They are prompt at answering alarms, they are polite, professional and helpful. When I first got my system I had several false trips and I felt guilty bothering them, but they never complained and always wished me well. There quick response to alarms give you the feeling of being completely safe. Everyone I have spoke with at the offices and most of all the central station have been wonderful. Many years ago I worked for Doyle Security as a dispatcher and I know the importance of their jobs and they do it well. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The customer support was fantastic because I didn't know how to open a big key drop box and so they walked me through that and they walked me through the whole set up without rushing me to do anything. They didn't ask me anything personal, they just told me how to do things so that when the first response get's here, they're able to get here and do what they need to do. The GPS locates you wherever you're at so you don't have to know what is the name of the part you're in.

The customer service has always been really helpful. Everyone we've spoken to has been super helpful. I tested it today and I wasn't sure the test was successful so I called the number and the person on the phone was able to help me out right away. The only constructive feedback I might have is it seems like I'm on hold for a long time when I do call for customer support. I tried to hang up and call back a couple of times so that's the only thing I might suggest to have a shorter wait time. The devices are easy to use and durable.

The sales person just happened to call me when I was looking for one and he answered all my questions and it had all the features that I wanted. He thoroughly explained everything I needed to know and gave me an option that I described. He told me about extra stuff but we agreed that certain features we didn't need at this time. He did not try to push me into something that I did not want which means a lot. It is sleek looking and it has the features that I need.

When I called and needed help with setting things up, I called them and they had me go through things that I had already gone through but that was all right and they told me right away that it was okay and that they would be sending me a new one and I got a new one within a couple days and we set that up and it's been working fine ever since. The pendant set off an alarm and it went through the sequence and they were sending someone out until I spoke to someone and told them it was an accident so it works quite well and people respons quite rapidly.

I decided to call and I talked to a very nice person and they did some testing in my area and the area where my daughter lives in another state and told me that I could be covered and if I wasn't covered they would give me my money back. They answered all my questions and told me what I need to know. I accidentally pressed the button and immediately I got a response that I was able to tell them that it was just an accident. They answered all of my questions so I think they're very good. The system works real quick. It responds really really quick.

It's gone off a few times and the company has been very good to respond each time it's gone off. The customer service has just been really great to work with. Everybody has been very kind and always very patient when they check in on my parents to make sure that somebody has fallen or there is an emergency. We've appreciated the patience and kindness.

They eventually called me and got the numbers they needed. Initially, the lady was very helpful when I called initially to get information but the follow up wasn't as good. It wasn't but, just not that good. I haven't had ot use the device but it's light weight which is one thing that seems like it fits my husband comfortably. He doesn't pay attention and isn't bothered by it so that's a good thing.

My daughter forced me into buying this and having it around my neck all the time. I had a call for the first time and I really like the way the things worked out. They were very on top of everything. They got me to the hospital. When I accidentally rub it they are very pleasant about the whole thing. It is very easy to use and it was very easy for me to follow the manual.

They seem to be a company that would answer the calls and if I call they would talk to me. We were at another company and they didn't even answer the calls. I had talked to a lot of different companies and I thought they were the best. I've had to use it a couple of times, I have a pendant that I have to wear all the time and they have called me right back in to see if that was okay. Every time I have had to deal with them, they have that been nice. They have excellent customer support and they will give you the best deal.

When I established my dad's account everyone was very helpful and thorough and I felt comfortable with what he was receiving. It has gone off once by mistake while he was sleeping and someone called him immediately and they also called the first responders and so it was it was effective. It did what was supposed to do but it wasn't due to a true emergency.

I had seen their commercials and I had been with Medical alert for almost four years and never used it, it was more expensive and mobile help was less expensive, and that's really why I went with it. When I made the change, customer support made it very easy for me and explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what was happening and how it works. When I test it, they are responsive.

It is for my mother who uses it and for part of the day she's by herself so it's comforting to know that she's got the system on her in case she has a fall. I think they have excellent service and the price is excellent. It really fits our lifestyle. Customer service explained the whole entire system to me. I think it's a very good company. I'm very happy that I chose mobile help. I was surprised that they gave me a padlock so when I do fall the medical team could I guess get in. I think that's wonderful. They think generally concerned about my well being. I think the price is reasonable. I was expecting it to be more expensive considering all the help I am getting.

The customer service calls me every time something happened pretty quick. They leave a message or text message when it happens and they also ask for my name to make sure it's me and they also ask if anybody else fell down. They have good customer service and the device is good. I have no complaints. There's been no issue and the machine talks to you when the battery is low so I don't have to check.

