I got the Duo for someone who had a stroke and she can't be alone. A relative told me about it; he knew someone who had experience with it. So far it's fine. We haven't really used it yet; we haven't had need for it, fortunately. It was very simple and easy to set up and use, though. The sales team was fine; the only problem I ran into was that I was told by the salesman that the product would not be activated until we were ready to activate it, at which time we would call them and have it activated, and what I was told when I received it is that it came already activated, so our first year started about a month before I really wanted it to start. It was fine; it was just a little bit of a misunderstanding, but I think that they should have made that more clear. I was frustrated with the level of response I got with that one issue, but they resolved it, and so for me it was unfortunate, but it has nothing to do with the actual use of the product, so it's fine. It all worked out in the end.

I'm living home alone and it's scary going down steps. I've got the one where I can go anywhere in United States and push the button. It's a good service. The sales team people are very nice, and the device was quite easy to open and use. The only complaints I have are that the necklace thing is not exactly comfortable, and I've had to replace it once already, because it broke.

I have a fall detector. My husband passed away, and I live alone, and it's a good idea using it. I first found out about it from the internet. So far it's okay. I haven't had it very long, so I haven't really had it long enough to give a really good idea how I feel about it yet. The sales people were very good, and It was pretty easy to open up and start using, but I think the cord that they have you put around your neck is the ugliest thing I've ever seen, since you have to wear it all the time, it looks horrible under your clothes. I think you could do something about modifying that a little bit.

The excellent salespeople have gotten me through it and answered all my questions that I had about it. I'm 85 years old and I live alone, and I just thought I might be a candidate to fall sometime now, so probably it's time to have something on hand. I went online and got the Solo; that's the one with GPS. I am pleased with everything I've had so far. I haven't had any problem. It was fine setting it up; I did it myself, and I called them to be sure I was doing it right and they kinda walked me through it. The salespeople were great; they didn't push me into anything. They told me what they had, what it did, mentioned the low price, and just let me make up my mind.

I'm very satisfied with MobileHelp's service, and their sales staff are great. The equipment's very easy and straightforward to open and use. I would highly recommend the product and the company. I did an internet search and it was one of the ones that came up. I got the full system; the one with the pendant, the bracelet, and the GPS. My mother-in-law has hemiplegia and she is prone to seizures, and she decided she wants to live alone. This allows her to do that.

I had a heart attack. I'd read about MobileHelp in AARP magazine and so I ordered it. It's wonderful. I haven't had to use it for real yet, thank God, but it's perfect because I can take it with me, while with the others available you had to stay home all the time. I'm very satisfied with the sales team and as for the equipment itself, well, there's nothing to it- you just plug it in and it gives you more security in case something happens. I'm very happy with it.

Setting it up was easy, and we're highly satisfied with the sales process and the service. They seem professional and polite, and are easy to understand. They explained things thoroughly. Getting MobileHelp was a no brainer for me, something I needed to do, in case something happened. I have superb satisfaction with them, and don't have any complaints. In the beginning, their sales team was a little pushy. I was not going to put off with that, so once they've realized that I just wanted certain things, they were fine. The only thing I have problems with is the lock at the front door, I can't get that open. Everything else is easy, just that padlock is difficult. To me, their excellent service is what will make me continue with them after the 3-month trial.

My dad was falling too much, so he needed a service like this. The sales team was alright, and the equipment was okay, however, we've had some trouble with the devices. My dad has Parkinson's and he cannot put the wrist band on and off, so I need to find something that's stretchy, so he can put the wrist band on. Plus, the string for the neck thing wasn't very comfortable, and then they told me they were going to give me a button for the shower, but it turns out that was extra, so I don't know what happened there.
