for me. I've been very happy with it, you get what you pay for. Customer service is very nice and they have been very helpful. The only thing that kind of bothers me about the device is the long cord on the necklace. It bothers me when I sleep with it. Other than that it's comfortable.

I live in a retirement building with my own apartment. I know a fellow that lives in the same building that uses them, so I decided to give them a try. My daughter is the one that talked to them and took care of everything for me since I'm hard of hearing. She seems very happy with them and so am I. It costs us $30 a month. I wear the wristband all the time, including when I go down to the dining room to eat. If I have to take the shuttle or bus to go shopping or something, I carry the other bit with me. Otherwise, I keep that one in its cradle charging.

I looked at about 7 different companies and I liked them best because of their reputation, reviews, and ratings with the better business bureau. Customer support is personable, professional, and they know their business well. If you have a question they can answer it without leaving the line. I haven't had to use it yet but it offers me some assurance, especially because it has the GPS in it. The equipment is good, it's lightweight and waterproof.

I figured they would be the best company for me. I looked at another place that provided me with similar things, but MobileHelp just seemed to have the best set up. I signed up and paid for a year's worth of it in advance. They have very good customer support. The man that we talked to was very thorough and answered any questions that we had. I got the arm band, the necklace, another thing that goes in the bathroom, and the smaller thing that you can actually carry around when you're out. I've set it off twice by mistake but that's it.

I saw an advertisement about them where they talked about what it could do. In the end I picked it because it lets you go for a good distance. The base unit has a range of 600ft around it or so but you also have something that can go different places with you. It's very convenient if I want to go out shopping or to church. They've answered all the questions that I've asked and explain things very well. They have also been very nice. I haven't had any problem with it, I just feel comfortable.

I have a friend that has this and my daughter insisted that I get it too. I haven't needed the service at all, I just set it up and made sure that everything worked. I take it with me when I go to Bible study, to church, whenever I go play cards, and just any place I go to. It gives me a lot of peace of mind and makes my daughter feel more comfortable.
