I live alone now and I depend on it because if I should fall or something would happen I could get the help I would be needing. I'm comforted by the fact that I can trust Medical Guardian and know that I will have help available. Also, should somebody come and break in or something I would have that as additional way to alert that I needed help.

My mom feels that wearing it is not prohibitive at all. We've done tests and that have been fine and they responded quickly. Then my mom has bumped it a couple times and it's gone off. When that happened they always respond very quickly and were very polite as they checked to make sure she was okay.

We tested it several times. I had to use it right after we got it. My husband fell out of bed and couldn't get up and I think we used it twice then. The times we have put it on the charger, it hasn't charged right away. I think it's a lot of money, but it's worth it to give us a satisfaction that we know that we can be helped.

Their support is there when you need it. I called when I fell and they came right away. So, Medical Guardian did their thing and their service was great. I don't like the lanyard because it's black and you can't wear any jewelry or anything else with it. It always sticks out like a sore thumb when you wear it around your neck.

I feel a lot safer with the device around my neck because we have a very large yard that is not the level and I have fallen several times. It is very hot here in Arizona and the straps are plastic so it's very hard to wear in the heat. It also needs a better attachment. When I tested it, they came on right away and told me it was working fine. The one time I talked to customer support, they were right there and very helpful.

We've used it a couple of times and there is no complaint. They're right here when you need them. Sometimes the power is out and you have to be careful to know how to reset it. We got trouble because we had to reset but otherwise there's no complaints, it works really good.

The only thing I don't like is I can't get more than one bar so it takes a while before you can answer the call. The only thing we've had to do so far is test it and it hasn't failed or anything. They've done pretty good to get answers to my questions and stuff.
