Upgrade customer service is very good - everyone I ever had contact with was very polite and answered all questions - the loan process takes a little longer than other companies I have dealt with, however their interest rates were far better than most - if you are in need of a loan other than traditional bank loans , I highly recommend upgrade.

Firstly, I lust say that I am happy I got the actual loan the disappointment is I was unaware that my credit would have been hit as this is not what I searched for and there were no indications of such, I also didn't realize that the Loan origination fees would have been so very high or else I would not have taken it because it somewhat defeats the purpose of taking the loan I can't understand why the origination fees has to be so much, it's just ridiculous.