Even when I do accidentally hit the button, they're very nice about it and when I tested it, it doesn't take fifteen or twenty minutes for them to run the test, they get it run within two to three minutes and they reset it and you're ready to go. These people are on the phone within the second ring. The device is very easy to use. It was very easy to program. It has some nice big buttons that you don't have your glasses on to see to punch the right button.

I actually activated it accidentally and they responded immediately which was really nice. The customer service answered everything I needed and I can call about an issue so they've been very responsive. The device is easy to have on all the time and I'm able to wear it in the show and you'll have it on and you don't even notice. It is a much better product than most of them out there.

For the first couple of weeks home from the rehabilitation center, nearly every day in the bathroom or the kitchen I had to call the fire and rescue with MobileHelp. It has been extremely valuable for me. The only complaint I have is that there's been like three times that it indicated there was a fall and there wasn't. There's been probably a half a dozen times that I did fall and it didn't detect it so I had to push the button in order to get help. Customer service has been outstanding. A lot of times I don't have to wait five minutes or so and the fire and rescue team is here. They're so quick to respond. I've had situations in the middle of the night where you're accidentally falling out of bed. I've had situations in the mornings and in the evenings where I've fallen in the bathroom and they've been so quick to respond and not leave me hanging. I'm gratefull they get help here really quick.

It's not for me, it's for my mother eighty six year old mother and one of the reasons I chose it is that I saw the advertisement in the A. A. R. P. Magazine and after speaking with the consultant and looking at services that mobilehelp provides, it seemed like a great option for her. I have recommended to other friends. The fact that they have GPS and are so responsive makes it all very worthwhile. Customer service is extremely responsive. They were patient and answered question and offered solutions. Generally they are very pleasant.

I saw big advertisement on the back page of the A.A.R. bulletin and I had seen others before and this one somehow appealed to me and I had my son in law check it out and he said to It looked okay and so that's why I enrolled. I believe the value is good. It was easy for me to put together and use the charger. I actually was wearing it one day when I was working in the kitchen and the one that I wear around my neck is quite long and I must have leaned against the counter in the kitchen and I didn't realize that I had pushed the button but I got a phone call immediately and so that was very good to know about their response time. I have very thin wrist so the wrist watch goes better around my ankles than my wrist.

We wanted to have fault detection and the ability to have the GPS to do remote. It is user friendly, very easy to figure out. One thing is my mom is hard of hearing and there are times when even if the volume is up to the highest she has trouble hearing if she is in another room and they are talking with her. Other than that we are happy with the product. Customer service was very patient and took the time to answer all our questions thoroughly. They were acceptable but when I have called for tech support there has been a wait.

Everyone seems to be very helpful. They're always very polite to me when I contact them. Every two or three weeks I check in with them to make sure everything is working. Every person that we have talked to seems very professional and calm and just seems to be receptive to the situation of aging. Every time she has used it, they have gone through the exact procedures that we understood what happens when we bought it. I wanted to get something that I could travel with and that was somewhat of a security blanket for when I'm home alone. I've hit it by accident and I was happy with the response time. Every time I call for questions or every time I press the button someone has responded immediately. They are a delight and they want to know the problem and I'm pleased with that. The device itself works good, the only difficulty I had was with the bracelet is just a little bit too sensitive for me.

I've developed a heart problem and I was having chest pains and all that I had to do is push the button and they were here within just a couple of minutes and ended up taking me to the hospital. I push the button and the little unit talks to me and I can either have them call family members if I'm not severely hurt or I can have them notify the EMS to come get me. The system is very good. Their GPS services are very accurate. The last time we had to push the button, they knew where to send the ambulance crew from another city.

When it came in the box, I looked in the box and I thought there is no way I can do this, I'm not good with electronics so I had a friend come and help me set it up and she had a lot of questions, mostly about the batteries. So I wrote the questions down and then called the customer service and I asked the questions and they said that I didn't have to worry about the batteries and that they would be recharged somehow. So far as answering questions, they are right there.

My mom had to use it about two and a half weeks ago. She fainted and hit her head and when she came to, she couldn't get up off the floor so she had to use a device and they were able to call an ambulance and then contact us. This stuff works the way it says it does. Every time I've called them, they've always been able to answer my questions and take care of what I needed. The only thing I wish is that they included more bases because when she had to call them, they said they couldn't hear her very well because the base was in another room.

We had the opportunity to find out how quickly the monitoring responds recently. My husband accidentally pressed the help button on his device while in our kitchen, and MobileHelp responded immediately! I received a text on my phone when he pressed the button and went in search for him to find out what happened and he was talking to the voice on the box letting them know he had not fallen. I fell in the bathtroom and the fire department was notified, came, picked me up, and got me into the hospital. It was seamless. The representatives were very courteous. They responded immediately. I'm going to downgrade just a bit because I had two times where it said it's detected a fall and I've had it around my neck sitting in a chair and it just doesn't seem logical that it should go off.

