The only thing we don't like it the fact that the charger device gets slightly moved and then it is not charging. We have to keep an eye on it. Everything works just fine.

Wearing it around my neck, especially in the heat, is something I don't like. I called to see if they had a wrist carrying device and they said no. When I chare it, it flashed all the time, sometimes blue and sometimes red, and I don't know what it is doing. I just know I am unhappy with it.

I like medical guardian just fine. I don't like that you have to carry around the GPS thing on the side and the fact that it runs down all the time but when I tested it, it worked.

It gives me reassurance that if anything were to happen I I could use it. I don't like the fact that it comes in the two parts and in order to speak into it I would need to go to the second part that is not on my arm.

The devices have testers on the wall and they have taken the plaster off right down to the very metal corned so I've got a lot of repairs to do on the house. We had to replace the main message center and it wasn't in very good shape. It took quite a bit of work to get it to work right. It took a while to find a technician that was qualified to do the job.

I have the wrist device and the strap is made of something that hurts and I get a rash underneath it. I used the device when I fell and they were able to call for help.

I wish they would get a different rope fort or some sort of chain. It's so big and bulky that it sticks out under your clothes and just looks stupid. It gets dirty and I wish you could remove or whatever to wash it.

The biggest problem is accidentally triggering it, I don't know how to wear it properly to avoid triggering it. The device is difficult to wear around my neck, it is not very comfortable.
