I love it. I think it's great and I was so surprised at how fast it worked when I did the test. The key that is supposed to go on the front door, I can't get the top part locked so I tried to use my code to get that open and it won't open so I called up once when I had a question and they answered it no problem.

It's a little bit clunky but other than that it's fine. I accidentally got it activated and the folks that called me were very kind and understanding and they said they rather it was a mistake than for real. They treated me very nicely and they were very patient about it.

I like that the device around my neck is easy to hide. But, I don't like that there is a little wire at the top of the device that constantly is scratching me. I have to put a tissue around it but that makes it more noticable.

I like that the device is convenient to wear. I primarily us it as a watch. The service has been great. I accidentally pressed the button and to my amazement the monitor came on immediately. I was pleased with the response time.

I've had to use it to call nine one one and it worked very well so I very happy with it. The response time was very good. The fire department, police, and ambulance came and were able to take me to the hospital. I've already recommended it to my neighbors.

I like that you can be anywhere and they'll be able to get your location with the GPS. I tested it last week and it works fine. I live out in the woods and I didn't think it would work way out there but it worked pretty good. Their customer service is really good and knowledgeable on how to use the device. They were very nice and polite.

I accidently left the device outside in the rain for 5 days and when I found it the battery was still working. I couldn't beleve how long the battery lasted in the rain. With the GPS they were able to let me know that I had lost the device at my house so I know that works. I think Medical Guardian is excellent.

The device it was very simple. Within a minute of testing it, someone was on the line with me addressing me by first name asking me if I was okay. So it's a very good tool to have. Every time I've called they were right on the money and were able to get me help with whatever situation I was in.

So far I haven't found anything I don't like about it, I've been perfectly happy with it. I think it is quite convenient and I like the fact it charges overnight. I've used other devices and had problems with other devices with their charges not being satisfactory.

The time I had to use it, I tripped and fell outside. I pushed my guardian button and called the paramedics and they came right away to take me to the hospital. I wear it on my wrist so that if I have a problem, I can push the button and get help immediately.

I have a garage door in a locked gate and they gave me a lock box that has keys to it. The other company that I've talked to before I talked to Medical Guardian never mentioned the lock box or anything like that so that's why I went with them and I'm glad.

It's always been there when I needed it. I've taken it across the country with me and it's been fine. I would like for them to get straps that don't stretch it out here. It's very hard to keep this on after you've been wearing it for a couple of years.

It works very well. I wear the wristband and it's very comfortable. I tested it by pushing the button and I got a very pleasant call back. The receptionist there verified my information to check that I was alright. They were careful to ask correct questions and to be very attentive to my needs.

It's easy. You push the button and that's it. I tried it and it works. The first day I tested it this guy answered on the speaker and that was it. There was nothing to say other than I said that it was a test. He said thank you and that was it. It seems like it works.

We only wear it if we are home alone. It's gone off twice for no reason at all. I don't know why that happened. It was really easy. The guy started talking to me about the fall and it came on rigth away. I told him that nobody fell and everything was taken care of really good and he was very polite.

The only time I've used it went real well. I like the fact that it has a back up battery. We have power outages a lot out here in West Texas because we have thunderstorms a lot and they knock the power out and sometimes they're out for a while so having that back up on hand is really good.

We were sent the necklace only. We were promised two wristbands in addition to the necklace. The necklace button has absolutely no fall detection. I dropped it from multiple heights and onto various surfaces. Never did it work. I also sent in the information sheet the day we received the unit but apparently it was never received so if something does go wrong, apparently no one will understand how to get into the house much less know who to call. What a joke of a service. It's a shame it's prepaid. I'd completely undo this service and switch to a competitor. When this year is done, that is exactly what we will do.

There were three times I accidentally pushed the button. The first time I didn''t respond and there was a full search for me. In the end all was well and I knew for sure the system worked. The other two times I answered the connection and let them know it was in error and was well.

I like that it's compact. It's usually placed in an area that is reached by everybody who lives in the house. There's an immediate response when you call in for help. I tested it about two weeks ago. My daughter arranged for me to have it put in my house. I found it very simple to use.

