When I tested it, my equipment works perfectly. I don't like to see the plastic things at the top of the cord that goes around my neck. I had to wrap them with something softer so they'd didn't bother me. I think the communication between Medical Guardian and me is very good. They have good customer service.

They follow up really quickly with things. The person we talked to on the phone was very nice to deal with. They were really patient and it was just a really good experience. We were able to get what we wanted and everything was plained and it just all came very quickly. My mom was able to call and get help setting it up.

I accidentally pushed it while in the grocery store and there was no response. When I got home and called them they said that sometimes they don't work inside of buildings and I would have to get outside to use it. I also think that there should be a way to cancel the call just in case you accidentally push the button.

When I spoke with someone, they were able to answer my questions right away without hesitation. I like that it is nice and slim, especially the one for my wrist. My husband likes the one that goes around his neck and that he can wear that one on in the shower.

The necklace is simple and is water resistant. The base station is simple to operate as well. I once activated it accidentally and the operator came on and I explained it all. It is also my understanding that there is no charge or anything like that for activating it.

The only experience I've had with them is I had a couple questions once or twice and I called them to ask them about it and they were very helpful and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I tested it like two days ago. I had questions as to why it would blink on and off during the day and I called and they said that I should test it once a month and the test went smoothly.

There was one accidental signal sent when I was out shoveling snow and a fireman came into my apartment and I was just across the street where my car was. We did find out that it works. I just don't like having to take it with me all the time. It's kind of in the way.

I had taken a fall last month (not injured, just not able to get up), the service was prompt, courteous and caring. I only give it a 4 only because I asked that she sent only an ambulance crew for help getting up only and she sent fire and EMS. I had fallen in the past and been able to get lift assist by EMS only. I just feel it was a waste of services to send both.

When mom fell, they contacted us when she did not respond to them trying to get a hold of her promptly. If it wasn't for guardian, no telling how long mom would've been on the floor before somebody came to help her. We are so thankful for guardian alert.

It's not the service itself, it's the beginning process of it all .The customer service Rep. She really did want to answer my questions,was snappy; rushy.I was telling her about the information from Guardian's Commercial that's what made me call in after researching this company.The customer service Rep.told me about the activation frees/shipping & assured me about the commercials 1st month free ,but when I activated the system not even a few days 2/3days I get email they charged my debit card for the first months payment ???? After she had changed my card the day I put the order in as well as me asking her a few times before her sending the very 1st.charge for the equipment.When you get pushy Customer Service Representatives that makes the overall Company look bad !!

Have not yet needed to make an emergency call. I did call to "test" the device after about a month of service. Once I activated the device, the response was prompt(less than 1minute). I feel less guilt and stress about leaving my mother inside while I work in the yard. She feels less anxiety about be alone.

I think it's a good machine. It is quite and easy to read, and it's not big or bulky. I had one incident when I didn't understand the testing procedure and I tested the machine wrong. But, the person came on the line and told me how to go about testing it the correct way. All my questions are answered, and they have information, I am impressed with them.

My first experience was not positive. The rep on the other end of the line was extremely pushy and I told her I was just gathering information, but she did not want to hear that. My second encounter was very positive though. I'm not that pleased with the device, because I got the GPS I have to have a neck one rather than the wrist. It takes a little bit to get used to. I think I accidentally pushed the button twice and the people on the other end were very courteous, nice, and understanding.

it's kind of hard to put on my belt loop. But, at the same time, it's not going to fall off right away. The one around my neck is very comfortable. I've accidentally hit it a couple times and they call back within a minute. They shipped it to me quickly and it was very easy to set up. I'm very happy with everything so far.

Thus far, thank the Lord we have not had to use it in a real emergency. However, when we tested the system, the operator was very very rude! We had to call back a few times because the pendent wouldn't work properly, as well as the base station. The operator basically told us we didn't know what we were doing. She would not be quite long enough for me to explain why we were calling! She said it was mandatory that she keep talking and tell me all the same stuff over and over. What she was telling me we were doing wrong, was what the operator before her, told us to do. At this time, I would not recommend this product due to having to deal with your rude operators.

The customer service individiaul I spoke with to activate the system was very helpful and courteous. We bought devices for two individuals. The process was easy and straightforward. Setting them up was also simple and they have staff to guide you in doing so. You have to test every month and the response has been quick. And we had one false alarm where the button was accidentally pushed and the EMT was on scene within minutes.

Once I didn't realize I had pushed the button and they answer right away. There is somebody there in case you have an emergency. Still, I am undecided about Medical Guardian because others advertised that you could be away from home and it still works, but mine you have to be close to the machine so if I am in town it is not going to help.

By just pushing a button, in five minutes or less somebody will come and help you out. The device is easy to carry and I have had no problems having it on me. It saved me from a very serious stroke. I went with this because you can fill out a contact list to be notified before they call for an ambulance. My father had to use it last Friday, he fell in the bathroom and just pushed the button. They did everything and took my father to the nearest hospital, so it was a quick reaction. I like the way the system works and that they are efficient.

When I bought it, I assumed that they could talk out of it to us. You have to press the button and then make your way to the home base to talk.