I would tell anybody about it, in fact I've already told a lot of people about it. I have never had to use it other than just checking to see if it was working alright but other than that it's great. It's very sensitive, all you have to do is touch it and it'll go off and send the signal right away. I like that the base unit tells you the temperature and the time of day. They explained everything when we were purchasing it. It is not really that expensive to have.

We were very pleased with the service and how it helped us when she had a couple of difficult situations. It was excellent service. I called in I did not have to wait long for someone to come on line which I greatly appreciated and then the gentleman I worked with told me the options and answered my questions. The only thing I would say is when I first got it, I accidentally set it off two different times and I wish there was some way if I set it off accidentally the I could stop it from going on into the service so I can go ahead and save their time and save my time to.

During the first couple week of having it, I set off the alarm several times and it contacted customer to apologize and stopped the EMS and they said that I was going to be locked out of it because I had set it off five times in one day. I pleaded with the person on customer support and said I will try not to ever do that again and they reinstated me so that was good. It certainly works in terms of getting the alert

I was able to ascertain honest answers and I didn't feel like I was being scammed like some of them. I like the fact that there was no contract. There was a couple of false alarms at the beginning because it's very sensitive but it hasn't happened in a while. Everybody has been very helpful. They've delivered as they promised and didn't try to say things that it wasn't. Anytime that button has been pressed by accident we got an immediate response. It couldn't be faster.

Dependable. Great customer service. The pendant with fall control is sensitive and does cause some false calls to the center but they know this and are so polite when they call to make sure my mom is OK. I also love getting a text knowing that they have detected a call and that they will be contacting her immediately so make sure she is safe. I had a conversation with one of their agents and he did a very good job of talking to me about it and I decided I'd like to go with them. I got the wrist band at first and didn't like it and one of the agents was very nice and switched me to a pendant which I like better. The only thing I ever worry about is a call that goes through when I accidentally hit the button. It seems to be very efficient and quite convenient. The customer service did a very good job helping.

I didn't fall but it triggered itself and they called me which I appreciated. But I felt like I didn't need it any longer so I canceled it. They were very alert and I was happy with that. Mobil Help is a wonderful service to have I've tried other medical Help services the don't even compare or come close to the service that Mobil Alert provides. They are on point when you need them, I love them because they call you to check and see if your equipment is working properly, and if everything is ok with you they are quick to respond when you alert them for help.

The person I spoke to was so nice and so helpful and didn't pressure. It just made me feel very very comfortable. Originally I had the pendant and I couldn't sleep with it. I was always afraid I was being choked and it was so nice, they sent me the wrist thing right away and they've just been very very nice in every way, helpful. The band on my wrist irritates my skin. It doesn't fit well and it's kind of clunky for my wrist size. I think they are a very nice company. I think they're honest and I think they just seem to have a lot of integrity in my experience.

One time I accidentally pushed the button when I was traveling and the team couldn't reach me, so they called my son who then called me to check to make sure I was ok. They had already started a team to find me. I know that if I'm away from home and something does happen, they can find me. Every time I do my test with the equipment, they are there to talk me through what I need to do. They're very friendly and knowledgeable and will answer my questions.

My dad was alone at the time and he was feeling a little bit of chest pain, so he pressed his button and they were able to call me so I went right home and took care of things. They have been awesome. We've had a few false alarms and they can still call and they talk you through it and ask questions to make sure you're not hurt and they confirm who you are. They have been very kind and courteous the whole way through. They don't make us feel foolish for having set the alarm off accidentally.

I decided that I didn't need the base station, so I mailed it back. They have been very helpful, and I've been satisfied with the answers they have given me. It does take some getting used to because it's very sensitive. I kind of wish it was differently designed but that's all. We had a false alarm the other day and they jumped right on it. They're also mailing me a new piece of equipment to replace one. Because the fall alert is connected to a microphone, they can call and ask if he needs an ambulance. If he doesn't respond they will send one anyway. It has a GPS tracker in it so that if he gets in trouble at Walmart, they will send the ambulance to Walmart instead of our house.

This system is extremely sophisticated. It can cover you under almost any circumstance, whether you're at home or not and whether you're conscious or not. They have a GPS so that when you're away you can call for help. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with her level of knowledge and ability to speak and answer my questions clearly. Whenever I have a false alarm, they make sure that neither myself nor anybody else in the house is in need of assistance before they disconnect the call.

I officially tested, I accidentally pushed the button twice and each time I was treated with respect and care if I needed any help. Someone is always there and makes contact quickly. I can put the GPS in the charger at night and where the necklace or watch and still ya e coverage so good 24hr security. The company tried First didn't give that assurance.
