They are handling my payments in the most illegal way. Taking them in to the bank and not posting them to my account. They won't give it back either! They told me to get the bank to reverse it. My bank can't and they say this is fraud!

Dishonest Company. We cancel their service 6 weeks ago, but they never ship prepaid return label as promised, yet they continue billing and demanding payment. Taking advantage of elderly people and expecting for us to pay shipment.

They are not helpful at all in closing an account out. I think they just plan on charging us forever even though my Mom has passed away. I'm having a hard time getting them to close the account. I am thinking about just cancelling my credit card so they can't charge me again.

I cancelled my Mom's Medical Alert in November and I still don't have my refund. They refund the months you didn't use when you die or in Assisted Living. It has been two months and STILL NO REFUND AS OF JANUARY 24th. I would never have Medical Alert again. When they charge my card every 6 months, they did it right on the date.

BUYER BEWARE........ Medical alert processed a Payment through Auto pay on my Visa card in July. On October 25th we canceled service was told we would have refund within 30 days. After making several calls I’ve been told three times it has been elevated, STILL NO REFUND AS OF JANUARY 18th?

This company performs fraudulent activities, targeting elderly people. Many cases of this listed on BBB, RipOff Report and you can read about the lawsuits. If you get suckered in, it takes an inordinate amount of effort to cancel, then they hounds you literally years with mail, phone calls, etc indicating you have delinquent balances.

When you cancel service ,you have to do all the disconnecting yourself and pay shipping and they don't stop charging for it until they receive it. Then you have to wait three weeks before they return your money. When you're over 80 it's difficult to do this.

I would never recommend this company. I sent my machine back to them over a year ago. since then I have written them at least once telling them that I returned it. When I did return it I made it attention to one of their employees that I had dealt with in the past. After all this time I am still being billed $10 every single month.
