They've been great I mean as far as getting in touch with me you know when I made a mistake like when I leaned against the table they would always call me and make sure I was alright. Sometimes I have to wait before I can talk to them but they're usually fast.

I get in the pool all the time with it and it works fine. I've had no trouble when I've called in and the staff was okay. I've had to have something replaced and I got it replaced all right and then they called back to make sure it was all right.

All the times that I called they treat me good. I haven't had problems with them or with the device. I have to charge it every day and another company I only had to charge it every month or so so I don't know if they can improve that.

Anytime anything has happened, they have answered right away, responded immediately. When it's hanging around me neck, it's too easy to accidentally bump it. I think it would probably been better if you have a wrist type.

I think it needs to be smaller, even around the neck. I don't use the chain that came with it, I use my own chain because it's comfortable for me to wear. I haven't had any problems with their customer service agents, they're always helpful.

It seems to go off when there's no reason, I don't even push it. The other day it went off and it notified my three kids and one lives right next door and came over. But, in the meantime, another one lives long distance and tried calling and I wasn't in the house, so no one answered and he got scared and sent an ambulance. I've been ready to throw it out because the false calls have happened a couple of times, but my kids told me I shouldn't.

Each time I have called, they put me on hold for a few minutes and I think if it was an emergency, you should have enough operators there to answer the call so that they won't put you on hold and I wasn't satisfied with it.

When I need to contact them they resolve the issue, it's been easy. It is, however, too big and heavy. The cord that goes around the neck is too long and I haven't been able to find a replacement that would make me comfortable.

Because my mother suffers with short-term memory. She fell one time and LifeStation did call the house and my mother did tell them she was okay, however, she doesn't comprehend how to get up. She laid on the floor until I got home that evening. Had LifeStation called me, regardless, I would have known to go directly home and get her up.

If you call our 24/7 customer service line at 800-998-2400, you can inform them to write on your account that you should always be called when your mother's button is pressed, whether she says she is okay or not.

The response is a little too long. I was told that they don't have many representatives answering the phone which I find unacceptable. Because in an emergency someone can die within a minute.

Once in a while it would bump and go off. Immediately it's answered, and I tell them it was an accident and they reset it. They always answer right away, even when it's an accident.

When I first bought this system, I could be outside in my backyard and they can hear me even if I call from out there. Unfortunately, the sound isn't as good as it was when I first bought it. Sometimes it takes a while for them to respond when I call for help, but they're very kind to me and I like the way they talk.

We've never tried one before, but we saw Life Station on this top ten list. Any accidents or power outage, they always call to make sure everything is okay. The necklace is definitely a good approach. It gives peace of mind that my wife could fall, not be able to reach and still get the help she needs.

I looked at all of them and I liked the price and what the company did. I don't know why but on some calls it would take a lot longer to get connected than in others. They have called me whenever I needed them to. I just don't like the way the bracelet looks, it's cheesy to me.
