I have only had MobileHelp a couple of months. My opinion is that you dhokk up of not ask for a review until customers have had time to have an opinion. I got my first request during the first month. My only request is that the alert goes off at the slightest movement. I called customer service and was told it can't be adjusted. The rep was very nice and we tested it. The alarm went off when the mechanism was dropped about 4 feet. However, it goes off 2 or 3 times a day. I was doing yard work and it went off when I was stooped down pulling weeds. It never touched anything. Also, it goes off sometimes when I am watching TV and just move it to be move comfortable.

But if it is an actual emergency, they are also contacted immediately in advising those contact personnel of an updated evaluation of the emergency call from the MOBILE HELP unit.

I've been surprised how sensitive the device is. Once, I sat down too hard and the device indicated "fall detected" and other times I've apparently bumped the device and it sounds the alert. However, one time I did fall and there was no alert sounded; apparently, it must have had something to do with the way I fell. Though I felt severe pain in my leg, I was able to get myself back up and moving again.

The alerts to charge are so helpful because I receive a text each time and I can always check in with my mom to make sure she charges the device. Also, we had a slight emergency and while I couldn't be reached the time, the operators were able to call the other emergency numbers as well as EMTS. Though they seem to have the incorrect name of the street.

I've had 2 other plans, both said they have detection. Unfortunately before I got yous, I had a fall,my family was upstairs and couldn't hear me at first, when they came downstairs it was agreed I should go to hospital, I tried both systems and neither one worked.We ended up calling 911. That's when I found you. I haven't fallen again, but you product has gone off telling me "Fall detection enabled" so I know it works. Thank you

Mobile Help came through. Mom needed their help and they answered within seconds. Mom had fallen and had a hard time breathing, so Mobile Help called an ambulance which took her to hospital. The person at the Call Center was compassionate and reassuring with mom. I am so glad we decided to buy these devices, just in the nick of time , as it turns out. I have had several false alarms including one when I was actually falling but was able to catch myself. The operators are so nice and tell me not to worry about false alarms-the goal is getting me help if I need it. I am very impressed that they ask if anyone around me needs help. With the proliferation of mass shootings this is a very good question. Another family member or friend could have a medical crisis while with me. What a good feeling to know that I could be of help.

Mom fell down a flight of stairs, just one week after getting MobileHelp! Their response was immediate; they called me and rescue squad immediately and when Mom got to the hospital they discovered she had a broken bone in her neck. If it weren't for Mobile Help, she would not have been found for 4 hours and I would have tried to pick her up myself and that could have made her injury worse. She's healing well now and wears her Mobile Help faithfully. She also promises to stay away from the stairs! Thank you.

It has helped me feel more safe, especially when I have to go outside. Inside I am caregiver for my husband who is diaabled, so do much moving around, and it will go off when I don't mean for it to. I started with Mobil Help after a major fall and severe injuries, I was excited to find a communication instrument that was worn on my wrist and included a timepiece, I purchased the Samsung Gear and used it untdil AT&T closes out their 3G service the Samsung used to communicate, I called MobilHelp and the personnel were most helpful in identifying a prouct that filled my needs and satisfied my idiosyncraces.

I did a lot of research on medical help devices and after talking with several companies, I choose MobileHelp. I really like not having to have a base unit. It is truly mobile and I have coverage everywhere that I go. The fall detection is an important feature to me for I have had several bad falls. It is easy to use and easy to recharge. They are very responsive; numerous times I have caused the alert to speak to me (in very American English) that they have detected a fall. It is always something stupid that I did to set it off. When you press 2 fingers on the button. It cancels the emergency call. I hate creating the false alarms, but love the assurance that they are always there.

I received my Mobile Help pendant quickly. It has GPS capability and I can go anywhere freely. The pendant I'd comfortable and easy to wear. The set up instructions were simple and easy to use. I would highly recommend this for seniors who live alone. It gives me so much peace of mind to know that if I fall help is very close at hand. FIY, it works great; I accidentally leaned down suddenly and my alarm went off saying fall alert. What can I say, it works.

I was wearing my new "necklace" the 2nd day I received it when I fell and couldn't get up . I pushed the button and before I got my finger off the button a voice came out of it. Within 7 minutes the rescue squad was at my door and in my house and got me up. The last time I fell without MobilHelp it took me 4 hrs before I was able to scream and my neighbor called paramedics. My knees literally can't have any pressure on them.

They called me first when the alarm went off rather then sending help to make sure it was an emergency. I was so glad. I live in Albuquerque and my aunt who wears the device lives in Mesa. The device went off twice because of my aunt's misuse. She is almost 95 who suffers from dementia. I love the product but she gets confused on how to use the product. I may have to return it unless she understands how to use it and not take it off and hang it on her walker!

We were hoping that Mobile Help services would be a fail safe but not ever needed. Well, when Dad fell recently, we were relieved to experience how well it works. When Dad did not respond to the call from the help center, they had emergency services there immediately. The EMTs were able to get into the house with the information we had provided to Mobile help and they found him on the floor. Thankfully he is OK, but who knows how long he would have had to wait before someone realized he was in trouble? Thank you for your quality product and services!

I ordered the mobile unit with fall pendant for my very independent-minded mother. Though previously very resistant to any kind of medical alert system, this unit was unobtrusive enough to convince her to give it a real chance. While not enthused, she has accepted it as part of her lifestyle, and given her children peace of mind. And I think (though she won't admit it) that it also gives her peace of mind. The only drawback...some fall-alert false alarms while sleeping and when bending over quickly.

It was a very responsive service and worked well which helped give me peace of mind. I'm a more active client yet a fall risk with a toddler and big Great Dane. My kiddo and dog kept setting off the multiple devices, making it a little frustrating. For the same price per month we decided to get a smart active watch. Your company didn't have a watch option with the fall service that I needed plus there's a lot more apps that I can use and features I can use with my smart phone. Your product is simple and would work really well for a less mobilized and in need of less technology kind of client. The system still worked really well.

I have the wrist band and suffer dizzy spells from time to time. Needless to say, during a dizzy spell dialing a phone for help is impossible. We live in a very rural area and the units work very well. My mom (she’s 91) has set the fall detector off several times by mistake and the staff has been wonderful to work with. My wife and I get text messages whenever the unit is activated which is great. On Easter my mom did fall and within seconds it seemed the operator was talking to her from her pendant, we were there and were able to help my mom. The operator made sure she was ok before hanging up and resetting the unit. Thanks, we are more comfortable knowing the unit works and the staff are so friendly and helpful!

Talking to a live representative is at the top of my list. People there really listen for the most part. I moved here right before Covid-19 to help my daughter who newly divorced was about to be forced to live in her car or on the streets. Then after that first year she moved out and I haven't heard from her since. New to Missouri and isolated I didn't know anyone. And so if an emergency situation arises at least I can summon MobileHelp. It's tragic but I have to make the best of my circumstances. Thanks MobileHelp you give me strength to carry on.