It's easy to use. I tested it and it works fine and I wear it around my neck at night. When I set it up, everything was explained to me and I checked it out and it worked well. Medical Guardian was the best value compared to other companies. You can take the device with you in the car when you travel.

My mom accidentally touched the button on one of the devices and we were in the car and then someone called us and asked if we had a medical emergency. They said they they would be there in ten minutes and that was awesome. I have one life alert and they take forever to get to you.

We have had some emergencies where we have had to use it because my wife has multiple sclerosis. Everybody has been extremely nice and easy to work with. It is smaller and more compact and has two times the range of other units.

Customer support is very good, they are very helpful and they answer fairly quickly. I like that they'll be able to get help. The thing I don't like is that I'm not sure they're able to hear me because I am on oxygen and my voice goes in and out.

I like the fact that I know my grandmother will be safe while I am gone. I know someone will call me if something occurs. She has the ability to press the button and someone will come and assist her with her needs. Customer service called after we got the equipment to check that we got it properly.

The only time we used it is when my wife fell and a voice came on to say a fall was detected and they called nine one one and got the fireman here to help me lift her. I like that it is always listening and the quick response.

I have already recommended it a couple of times. If I ever need any help or have any questions, they answer it pretty quickly. When I test it, they are quick to respond. I like that I can walk around the house and not worry about falling.

I love the fact I can wear it on my wrist but unfortunately I have developed a severe abscess from it. They once sent out ambulances when I didn't answer my phone, which was embarrassing, but it gives me peace of mind. I think it is a great device and a great system and it works well for me.

I'm more secure and comfortable because I am not secure on my feet. I used it once and everything went perfect and the ambulance came and took over. Also one time I bumped it and I heard this voice ask me if I was alright, it was wonderful.

I tested it one time and I got an immediate response. It gives me a good feeling of security. Before I had it, I did have a problem where I fell in the shower I laid on the floor for hours and hours until my wife got home. That was not fun do this gives me comfort and I never know it is on because it doesn't get in my way.

I like knowing that I have it with me all the time in case I need it. Sometimes the response time takes a longtime and that is my only complaint. I don't know if it is the unit itself or whatever. Several ways to use it- the button, bracelet, necklace, and home charger. Everything seems to be very simple and easy to use. We did tested and it seems to work fine. When I called the lady was very nice. I had no problem asking questions and it was a really good experience.

When I signed up initially, MG was quite efficient and I was pleasantly surprised to receive the watch about a week after placing the order. The watch was not of sturdy construction though and the wings that contain the pins that attach the watchband are pretty flimsy. On the first watch, two broke off after maybe the 3rd or 4th time I put it on. Further, the watch wouldn't hold a charge for more than 8-10 hours. When I spoke with the tech support group, they stated it might be my cell coverage (I live in the country and don't have a land line) but wanted to send me a second watch to see if it did better. The second watch didn't do better and so they sent me the "pendent" unit along with prepaid return shipping labels. I put the two watches in the mail on April 3 and, when the "pendent" didn't perform either, I mailed it back on April 8 with my label and money. The April 8 package was received the same week and the two packages mailed on April 3rd, using their prepaid labels, weren't received at least 2 weeks later . This return service is just slow and frustrating for someone like myself who wants the service cancelled and charges stopped. The bottom line for me is the people were friendly and tried to be helpful but the product just performed miserably due to my poor rural cell phone coverage.

Customer service is outstanding. I ordered this for my Mom but she passed away a few weeks after receiving it so she never really had a chance to use it. Ordering was very easy & they were so kind when I needed to return the equipment. Definitely a better value than anything else out there.

Never takes very long before I can get help. I used it once when I was in the shower and the policeman came over and picked me. I have had surgery on both knees so I can't pick myself up. I get results in any part of the apartment.

Very pleased and glad I have it. I don't care for the neck piece, it is too long but the rest I like. I have tested it and it had good results. You just have to press your button and somebody will come on and ask if anything is wrong. They are very polite.
