We've never had to use it since we got it. Whenever I test the unit though, it takes far too long for me to get a response. It took over 3 minutes for the operator to come on the line. I actually called them about that and they improved their response time. The equipment itself is high quality. I just wish it was cheaper since every other service seems to be lower price.

I use it every day, though I don't wear it sometimes. I do that because if I bump it or anything it goes off. It's really sensitive. Whenever I push the button it will take just 2 or 3 seconds for somebody to call and ask me if I'm ok. I have no problem with it, except for the fact that it's a bit inconvenient to wear around my neck.

I've never actually had to use it for an emergency. I've only pressed it one time against the counter and they called me to see if I was alright. The call was very prompt and they were right there, even though I hadn't even realized I had pressed the button. The GPS sometimes shows the device is in random places and I'm not sure why that'd be.

Kaiser recommended it for my aunt since she's a patient, so we got it. We haven't needed it for an emergency, we've only tested it, but it seems to take them a while to answer the phone. Other than that, everybody has been friendly. When we needed to replace the device, it was done in a timely manner.

LifeStation has been perfect. I haven't had to use it for emergencies, but I've tested it before. It does take them too long to answer. You have to buzz at least 5 times before anybody answers, I could be dead by then. It's nice to have it though, it's comforting to know that I have it.

I got LifeStation because it was the most cost effective and did what they were supposed to do. I haven't had to use it, but I've accidentally set it off a couple of times and they've called back real quick. The only thing is that the little pendant thing seems kind of cheap, it doesn't look like it's waterproof.

It was pretty easy to get going with the service. You just have to plug it in and that's it. I've never had an emergency, but since I'm in a wheelchair and getting up is really hard, I'm glad I have it. I know that if I fell, I would have the help that I need. The service is also fairly priced.

I don't wear it all the time, like when I a shower or take a bath. But a little after I got it I fell, after that I decided to wear it all the time. Every time I need to call them, they answer immediately and take care of me. The fire department got here pretty fast when I needed them too. It makes me feel safe whenever I have it on.

I've never really needed to use it, but I still carry it with me. If I'm in an accident or problem while I'm away from home, I know they can still provide me assistance. The system is not tied to a single location, so I think that's great. I pressed the button by accident once and they did send the cops. I think they were very good and handled that well. It is a nuisance that you have to plug it in constantly to recharge the batteries though. The service is relatively expensive, but if I ever need it it's extremely valuable.

I got it because it has GPS and you can get that through AT&T which is the only cellphone company around. My father hasn't had to use it on purpose yet, but he has accidentally set it off a few times. They have been very kind about it. The device is pretty bulky though, I'd like it to be smaller for my father to wear.

I wear it all the time and I feel good that I have it because I'm kind of unsteady on my legs. I fell at the store and I needed to be checked out. I called and it took a long time for it to get through before anybody answered to see if I was okay, I didn't appreciate that too much. However, they were kind and thorough and wanted to know what happened. They sent somebody else right away, an ambulance came out pretty fast after they answered, but like I said it took a long time for them to answer.

My son uses this service because he's disabled, and so far, he's been comfortable with it. He set it off by accident, and the response from LifeStation was wonderful! They responded appropriately, and notified me as well. The only thing I'd add to their service is a monthly report to my email, with all the responses between LifeStation and my son.
